Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was lovely, very big shower, no bath which wasn’t an issue for us and the room was slightly small. All the staff were friendly, the pool areas were nice with a nice place area for kids. Only issue is that people were reserving sunbeds from before 8am and weren’t appearing to use them until atleast 1pm. We chose the half board option, the food...
The hotel is very large, it has two large buildings connected by a covered walkway, the main building, with the reception, is curved, the other is L-shaped. Check-in went smoothly, Patricia, young and professional, welcomed us. We had All Inclusive. We paid 4.5 Euros per day for the safe plus a 20 Euros deposit. The room was very clean, the towels were changed daily. The maids do an excellent job and...
While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. I hope the hotel considers including these to enhance the guest experience
Is our last day here, for 6 days we had an amazing time, the staff was very friendly, and clean place, and the all-inclusive service and every activity were fantastic. The pool was clean too and I liked that the staff focused on the rules.
Genuinely a nice and clean, affordable hotel to use a base to explore salou. If I was someone who spent more time in the hotel and less on the beach and surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t recommend it. The pools are not big enough to accommodate the volume of customers and aren’t much to look at. The food isn’t worth paying any extra to be all inclusive/half board as there isn’t much choice and it...
The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. Entertainment was great, mini arcade was a bonus for my 12 yr old.walk to the shops were 2 min away. I have not got one single fault with the hotel. I look forward to returning with my family.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff were all lovely There was a fairly extensive drink menu for all inclusive. Food was okay (nothing to worry home about) but there was something for everyone. Entertainment was local and seemed like a lot of fun. Children all seemed to be entertained and happy. A few people taking advantage of the all inclusive drinks but that can't be helped. Check...
stayed here many times grat family hotel / food great / easy walking o shoping malls
We went in September 2025 for our honeymoon. The hotel was very clean and modern. It is a very busy hotel, so keep in mind the queues and lack of sunbeds. The food was not great, same things everyday with a slight change, not much flavour. But I think food and taste is different for everyone. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to what I call the strip, which then leads down to the beach (in all about...
Disappointing Breakfast was ok but food was cold, other meals offered were overcooked / undercooked even freshly cooked meats and fish were left to go cold. I had suckling pig pieces which were either very fatty or so hard you could not bite it. Some of the cutlery was dirty. We were dissapointed. When we arrived we were given a timetable for meals which was incorrect and the receptionist even underlined...
We stayed at Hotel Jaime I as a family and overall had a decent experience. The staff were mixed; some were very friendly while others came across quite rude. It did feel like if you could speak Spanish they would engage more, otherwise not as much. The bartenders, however, were excellent, always welcoming and fun to chat with. With the all-inclusive package, the endless drinks at the bar were a real...
I was on the reserve as to what to expect from this resort hotel. But to my surprise a solid 4 star. Even in peak season it was reasonably quite for a good night rest. Lots of entertainment durning the night and day. Food was excellent. Workers are very friendly. I just didn't give a 5 star because of location (which is still very close to beach). I recommend the all included package. Highly recommended...

Great food, cleanliness at a high level. The only complaint is the occasional noise made by the excursions.
Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. But the restaurant and reception are very easy to locate thanks to pointers and signs with arrows on the floor. I haven't tried the pool...
Ok hotel, very affordable with comfortable rooms.
I spent approximately two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are adequate but unremarkable. The location is convenient, being close to both the beach and the stadium. The standout feature, however, is the exceptional staff, particularly receptionist Wojtek, who was incredibly helpful with my inquiries and efficiently resolved any issues I encountered
Very familiar and correct hotel. Very good price. The comfortable and complete rooms. Polite staff. In the dining room there was a lot of variety and dishes that I never imagined seeing in such a cheap hotel. All very rich. Very nice facilities. Clean and well-kept yards.
I went with some friends one weekend and everything was perfect, very friendly staff and great food. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Inma, Marta, Melody, Miguel are very good at customer service. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. You all made our stay very remarkable. Inma was very helpful with drink proposals. Marta made my son feel very welcome. Melody provided excellent services throughout and gave us directions. Miguel was very customer friendly especially during the night shows. GRACIAS
Absolutely amazing experience. I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly. Marta being our favourite with her beautiful smile with service every day. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough we will hopefully be back in the future!! Pools- AMAZING Staff- AMAZING
Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! At the moment we are staying here and the hotel and service are just fine. The reception is helpful and tries to think along with you. Breakfast is good, although it can sometimes get busy. We don’t eat here otherwise, so I can’t say much more about that. Unfortunately, reserving sunbeds with towels does happen, but in general you can still find a spot. In the evening always two choices for entertainment...
The hotel was very clean, very accessible, and family oriented, with a water park on site. the staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. You really liked the hotel and especially the treatment and service
Super nice new hotel with multiple pools. Nice staff and extensive breakfast buffet. We were here for 3 days in October but are definitely planning to come back in the summer!
The location is excellent and the breakfast is good. The soundproofing of the hotel is not good. I booked a double room but only got a twin room. The service of the hotel is not at the level of a five-star hotel. Ctrip's service is very good.
The hotel is very close to the station, the environment is very good, and the holiday principle is good.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with a swimming pool, blue sky and sea as standard. Many locals come here for vacation! The breakfast is rich in variety, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, the room is spacious and comfortable, I will come here a few more times next time to enjoy a few more days!

