My room was small but had all I needed for my stay & the mini fridge was nice to have The bed was really comfy & there were black out curtains so you can sleep in after a long plane trip

Location is in the Gothic Quarter & it is ideal for a first time visit to Barcelona. There is a cafe & barista on the ground level & pastries & fresh orange juice in the morning

The hotel's location is outstanding, conveniently situated near supermarkets and restaurants, and most importantly, it is close to the metro station. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Walking distance to all major museums in the Gothic Quarter, the historic markets, the Cathedal. Very close to the Eixample, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya. All the staff members were very friendly

The best thing about the hotel is the location. The room was nice and clean but beds were tight. Washroom was also great and no problems. Only thing I didn't like was that pool closed early

I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were courteous, rooms were ready when we arrived, the bar area was a fun place to have a pre-dinner drink and the location was central to everything.

I think the hotel has had a glow up and new staff since then. Also if you’re concerned, there are safes in the rooms. The communal spaces are lovely, nice roof top with seating and a small pool with loungers

This hotel is recently refurbed and very modern and cool. Really enjoyed the lighting in the rooms and the balcony. I saw some reviews from 2 years ago about a robbery, I asked the hotel staff about it

The metro and shops were also nearby. My only observation is that there was no drawer to store small items of clothing. For larger items, there was a hanger, which could be a bit better

The location is excellent, right next to a large shopping mall, supermarket, and bus stop. The small balcony is lovely.

Room came with a complimentary bottle of water. The rest of the snacks aren’t free. Laundry service available for a fee, but it seemed pricey so didn’t use it. Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion

We got there early and couldn’t check in yet so we walked around for a while then ended up having a cocktail at a place a few doors down, we went back to check and see if our rooms were ready and they weren’t yet but 20 minutes later they came over to the restaurant we were at to let us know they were ready, and I thought that was going above and beyond

Despite a busy and fully booked week, she remembered me and that personal touch is wonderful to have while travelling. I was staying in a separate room from family and she made sure we were on the same floor

Roberta sorted that out and even helped me keep the same room and quoted price. King bed was medium firm and pillows were plush. Wardrobe was a decent size with drawers, safety deposit box, and mini fridge

Only suggestion I have is to add a tissue box in the bedroom area. Maybe larger cups for hot water/tea. There’s citrus flavoured water in the lobby and filtered water available at the gym on the 6th floor

Tub is big enough to have a nice bath in. Booked a 1 hr private sauna session and it was amazing. The space is calm and relaxing. It looks like you can fit four in there, but comfortably I’d say 2-3 max

Very attentive - Review First off, the hotel's location is excellent. The popular Jon Cake and the Spanish churros shop are nearby, and there's a supermarket right across the street, which is super convenient

Even before arriving, I received thoughtful emails from their Experience Team — and yes, they actually call it the Experience Team — asking if there was anything I needed ahead of check-in

From the exterior, you still see the classic architectural curves and aged character of the city, while inside, the interiors are dark, modern, contemporary, and thoughtfully designed

I also appreciated the well-equipped gym and sauna, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine while travelling. One of the nicest touches was the turndown service every evening

The room itself was spacious, the taps, showers and lights are annoyingly over complex, if you dim the lights they buzz like angry bees. Only European plugs, no international ones, but plenty of them

However, given the location, I was able to walk to several Gaudi buildings and the Basilica de sangrada familia. 5 hours seeing the sights and made my way back in time to take full advantage of the wonderful brunch buffet

The hotel itself is nothing to write home about, typical modern style that looks looks like a designer vomited IKEA furniture into existence

There is a tourist spot at the entrance of the hotel. Chocolates will be delivered in the evening. The breakfast is also very good. The most praiseworthy thing is the handsome guy who helped with the luggage

The adapter was forgotten. We waited in the lobby for two hours after checking out, but no one reminded us.

