Friendly staff. Helped with booking taxi to airport as we had to leave quite early in the morning. Free upgrade to suite so that was nice. The place was quite clean and big.
Room was clean and nice, though not very big, stuff was polite and they have luggage storage room which is great. Overall I recommend this place
I stayed in the hotel for 1 night only and I think it's a decent one considering the location and the price
The hotel is fabulous! Easy to access and near to all transportation. The breakfast was nice.
there’s a chance you could hear snoring from next door.
Great staff at the hotel - super helpful and friendly.
The staff were incredibly friendly and the welcome was warm. We received excellent tips for exploring Lisbon. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a complimentary bottle of water, a kettle, and tea
Nice breakfast and convenient location!
A Week in Barcelona — Staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port (Early February)
Spending a week in Barcelona in early February felt relaxed and unhurried, and staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port played a big part in that
Having a comfortable place to sit and work without retreating to the room made the stay feel more balanced and productive. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were consistently friendly and helpful
We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches at check-in, such as candies, small pastries, and refreshing lemonades
The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was good and varied, with both cold and warm dishes, pastries, and a fresh orange juice extractor that felt especially fitting for Spain

It's a perfect place to stay. Very convenient for everything just a little far away from metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool on the of the building is very wonderful.
The perfect location while visiting Barcelona. Professional and courteous service from the staff. Keep in mind only taxis are permitted to pull up to the hotel door
Rooms are always neat and tidy. A self service laundromat is just a few minutes walk away to El Born direction. There is a Gelato shop just beside the hotel, whose Gelato is surprisingly rich with flavor
Location is at the Gothic Quarter itself, near to all historic sites. Staff are truly awesome, (special mention to Jose and Dani of the restaurant. Also to Lawrence of Reception for his warm smiles)
We just stayed here for 3 nights, couldn’t have been better. The staff was amazing from the minute we walked in, to calling us an early morning cab when we were leaving
Our room was on the 3 rd floor facing the street, and it was nice and quiet. The bed was a blessing after a full day of walking around Barcelona
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights , location is so good so convenient , within walking distance !
The staff are so friendly and helpful , we express here our thanks to Xinyin and Ian ! We have a wonderful trip in Barcelona
A really beautiful hotel in a great central location. Really welcoming staff and beautiful hotel amenities. Only let down is the pool, which is a plunge pool and is small
They even connected us to visiting doctors, ambulances, and hospitals. It was such an amazing and kind experience. I was very worried because the language is different and it was an unfamiliar environment
My friend was very sick when I stayed here. This hotel provided all the services. They gave me water and plastic bags and told me the location of the pharmacy 24 hours a day
But thanks to this hotel, my trip to Spain remained a good memory. The room condition, cleaning service, and location are excellent
Excellent service, from when we checked in till we checked out. The room was very clean, with all amenities
The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The hotel is in a good location. There are restaurants and subway stations just outside. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is located in the city center
The Hotel have really nice Lounge & Lockers for guests who arrive early before check in time or leave after check out time to use. The room is rather small but newly equiped with all necessary items
The location is also superb, with easy access to transportation. There's a subway, supermarket, and breakfast shops right outside the door. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come back
We stayed in the triple room, and it was spacious and comfortable. Beds are so cozy, sheets incredibly soft. There are also snack pastries, tea and coffee in the common room during the day
This is absolutely the most exquisite boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. It's new and cozy, with beautiful details everywhere. The sofa and snacks in the lobby are a daily treat
Location is great, tip: stick to larger streets when walking to Las Rablas because the smaller alleyways are a little sketchy. try the Cuina Deu Chinese restaurant
Has a lovely pool area but we didn’t use as we were too busy exploring the city !
Friendly staff at front desk and at breakfast. Provided lovely cot for baby. Bed in the room was very large so easy to co-sleep also
The Onix Liceo is a fabulous hotel. The location is so convenient to any direction you want to go in Barcelona, right off La Ramblas, but extremely quiet. The front desk couldn’t be more pleasant or helpful
Cheers and chairs
The bed was comfy, 100% cotton sheets. Room was great large enough. Bathroom nice. Only complaint is the desk "chair" was a low, wobbly ottoman. And there was no other chair in the room.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Told history of property- very interesting! Booked taxi to airport for us. Gave excellent dining recommendations. Had free beverages in the lobby
Nice bathroom with rain effect shower. High chairs available at breakfast and nice variety of items available. Nice lounge area on ground floor with large tv , free cold water and coffee machine
It is on a convenient location to the Ramble, restaurants and publications c transportation. The hotel is a mixture of old and new architecture. Room was nice a bright and clean.

