Eurostars Vía Laietana in Barcelona

The location is fantastic for getting around, right next to the Jaume I metro station. All the famous tourist spots are just one or two metro stops away, making it a great base for exploring.

I booked a room with a Roman wall view, and when you open the curtains, you see an old building (?) across the way. It was pretty nice, haha.

I heard it was recently renovated, and it shows – the facilities are clean, especially the bathroom, which was spotless with excellent hot water pressure.

Being a city-center hotel, the room was a bit small, and like many European hotels, there wasn't a clear separation between the entrance and the room, so hallway noise was noticeable. However, it came with a coffee machine, iron, electric kettle, and all the necessary amenities, which made my stay very comfortable!

The fridge was a mini-fridge, so there was no freezer compartment. Anyway, I had a comfortable 4-night stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to downtown Barcelona!

The hotel was clean, but there were a few inconveniences: the sink and shower were partially clogged with water backing up, and the soundproofing was insufficient. I was woken up in the middle of the night around 3:45 am by people coming and going from the neighboring rooms.

Located in the Gothic Quarter, it's convenient for sightseeing and getting around.

The room was clean and new, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. They upgraded my room. There was a minor issue with the toilet, which they promptly informed me of in writing after maintenance, showing great responsibility. The hotel is cleaned daily. The hotel's location is excellent, in the city center, next to the Barcelona Cathedral and a metro station, making it very convenient to get around. They even gave me a small holiday cake, which was very thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Barcelona. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff were great, and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was just okay. The location is super convenient, with the Jaume metro station just a minute's walk away. There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby for groceries. Plus, a lot of attractions are in the vicinity, making it really easy to get around. It's about a 13-minute walk to the city center, and on the way, you can pass by Turisme de Barcelona, Catedral, and Saint George's Fountain. Mercat de la Boqueria (the market) is also just a 13-minute walk.

It was very clean, and the location was great, right next to the subway station. Our room even had two balconies. The facilities were complete, and the chocolates given by the front desk were delicious!

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my entire European trip. The location is superb, right next to attractions like the ancient Roman walls and cathedral. It's within walking distance of the port, Via de la Bravo, Plaça Catalunya, and Palazzo Güell, and Casa Batlló and Casa Milan are also within 2 kilometers. Most importantly, the hotel's interior is modern, very clean and bright, with comfortable bedding, disposable toiletries and slippers, a kettle, and a capsule coffee machine. The service was also incredibly warm and friendly, and the lobby was spacious and bright. Highly recommended!!!

A wonderful hotel with a clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. The room has everything you need (a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, a steamer, a hair dryer, and a minibar). We were replenished with capsules for the coffee machine every day. The cathedral is a 5-minute walk away. There's a good supermarket right next to the hotel.