There was nothing terribly wrong with the hotel, just a few niggles which meant that we wouldn't return. 1: No tea and coffee facilities in the room which in a hotel pertaining to be 4* is poor. You can hire a kettle with cups and sugar included, but at €25 per week+ a deposit we declined. 2: The nighttime entertainment was only on 3 nights and all of this was aimed at the Spanish guests. Okay we were...
I’ve recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel to celebrate my friends 21st birthday and it was honestly amazing. I had absolutely no complaints about this hotel when usually i manage to pick faults straight away. Food and drink - There was plenty of different foods to chose from, I am not a picky eater but there was something for everyone, the only one thing I could say about the food is...
Hotel has a massive problem with mosquitoes inside the hotel. Lots of people full of bites although many like myself wore repellent. Trying to have a drink in the bar at night was awful as we were constantly bombarded with mosquitoes. Even in the restaurant the mosquitoes were settling on the glasses and food. I have never been biten so many times even when in the Caribbean. The lifts, toilets,bar...
It was a good stay at the hotel, we didn't face any problems. The rooms are good, but the air conditioning doesn't work. If you have a room overlooking the highway, it will be difficult to open the balcony door to get some air in, as the air conditioning won't work because the cars will disturb you and make it difficult to sleep. The food was good and varied.
The experience you get from this hotel will fully depend on who you are. English will not have a great time. Spanish guest get better service. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to ask about whether they had allergy lists above the food due to me and my daughter both having an allergy to peanuts, I never received a reply. We noticed the use of nuts on on certain foods but with no labelling at all...

Visited this hotel with family members as a group of 15 in total. The reception area is quite small with nowhere to sit which was not ideal when people were waiting to check in. There was also a small children's play area which was also...
Beautiful place here by the beach, walking distance to train station and many shopping malls around. We can ride trains to see attractions.. easy to commute to wherever. The breakfast is always wonderful. I just wish one thing for some smiles on the servers in the breakfast room, it seems like they are not happy! No smile, no English no good morning 😃🙃 very nice nice outdoor jacuzzis tub. Some days...
Very near the sea and that's where it ends. Rooms very okay, but nothing too special. If you want to do any work in your room, you are out of luck because table and chair are uncomfortable. Everything in the hotel looks kinda old. The dining experience is a mess. There's not enough tables and it's very crowded. It's very uncomfortable, because you have to sit very close to other people. It's also hard...
The location is very nice, and the service was top, breakfast also good and various flavors. For save in the room, we must pay Extra, not much, but I prefer to make it automatically with the room price. Parking: was full, so we parked in 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and for free. I think this hotel is the best in the area. For family with kids is ideal.
It's a nice hotel, apparently the nicest in the area which I can believe, based on other restaurant and utilities. Parking is an issue. Most of the staff are nice and really care, but a few of the young people look as if they don't want to be there and haven't been trained. Typical in Spanish hospitality. We have been here a week and they have amazing activities for kids and adults. The pool is clean...

