Comfy bed, great shower, quiet, pool and sauna

A misunderstanding about the room on the first night was immediately resolved the next day. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, as was the spa. The welcome was warm and attentive, with everyone smiling

Hotel is up to standard and rooms are spacious, clean and modern. All amenities are present, including lots of wardrobe space and coat hangers, hairdryers, lots of towels and robes

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway. The room is large enough with a private bathroom. The hotel service is very good. They even gave me a bottle of wine for free after learning it was my birthday.

We only tried the breakfast on our last day, but it was definitely worth it: a generous buffet with everything you could want. The spa was okay — not the best I’ve been to, but still a nice addition

We asked the front desk, and they said toothbrushes weren't provided. However, on our third day, they suddenly left disposable toothbrushes for us, so I'm a bit confused about whether they actually offer them or not

It would have been a disaster if I had left my luggage nearby. Also, previous reviews mentioned the hotel provided slippers and disposable toothbrushes. We stayed in February 2026 and only found slippers

Facilities: The shower design is truly something else. When I walked in, I noticed the wooden floor was already warped. Sure enough, after a shower, water flooded everywhere

On a positive note, the hotel offers two free bottles of mineral water daily, which is a rare and welcome perk in European hotels

Location: The hotel is very close to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, both within walking distance. Sagrada Família isn't far either

While the hotel's proximity to the metro is convenient, we often felt vibrations, which was a minor inconvenience

The small, sometimes overcrowded but still very respectable rooftop pool deck had excellent views of city surrounds, as well as loud anxious music - chiller tunes would set better vibes. Highly recommended place to stay!

Excellent hotel! The service was superb, the staff very welcoming and warm, the rooftop was incredible, the room service top, the location perfect, very clean room, incredible view... I will definitely return.

The minibar drinks were replenished daily and were free, which was very convenient. The front desk staff also provided a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities during check-in

The hotel has great location that it is within walking distances to most key tourist attractions, shopping districts, as well as offering a good mix of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and international eateries nearby

Also be aware, hotel concierge arranged ‘fixed’ price taxi ride from the hotel to BCN airport ride for €39 but we were charged by the taxi driver for approximately €47 with additional airport fees

It is at an excellent location central to the city and near la rambla. The breakfast was well worth it. There is a water container in the workout room at the top floor if you want an easier water refill

Breakfast: The chicken and ratatouille were delicious! Location: It's a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest station and about a 15-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya

Stay was fantastic centrally located near stores and restaurants. Easy to walk to the center of Barcelona or take the bus. Staff was very kind and helpful

We had a great stay here and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! It was the perfect place to unwind after finishing up our European cruise! This room is considered large for its size in Europe. The sofa bed is quite comfortable, and it would be perfect for a child to sleep in. The bedding is comfortable, and the service is excellent.

The TV in the room next door was very clearly audible from our bathroom The bathroom mirror is the heater - excellent feature to prevent steaming but no option to turn it off so the bathroom could get warm because we had to keep the door closed due the loud TV next door, the air con would have probably balanced the temperature had the door stayed open during the night The pools pump feature turns off...

The hot tub in the deluxe-room is actually just a bathtub-sized swimming pool on the terrace, but the atmosphere when drinking a glass of wine underneath the starry sky is superb! I accidentally mentioned that we were staying in Barcelona to celebrate our ten year anniversary, and were surprised by rose petals on the bed

The second time I stayed here, I was just as happy as I was on my first visit. Although I didn’t get the expensive breakfast, the hotel is clean, the room is very nice and clean. Albeit small. 

The pool is nice, although to cold to use when I was there. The gym was a bit small for my liking but it has something. The staff was nice for most part. The hotel was a solid 4 stars

Everything about this hotel is pure 5 stars luxury. We got 2 connecting rooms for a family of 4, and this layout of the rooms are perfect for our stay. Location is on the high end shopping belt of the city
