Nice ocean view and centrally located. The room was very basic, but clean. Decent breakfast. Felt more like a very nice 3 star hotel. Bot for 4 stars I would expected more from room as well as breakfast.
Didn’t use use the pool, but it looked a bit sad on the back of the house.

Extremely disappointing experience – rude receptionist ruined our stay

After a long 10-hour drive, we arrived at the hotel hoping for a smooth check-in. Instead, we were greeted with unnecessary stress and rudeness. I rang the intercom to ask about parking in the hotel garage, and the receptionist told me to "just park anywhere and come inside" without offering any help. The streets around were completely full, so I gave her my name and asked if I could quickly access the garage first. Her response? A blunt and rude "park somewhere" – then she hung up on me.

When I got to reception, the same receptionist (Yolanda) gave me an attitude so bad I had to ask why she was even working in hospitality if she couldn’t speak to guests respectfully. Instead of apologizing, she sarcastically asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation.

Well, yes – I did cancel it. And I took my business to a different hotel where guests are actually treated with basic courtesy and respect. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values decent service.

The staff were great, secure parking and a great location. Great value for money and will return.

Not pet friendly
This was part of a longer journey through Spain and France. The hotel states it is pet friendly but it clearly is not as you are expected to leave your pet in your room if you wish to dine as they do not offer food service on the terrace or offer room service. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and the manager no better when he arrived.
Parking is restricted on height.

Shame that I couldn’t give less than1*. I have been a lot of hotels but I never met such a rude arrogant unprofessional receptionist like Yolanda. I never been in a hotel before were the receptionist shouting with the customer. We canceled our stay in this hotel because of her disgusting attitude. The management should think that really is she a right person in a front desk

Check-in took far too long. They only have 1 person with 1 computer at the front desk. Not acceptable for a 4* hotel. I tried calling them for 10min before arriving, no one would pick up the phone. Isabel at the front desk doesn’t seem to be able to smile at all, and there was no sign of empathy either. Room was relatively small. The best thing about the hotel is the location but the service was disappointing.

We only stopped for a coffee on the terrace fabulous location. Nice coffee but the croissant was disgusting and the bikini was also inedible. Beautiful spot but don't eat.

The most unpleasant thing was the very late dinner, starting at 8:30 PM. Not everyone can adjust to such a meal schedule. The room was poorly prepared for check-in: the individual cups in the bathroom were packed with a huge clump of black hair. The room was on the second floor, so the smell from the kitchen penetrated directly into the room. When we checked in, the first thing we encountered was a strong fishy smell from the kitchen. The rooms had poor soundproofing, which was especially negative in combination with the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly, as the barking of a dog from the next room prevented us from resting properly. The dinner offered a rather modest selection of dishes, and not everything was tasty. The hotel building looked much more worn and tired than shown in the online photos. The room lacked basic amenities for making tea - an electric kettle and cups. Moreover, there were not even ordinary glass glasses. The dining room staff was not hospitable. There was such an unpleasant incident: we were checking out early in the morning at 7:30 AM, while breakfast at the hotel starts at 8:00 AM. We asked if they could arrange an early breakfast, but they refused, saying that they could only offer a "picnic", that is, give us water, a sandwich, a pear, an apple, and a cookie. However, when we went to the dining room in the morning, it turned out that an early breakfast had indeed been organized for a group of tourists. Seeing that the dining room was already open, we asked if we could at least have something hot to drink, tea/coffee. At the same time, breakfast was fully served. But when we tried to take a croissant, a dining room worker ran up to us and categorically forbade us to take it, saying that we had already received our picnic and were not entitled to it. While we were drinking tea and coffee, the dining room staff did not take their eyes off us and watched us so that we would not "grab" anything from the offered products. The situation is very offensive: not only did they refuse us an early breakfast, although they, as it turned out, still organized it for other tourists, but they also did not let us take a poor croissant, although there were plenty of them on the serving table. Moreover, this breakfast was still included in the cost of our stay, and the "picnic" that they gave us was nowhere near a full breakfast. The room cleaning was extremely questionable: only after we left 2 euros, the maid changed 2 small towels, only once during our entire stay - 7 nights.

Right on the sea front. Pet friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. Staff very helpful and the breakfast was good, quite a lot of choice