Room is clean, newly fit out and spacious. offers enough space for storage, table and chairs to rest. There is a roof top pool, which is great during summer. Would recommend it, and would stay again

Easy access to all the key areas of Barcelona. Lots of e-bikes around the area to easily rent. Easy to find taxis in this area. Supermarket and Starbucks next door. The hotel room was super cute

Everything was free inside the room, it was not something I saw frequently from a hotel. The rooftop pool was lovely for spending down time. This is easily one of my favorite hotels in this world

He was very on top of making sure everyone has a nice time, but he was a little annoyed that we didn’t wait for him to set a table for us in the courtyard, (we had no problem setting that up for ourselves, I guess we’re not used to being waited on hand and foot 🙂)

The staff, especially Camilo and Julie was fantastic. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was good walking distance from everything. It was even nice enough to go up to the rooftop and have a drink

We stayed in 6 hotels during our time in Spain, and this was one of our favorites for many reasons. We loved the layout of the room, with the toilet/shower separated by a door from the sink to get ready each day

The view was nice, and street noise wasn’t noticeable to us; the window blocked noise very well. We loved that the mini fridge had free soda, water, and snacks, though we would have appreciated nut-free options

We were on top floor just below the pool which we were advised was closed as being refurbished and promised no noise. This was true it was a quiet floor and next time we stay hope we get the same or similar room

Just 1 min! Just think like this, you can sleep in this cozy hotel ,where the environment is not as crowded as other touristic spots like La Rambla for example, and you can jump on to metro in 1 min to go wherever you want! Definitely will comeback again here!

I travel to Barcelona many times a year for both business and to see family. I've found Barcelona to be less and less welcoming in recent years

We had a family room, had a small corridor with a lockable door and two rooms on either side which worked great for our family. Rooms were spacious with good storage, comfortable beds and good showers

Beds are so comfy and everywhere so clean. The rooftop pool and bar is a wonderful bonus with amazing views! Breakfast was good and again very clean and well presented

Sometimes you had to wait 5 minutes or more to get down to lobby or pool deck. And when the lift arrived it was full. They really emphasise you should take the stairs :)

All the staff at the front desk were great, particularly Raji and Nani! I never felt unsafe, but a town this old has a lot of dark alleys... I wouldn't let my mother walk them alone.

Great little hotel in the heart of the Gothic district. In fact right across the street from the historic Guell residence. Beautiful rooftop terrace with pool and amazing view of city and skyline.

The day we checked in it was my bday and they sent us a cava with a happy bday note!! The last night it was my son's bday and they also sent him a cava with a birthday note!! Very nice hotel, will book again if we have the opportunity to visit Barcelona again!!

you wont go far wrong if you stay here. The property is well maintained and the staff is excellent. Left my wallet in the safe and the hotel will be returning the money back to my card. Now thats exceptional i think.

Our waiters Jay and Gavin were absolutely incredible and so informative about every dish. Each dish was so unique using local areas of Spain and inspiration from the chefs childhood as references for the cuisine

Great! The squid with Roman style caviar was another hit! Think squid tartare topped with caviar. Simple and delicious! Naturally, my friend and I went all out and ordered a bottle of wine each

All in, I spent around $700 for two, including the $200 deposit required to secure the reservation. Overall, money well spent and a solid Michelin experience. I would definitely recommend it

What a Gem! We are living near buy… we have almost the same view… but the new management company the new refurbishment is amazing … we know this hotel since some years but after a busy day in town you will feel on holidays ! Servie is good room are nice and well refurbished ! And the view !!!

One of my all-time favorite hotels and DEFinitely my favorite in Barcelona. They recently renovated, so it feels modern and much more spacious. The service is truly impeccable, they make you feel like royalty

An absolutely phenomenal stay with an insane view (A balcony room is ALWAYS worth it) I highly recommend arriving before 8:00 PM to enjoy the infinity pool and spa. The restaurant was a 10/10 with incredible food!!!!

Breakfast was a little weird since all the food was devided in little portions, but was good overall. For some of the food (ex eggs) you need to make an order since it is not on the tables at arrival