Pretty and nice beach. Everything is clean and nice to enjoy for vacation
The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.
The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.
The rooms are a bit old, and while it's a popular spot for influencers, it definitely doesn't live up to the price. The service was bad; it took forever to check in. Breakfast had limited options, the fruit wasn't fresh, and the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. I won't be staying here again.
First off, a huge shout-out to the service! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions. It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. My elderly travel companions...
The W Hotel boasts the best location on Barcelona beach. I recommend booking a high-floor room if possible; the sunrise views in the morning are absolutely stunning. We visit the hotel for over 25 years now, we have seen a lot of changes. I won't say they all are positive but for us the hotel is fine. This hotel is fabulous. So central to everything. Food - where do I start. Such a selection and the freshness of it was lovely. I’m coeliac and oh do they know how to cater for coeliac people. The location of the hotel is very good, 4-5 minutes walking from the beach with many shops and bars around. It’s a big hotel with a lot of people of different ages. I really would recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is great. The hotel rooms are very clean. Excellent trip at the end of October! The hotel is literally on the beach. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. A lost star for the room always feeling a little bit sandy, but I know this is hard with it being on the beach. We didn’t use the pool or sun beds as it wasn’t quite warm enough. Happy to recommend My stay fulfilled all my expectations of a vacation I'd promised myself.
We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.
Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. There are taxis/buses available either. Would stay again.
Nice hotel room was nice and spacious clean staff nice and polite generally... the only downside was the breakfast the hot food wasnt the best and there wasnt any entertainment for children. Lunch and dinner excellent good variety and delicious I must say! The lobby area nice but quite basic. Outdoor area beautiful pool was freezing though. Liked the bar nice bar area and drinks were good in there...
Lovely hotel, right beside the beach. We were given a room looking out on the pool area and the beach. Beautiful sea view. Food in the hotel was very good, even though we didn’t book inclusive we had our breakfast there ever morning and also had some of our evening meals there. Friendly helpful staff.

Great little break away. Only negative points were checkin took forever and queues in parks were loooonnnng. Hotel is clean and tidy and prices for food and drink are reasonable for a resort hotel. Will definitely be back.
This hotel needs a total overhaul, starting with the owner/management. The staff looked over worked and could hardly raise a smile, which I felt was reflected over the whole park. Chatting with the staff here was such a pleasure; their warm smiles are truly a benchmark for excellent service. The check-in process was incredibly convenient and smooth. The room itself was very comfortable, well-equipped, and the location is super handy. Highly recommend it!
The entrance is right next to McDonald's, inside the train station. There's a large supermarket about a five-minute walk away. The hotel is quite big and very convenient for train travel. The city center is just a 15-minute subway ride.
The location is super convenient, which is just above the Barcelona Sants station. The room is clean and cozy. I can see the tiny Sagrada Familia from my room. They even hanged a Christmas sock with candies on my door on Christmas Day, it made me felt so warm.
Right next to the train station, literally a stone's throw away, which is super convenient if you have luggage. It's about 2 kilometers from the main tourist spots, so you'll need to take the subway. Buying a 10-ride pass is really easy though.
The room was spacious and right by the train station. There's a McDonald's downstairs and a Carrefour nearby. We chose this place because we had an early morning train to Granada. It's a bit far from the main attractions, but the subway is convenient, and there's a machine at the station to buy public transport cards, which was really helpful.
Our stay in the hotel was good and located right on the train station. The room comfortable, the only downside was the shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower was empty, this was reported to reception before leaving for the day and on our return that evening it was still empty.

My mum and I have been staying at the Delfin for a few years now. We like it’s a bit smaller so the staff get to know you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s an ideal location just a few minutes walk the beach, promenade and lots of shops and restaurants. There are at least 3 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. If you wish to get a bus to explore further a field the hotel is just a few minutes...
Food was okay some nights wasn’t great and same food throughout the week and not a lot of variety. Hotel itself very clean and friendly staff. Always cleaners in daily ensuring you have clean towels and the rooms are cleaned. In a good walking distance to the beach etc.
The H10 Delfin is spotlessly clean and is situated a short walk away from the beach where you can if desired hire sun loungers/ umbrellas for 10 Euro each per day. The hotel has two pools on ground level and a small pool on the rooftop ( access from level 6). I purchased a towel from a nearby shop for 5 Euros but you can also hire a towel from the hotel if you wish for sunbed use at the hotel. The...
We stayed at the h10 for a week at the end of August/start of September and our room had some issues in the bathroom but the staff were so good at sorting it out, they got a maintenance man up straight away and when the maintenance man couldn’t resolve the issue, they insisted on moving us rooms to get us a better room with a better bathroom, the staff genuinely cared about the quality of our trip...
We had an excellent stay at this hotel for 9 nights. Staff - They are very kind and will always be around, taking orders and clearing tables. The entertainment staff are very enthusiastic and it is clear they love their jobs. Rooms - The rooms are good sized and well air conditioned. We loved the large/powerful shower. Rooms are cleaned exceptionally well every day. All cleaning staff are very friendly...
We stayed for 7 nights in June 2025. Great variety of good food, different dishes everyday to choose from. If you don't like something from the menu then you must be extremely picky. We found the staff very pleasant and obliging. The daytime entertainment was pretty good fun organised by Dani and Mariana so a big shout out to both of them as they interacted with everyone who joined in with massive...

