Great hotel well positioned in Salou with easy access to the beach ~ 7 min walk straight down the street. Rooms clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Lovely roof bar with loads of seats and sofas to relax on and a nice pool up there as well.

I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them. Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that I booked half-board and they wouldn't let me change dinner for lunch. I thought that was a bad idea; they finally changed it, but it was a struggle 😂. The facilities are very new, and the pool is ideal for children. A bit far from the beach. Parking is available in the blue zone next to the hotel. Ideal for families!

Check-in was very slow, and there was a long wait at reception. The 4 p.m. check-in time was excessive. A 10/10 room! Choose a room with a terrace. Dinner and breakfast were 9/10! Clean fresh smelling hotel. When first arrived room smelt a bit funky like a damp mouldy smell think it was coming from the shower but after getting a shower and opened doors on to balcony the smell went. Nice hotel,in the old town of salou, quiet, served well by the bus service. The pool isn't very big and the sunbed area . The sunbed area is cleared by 19-30 20-00 hrs for tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. Which by the way ain't very good. The bar service not too bad but it closes at 23-00 . Had a great stay, breakfast was absolutely perfect! I only slept there and didn't use the pool, etc., so I can't comment on that. The beds were very comfortable, and clean towels were provided every day.

Honestly, it’s what you want. I booked this because it’s simply a room with a bed/shower and a balcony. I was there for a long weekend, and it was exactly what we needed. There was no hassle, and they kept us topped up with towels and it was clean. It’s very central just a short walk to the “main strip” of commercial shops and restaurants

Hello! We stayed at this hotel from July 25th to August 5th, 2025! The hotel is very conveniently located, both to the beach and to the Bus Plana bus stop! It's also very easy to get to the amusement park and the airport! The service is also excellent! The staff is friendly and quickly resolves issues! Everyone goes out of their way! Great hotel, catered well for my gluten free diet. The Maitre is as fantastic and each meal time showed me the food that was available for my needs. The room's air conditioning is underperforming, the accommodations are outdated, and the in-room safe is non-functional due to a missing lock. Pubs and restaurants as soon as you leave the hotel, beach a 10 min walk away, 35 mins from airport - couldn’t ask for better.
