Just returned from a week. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Food is good with plenty of variety of hot and cold options. Reception has been very helpful. I have mobility issues and the hotel is on a a slope. The lift to the restaurant also is for the ground outside the hotel. The quality of some of the breakfast items was poor, the preparation of some of the dinner items was not at all good and the soup wasn't very nice. Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that I booked half-board and they wouldn't let me change dinner for lunch. When first arrived room smelt a bit funky like a damp mouldy smell think it was coming from the shower but after getting a shower and opened doors on to balcony the smell went. Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Air conditioning in the rooms worked fine. Food menu varied and have great range of all inclusive drinks. Great hotel, catered well for my gluten free diet. The Maitre is as fantastic and each meal time showed me the food that was available for my needs. Each evening I could choose from a list of foods although a lot of the buffet food was also gluten free. He had a great understanding of allergies and what was in the food.

The room was small but perfectly fine. It had a little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool area, which made it feel cozier. Booked this hotel through booking.com and was a little skeptical about how the rooms looked on the photos however this hotel is beautiful and the photos booking.com have do not do this place justice whatsoever they really need to get someone to take new photos. Staffs were very helpful, Hotel perfect for all ages, rooms very clean and big. Very close to beach ,shops and restaurants, pool amazing. The only problem I didn't liked about the hotel was the food because the food was just the same every morning and night. Overall I would come back to this hotel

The location of this Hotel is perfect, close to supermarkets, the beach and several restaurants and bars. You can walk quietly around. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food. Very clean but could do with a bit of a revamp as looking tired in places. Short walk to the beach and town. Two outside pools, although the one round the back is mostly in the shade come mid afternoon. Very much enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly return.
