I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Barcelona. I felt really comfortable throughout my stay and everything met my expectations. In particular, Arlyn was extremely kind and helpful, always available when needed, and it was a great plus that she also speaks Italian.
The location is excellent, very close to a Line 5 metro station, which makes getting around the city very easy. I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located near the venue of the conference I was attending, but it also turned out to be perfect for visiting Barcelona and exploring the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is located near the metro station and bus stop. The room fully matches the description. Cleaning every day, as well as towel replacement. You can take the elevator to the upper floors. The reception team: Toni, Princess, Robson, Arlyn, Giovanni, Juan, Piotr provided all possible assistance. A varied and delicious breakfast. Special thanks to Boris for his excellent service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a cockroach in our room. They gave us other room, where we met small ants. Communication 10/10, but cleanliness 1/10.

You pay for what you get. Beds not overly comfortable but nice for a weekend stay. Princess at the front desk was very welcoming and I’d return based on how well I was treated by the staff.

We stayed in room 603 of this hotel for four days, and the poor maintenance was immediately apparent upon entering. A strong smell of disinfectant hit us as soon as we opened the door. The screws on the window handles were loose, there was mold on the window frame, and stains covered the walls, floor, and even the toilet. The room and bed were small, but barely acceptable. However, the soundproofing was terrible, making it difficult for us to sleep, not only due to noise from other guests but also from the elevator. Our room was a corner room, probably the furthest from the elevator, but we were frequently woken up by the elevator noise. I can't imagine how other guests closer to the elevator fared. As for the pool, after seeing the rooftop, I completely abandoned the idea of using it. Breakfast was largely the same and not very good for all four days; I personally felt it wasn't worth the price. The worst part was that on our last day, we found two dead cockroaches, one large and one small, on the floor – utterly disgusting! I mentioned this at checkout, and the receptionist could only helplessly apologize, saying it was a common problem in the city… well… what could I say?

A/c went warm on last night, was asked to sleep with window open which was noisy. Breakfast is great, good location 15 to 30 minutes walk to some main streets with lots of options. Friendly staff, overall.

Excellent stay, and great location in the city. Ojly downside is that there's no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or the lobby. The hotel cafe isn't open every day for tea/coffee either

We had such a wonderful experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ms. Marilou, the supervisor. She was so nice and accommodating! I loved that they changed our towels and cleaned our room every day – it made our stay comfortable.
The breakfast was good! For just 12.5 euros, there were so many options to choose from.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!