Guests can book 30 minutes daily, including a massage pool, sauna, and more. After a long day exploring the city, it was the perfect way to unwind
The room had a coffee machine with sugar and creamer sachets, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, with lots of thoughtful details. There are plenty of coffee shops and brunch restaurants nearby
Very good service by all the waiting staff at breakfast and a big shout out to Ben on the roof terrace. He went above and beyond in helping our family of 6. Spa was great with sauna and small pool
Really loved the design of both the public areas and the room. Everything was comfortable, except for the bathroom – it wasn't soundproof and didn't ventilate smells well, haha
The spa experience is only 30 min per day, and cannot be extended, which didn't feel sufficient, but it was included, so I am not complaining, just letting other people know!
The entire city feel very safe to us, so I am sure most locations you select in Barcelona you don't need to worry about safety much
The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. A great location within easy walking distance and although we were in a busy area the room was quiet
The staff made sure that we had coffee in the morning although we were very early for the regular set up
For anyone in two minds of where to stay in Barcelona and wanting a popular place close to all the shops and restaurants you can't beat the location here
Beautiful hotel, central location, you can walk everywhere ✋🏿✋🏿 great value for money hotel
The hotel is in an ideal location, and the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. If we ever return to Barcelona, we'll definitely choose this place again.
There were great places to eat breakfast or any meal nearby. Walkable to many tourist attractions. There was a small shopping area nearby and a Christmas shop close by

When we cane back the next day we check in and the luggage was already in our room. Nice detail with the chocolates in the room. The day that my friends did fly back to the airport the gave a house courtesy cappuccino
com didn't tell me!
The Receptionist helped me get a complimentary taxi and after that it was smooth. The new hotel was very close to all action, next to Plaza de Catalunya. The room had no view but understandable
I was completely exhausted at the time of arrival at Gran via BCN and then was told had to move to another hotel. Receptionist told me that they have tried to contact trip. com on the day of arrival but trip
Very friendly staff. Super clean rooms. Slept perfectly in the large bed and the soundproof room. Comfortable. The shower was like a spa experience. Would definitely come back.
Good experience. Simple hotel. Good location. Many amenities nearby. Breakfast was good. But 6 days of the same thing will get to most.
It's not very quiet as you can hear people walking upstairs and in the corridor but after 12am it seemed to quiet down

Very nice hotel, classic and chic style, the location is very good not too far from the shopping street, nice view of the boulevard
The breakfast is generous and varied and the coffee is free all day :)
Everything was great, except there was no clothes dryer and you couldn't hang your outerwear at the entrance.
We were given a room with a balcony, and the street view was beautiful. Overall, the stay was very good.
The location is superb; you can go back to the hotel to rest after a tiring day of shopping and then go out again in the evening. Its central location makes it incredibly convenient for shopping or dining.
The room did not match the picture on the Ctrip page. There was a patio outside the window. The lighting in the room was very poor and dark. The hotel's quilt cover was torn. Fortunately, the location was good
It was very close to Casa Batlló, about 7 or 8 minutes' walk
Servei excepcional i quan la nostra companyia aèria NO ens va regalar el nostre equipatge, va intentar ajudar-nos i deixar-nos quedar una mica tard de la sortida quan vam haver d'anar a comprar més roba i articles d'higiene personal
Prime location in city centre near the metro, making our trips to main attractions easy. The room had every thing we needed. The room got cool very quickly after aircon was turned on. Clean and modern-looking room
The city's main attractions are a walk or a couple of stops away with public transport. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to help. The room was made up every day
Outstanding service and when our airline did NOT give us our luggage, he tried to help us and let us stay a bit late from check out when we had to go buy more clothing and personal hygiene items
Really a very nice and decent hotel. Location is great. Public Transportation is really easy to this place. Rooms are neat and clean. Highly recommended.
I booked a single room, they gave me a double room with one bed and windows facing the courtyard, and you wouldn't say you live in the Rambla area

Beautiful hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Loved the location.
Fantastic, wonderful service from the staff and the place is visually enchanting
This is our second stay at Hotel Neri and we will return for any of our future trips to Barcelona
Nice hotel with everything as described.
Best in the Gothic Zone
The best hotel in the Gothic Zone due to hospitality, walkability & exceptional service by staff, especially the ever personable & charming Thomas & the wonderful female concierge who assisted in booking our restaurant reservations

A very comfort accomodation in a perfect location!
Nice, well equipped rooms and big bathrooms.
Friendly and helpful stuff. Delicious breakfast with a variety of cold and hot options. I would definitely stay there again.
Hotel is in an excellent location but it is hard to get a good night's sleep. The hotel doors are so loud that anytime someone leaves their room, the door slams loudly so I was awoken several times per night
It’s not big or deep enough to swim, it’s more of a dip and chill pool which is perfect in the summer but not so much in the middle of November
The location is superb, however what made it for us was the friendliness of the staff, the room was chic and so clean, bed really comfortable and they stored our luggage safely for us before we could check in! Really, really great stay and would go back!
He helped us to print out our cruise luggage tags and helped to store and retrieve our luggage that we put in storage after checking out so we could enjoy one last half day in Barcelona before getting on to our cruise
The hotel itself is very conveniently located in the centre of Barcelona, right next to the metro station. The hotel is also only a half hour bus ride from the airport. The only downside is the pool
The service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious! If you want a room with a window, you have to book one, otherwise, you won't have a window (T_T). It might feel a bit cramped.
However due to this it does tend to get a bit loud at times at night in the area so if you’re a light sleeper, reconsider. But other than that the rooms were excellent, clean and spacious
Even though the facilities are a bit old, that's due to its history. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the location is superb
I would consider the hotel more of a middle of the road 3-star hotel. Location is pretty good as it’s close to the Metro but I would consider the area a bit sketchy. There are a variety of restaurants nearby too
The hotel was right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter. Perfect for sightseeing - everything was easy to get to if you enjoy walking. Hotel was clean & modern, we had a terrace balcony cathedral view
I liked that my room was quiet but some improvements could be ensuring the TV remote work, adding an extra bar of soap, offering hair conditioner and a little extra countertop space