Good Hotel in a great position Lovely hotel in a good position to go to Port Aventura and the beach. Breakfast was good with lots of options and a good fruit selection.
2nd visit, both times excellent The hotel was lovely, great selection of food in the buffet, staff went above and beyond for the kids (eg made them Mickey pancakes or flower shape), the rooms were immaculate and the staff were so helpful with any enquiries or problems.
We’ve just spent a nice week at the H10 Salauris Palace and really enjoyed most aspects of our holiday. The positives include: Friendly relaxed atmosphere but looks smart. Lots of choice at meal times. We really enjoyed the food! I couldn’t fault it, breakfast or dinner. Way too much choice to go into on this review but I can’t imagine anyone being unable to find something they enjoy. I loved all the...
Perfect location. Just 10 mins from the PortAventura park and 10 from the beach. Hotel was nice enough. Evening entertainment was a bit meh but maybe because is now quiet season . Food was not too bad but a little basic. Nice pool area , drinks very cheap . Diana on reception was very helpful especially with helping us with train timetables. No kettles or coffee in room but I read this before I...
Just got back from two amazing weeks here! Everything about this hotel is amazing. 10 minute walk to port adventura, the shops and the beach it’s the perfect location. You have beautiful rooms, big range of food and drink, little book corner with really comfy seats, beautiful pool and roof top but the real credit to the hotel is the staff! The animation team does an amazing job keeping the kids and...
We have just come back from holidaying here and I cannot fault a thing. We had a 7.5month old baby and the food options were perfect for weaning. The food on the whole was good and plenty of choice. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. On the whole the hotel was spotless! Pool area was great and plenty of sun loungers/parasols. Pool doesn't open until 9 but you are...

Everything was very nice. Except we had a room with a smelly toilet. Location, food perfect, all staff trying for their best, can't say anything bad.
We booked this hotel based on good reviews and seeking to avoid Lloret de Mar. At just under £1000 for 6 nights for the three of us, half board, it was a good deal. We were considering a score of 4 but have downgrade to 3 upon final review. The hotel overall is a nice family hotel sited away from but not far from the beach. We experienced undisturbed sleep. We enjoyed the bar where service was...
Our stay has been great. Enjoyed every moment of our stay . Staff were cheerful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Food was good . Especially the breakfast was excellent with variety of cheese bread biscuits fruit and English breakfast.
Staff at the bar area really nice and friendly, restaurant staff nice as well. Rooms basic but very clean. Beds firm but comfy We were just bed and breakfast- breakfast good plenty selection hot or continental- plenty even for fussy eaters like me. About 15 mins walk to the lively side bars/ restaurants 5 min walk to the beach Costal walks good
Service is top. Very very nice and helpfulll.
I must say the food surprised me with how nice it was however after a few days it does get a little bit repetitive if you're staying there for 7 days +. Rooms were always cleaned well. Things I would improve is leaving non slippery mats next to the pools as many kids slipped over and bumped the heads (even whilst walking so it wasn't the case of children running). The plates definitely need to be cleaned...

This is a great hotel in the centre of Salou, our room was very clean with nice bed and quality bedding. Everywhere is very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed half board, the selection of food every day was amazing. Nobody does English breakfast like the English but it was a decent effort with lots of other options available, continental, cereals, wonderful selection of fruits...
Fantastic hotel! Staff all friendly and helpful. Such a relaxed atmosphere and everything in Salou is reasonably priced. Weather was 27° mid October. Had 10 lovely sunny days. Beach is great in Salou. I am fussy where I stay and I would come back to Salou and same hotel. Food is good in hotel with plenty of options. As everyone says the breakfast is amazing. Had the best time and don't want to go home...
Bus stops outside the hotel, didn't spot it easily as the name isn't very transparent in the dark. Walking into the hotel was like walking into a nightclub, entertainment in the reception area which was so loud, volume 100, how do the poor staff think let alone work. The staff were polite and check in was quick. The room does have lovely beds with quality bedding and relieved that there's no sweaty...
Hotels is in a great location. 10 minutes from the beach and town. It is spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms are good. Ours had a bath as well as a shower, and a fridge. Picturesque pool area but lots of shade from the trees if you don't get the right place. There is an area at the top of the steps which is completely un covered. No-one is allowed around the pool until the doors are unlocked at 9am...
This is a 4* hotel that should most definitely only be a 3* The hotel is incredibly basic like any 3* hotel. We opted for half bored, meaning you have to pay for ANY drinks as part of your meal. You do not have an iron in your room and have to pay a €20 deposit to borrow the iron then give it back. The rooms are very small and little room to move. The service is good, but over all, I would not come...
What an amazing hotel this. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff and check in was quick and easy. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and always smells fresh & clean. Each and every member of staff are a credit to the H10 Chain. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean, airy, spacious and extremely comfortable with towel change...
