While my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, I was surprised to find that certain amenities I consider standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel were missing. Complimentary drinking water, coffee and tea, a bath towel, and a chair in the room are basic expectations at this level of service. The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly and helpful. There were no rush to put towels on loungers as there were plenty of beds available. No long queue at the bar or at the restaurant. Staff at reception and cleaning staff were very polite and not aggressive so that's 5 stars for service. Our shower drain wasn't working properly, the water was flooding, so we left a note while we were away and they fixed it. Rooms were difficult to find at first. I spent approximately two weeks at this hotel. The rooms are adequate but unremarkable. The location is convenient, being close to both the beach and the stadium. Very familiar and correct hotel. Very good price. The comfortable and complete rooms. Polite staff. In the dining room there was a lot of variety and dishes that I never imagined seeing in such a cheap hotel. All very rich. Very nice facilities. Clean and well-kept yards.

Absolutely amazing experience. I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly. At the moment we are staying here and the hotel and service are just fine. The reception is helpful and tries to think along with you. Breakfast is good, although it can sometimes get busy. It was a good stay at the hotel, we didn't face any problems. The rooms are good, but the air conditioning doesn't work. If you have a room overlooking the highway, it will be difficult to open the balcony door to get some air in, as the air conditioning won't work because the cars will disturb you and make it difficult to sleep. The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

I really would recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is great. The hotel rooms are very clean. We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

The entrance is right next to McDonald's, inside the train station. There's a large supermarket about a five-minute walk away. The hotel is quite big and very convenient for train travel. The city center is just a 15-minute subway ride.

The location is super convenient, which is just above the Barcelona Sants station. The room is clean and cozy. I can see the tiny Sagrada Familia from my room. They even hanged a Christmas sock with candies on my door on Christmas Day, it made me felt so warm. 

Right next to the train station, literally a stone's throw away, which is super convenient if you have luggage. It's about 2 kilometers from the main tourist spots, so you'll need to take the subway. Buying a 10-ride pass is really easy though.

The room was spacious and right by the train station. There's a McDonald's downstairs and a Carrefour nearby. We chose this place because we had an early morning train to Granada. It's a bit far from the main attractions, but the subway is convenient, and there's a machine at the station to buy public transport cards, which was really helpful.

Our stay in the hotel was good and located right on the train station. The room comfortable, the only downside was the shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower was empty, this was reported to reception before leaving for the day and on our return that evening it was still empty. 

Perfect service, especially Maria in the restaurant. Always smile and very helpful. Warmly recommend to all, we will back here.

My mum and I have been staying at the Delfin for a few years now. We like it’s a bit smaller so the staff get to know you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I must say the food surprised me with how nice it was however after a few days it does get a little bit repetitive if you're staying there for 7 days +. Rooms were always cleaned well. Things I would improve is leaving non slippery mats next to the pools as many kids slipped over and bumped the heads (even whilst walking so it wasn't the case of children running).