Great boutique hotel in the gothic quarter. The top shelf mini bar refilled daily and free of charge, the coffee machine and room coffee options was a lovely bonus, great roof top, breakfast was amazing and the service
The hotel and service were terrific. The restaurant is excellent. The only quibble is that there was no dresser in the room for folded clothes. Otherwise our experience at the Whitmore was fabulous
An eco-friendly approach is integrated into their servicing and environmental management. San Sebastian is a fantastic place to visit. When I return, I will not look elsewhere for a place to stay
This is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is close to the vibrant restaurant, tapas, and pintxos food bar area. Great staff and service experience in all interactions
Property is beautiful and is right in the old city so it's incredibly easy to walk. Hundreds of dining options very nearby. Not an easy place to get to if you are driving.
This small hotel is beautifully designed and decorated — you immediately feel at home. The room was lovely, and the bed was beyond perfect
Very good hotel for lodging claims virtually none. The location is great, many attractions close, but not close, so the metro is, a few hundred meters only :-) I Recommend..
Great location, with plenty of shopping and dining options all around.
The location is fantastic for getting around, right next to the Jaume I metro station. All the famous tourist spots are just one or two metro stops away, making it a great base for exploring
I heard it was recently renovated, and it shows – the facilities are clean, especially the bathroom, which was spotless with excellent hot water pressure
This is a high-end, four-star hotel. It's fully equipped with amenities, including bathrobes, and the room isn't small
I booked a room with a Roman wall view, and when you open the curtains, you see an old building (?) across the way

We’ve stayed here a couple times and every time it’s been wonderful! The location is superb. It’s close to everything. The staff is amazing with giving directions and recommendations.
Breakfasts are good, everything is delicious!
Room cleaning every day, clean!
Reception 24/7, which is good for late arrivals!
I recommend this wonderful hotel!
The hotel is in the very center, there is a market nearby, a historical building, a walking street right there. Everything is within walking distance
Spacious and clean rooms on the very central Rambla. The Liceu metro stop is in front and the Boqueria market is to the side.
Location Location Location ,, just make sure sure you ask for the Higher Floor CAUSE La RAMBLA is a Busy Busy Area People all night long
And Talk to THAIS she’s Great on the Front Desk
Always ready and helpful 😀
They talk about being eco friendly but they don’t provide conditioner. They didn’t replenish coffee/milk which was disappointing. The reception when checking in didn’t really explain where the pool etc was, we had to ask
The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the celebration special — from the thoughtful surprises to the warm service, we truly felt welcomed
The staff at the hotel were excellent! Very helpful, great to communicate with and knowledgeable. The hotel was in excellent condition
The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the pillows extra cosy — a real treat after exploring vibrant Barcelona
The location was great in terms of walking distance to nearly everywhere we wanted to visit, although it was a bit noisy at night
We had the pleasure of staying at *Barceló Raval* during my partner’s birthday, and everything was simply perfect
Perfect for a night or two before a cruise! 7 minute walk down to the shuttle. Noisy in a balcony room but great atmosphere. Quieter rooms at the back. Great service from the breakfast attendant!
Perfect location on La Rambla with great transport facilities close by. Nice comfortable old style, clean rooms and the foyer, lounge and staircase still have gorgeous faded Art Nouveau features
Great location near the Gothic Quarter. A little tired, but very clean. Breakfast is average, modest, but you can still get your fill. No kettle in the room, but there's one downstairs at reception
Lovely helpful reception staff, great breakfast
Couldn't have asked for better for my 2 night stay in Barcelona. Do be aware the metro runs right underneath so bring earplugs. But otherwise it's brilliant value for money and very well run
What an amazing surprise this place was! After a terrible experience with a 2 star hotel in Paris, I was blown away by the service, the cleanliness and the location
Minutes away from the Sagrada Familia, nice staff, and a spacious and comfortable room
This was a European trip with my daughter, who lives in Ireland. We were able to fully enjoy Barcelona as the hotel was only about a 5-minute walk to Sagrada Familia, and transportation was very convenient
The next morning, I complaint about our problem, a certain Martina attended to us and told us that the whole hotel’s aircon was set up in a heater mode during autumn
What she can do is to give us an electric fan and told us that she will send someone to bring it to our room, it’s already night and no electric fan arrived
Also we were two blocks away from the metro Sagrada familia (and the actual Sagrada familia)
and 20 min by metro from Barcelonnetta
I tried to adjust the temperature but the aircon was I still in a heater mode. In other words, our first night was really worst
