Just home from a 4 night stay and I wouldn't rush back. The hotel is located in the center of Salou. Both the service and facilities are impeccable. The room is large, the bed is also large, there is a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine, and the restaurant is also good.

The buildings and the area are in a vergy good shape with a modern apperience, but...the rooms are really low budget regarding furniture und condition. If you get there by car, take the parkinglots they are offering, cause its really worth it. We love the Albatros Family Hotel. This was our 3rd year here, we’ve already booked for 2026. Rooms spotlessly clean too. All the staff are lovely. The property is in a really good area close to Portaventura and the beach. The apartments are a bit outdated but nothing much the staff are really nice and friendly. Not pet friendly This was part of a longer journey through Spain and France. The hotel states it is pet friendly but it clearly is not as you are expected to leave your pet in your room if you wish to dine as they do not offer food service on the terrace or offer room service. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and the manager no better when he arrived. Parking is restricted on height.

A very comfortable hotel, ideal for families with children. The rooms are clean, spacious, and pleasantly furnished. We loved our stay at Ancora apartments! Our one bedroom apartment was so nice and had everything we needed for our stay. So close to the beach and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to pay €20 for sheets and towels. You have to pay a tourist tax of €10.56 per apartment. Very bad check-in times: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. You have to take out the trash and wash the dishes when you leave the apartment, and they check it before returning your deposit.

Baby pool is too deep for a baby and not heated. Food is OK but some days it's terrible. Room is nice and clean. Charged extra for baby bed on arrival. Close to beach and busses available into town.

Excellent hotel, very good food!! The staff are really friendly especially the bar staff, they are a right laugh!! We will be definitely coming back again
