Never book a room in this hotel!!! We got to a closed hotel, couldn't check in, got a dirty room with a sewage smell and only after 2 hours we moved to another room. In the other room, mattresses smelled of sour toes. There was only one small towel per person. Towels were full of stains. We were there 2 weeks and no one gave us new sheets or towels. The pool was full of hair and there was no toilet, which is very challenging if you have small children with you. The worst part was that we had to pay a 130 euro deposit and clean our apartment to get the money back. We wanted them to go through the apartment with us and return the money to us immediately, but they didn't want to do that.

We stayed In a nice apt 517, but I wouldn't recommend it for a holiday before June as the pool is closed

These apartments scam people for a €50 deposit per person from your card and they do not return it when you leave !! Place is filthy and smells
too !! Also charge a tourist tax ..charge €30 for use of iron and hairdryer...stay away !!

Apartments are named Royal but have no sign to identify them. Unclear when booking that drop off is at the Rentemar registration office and not announced by bus driver as Royal Hotel/apartments.

The apartment we are in is clean but in need of TLC. kitchen cupboards need replacing as they have seen better days. Lounge is ok but could do with painting. Bedroom needs new light fittings as they are loose from the wall and Paint job. Bathroom is ok just needs TLC. There is no kettle, toaster or hairdryer. All in all very tired and needs attention to warrant the cost.
