We stayed during low seasons, so the pool wasn’t open. But it looked really cool and my son was sad that we couldn’t use it! The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

The appartment was looking tired despite the recent small refurb with the most uncomfortable mattresses i've slept on for awhile. Toaster had to be held to work and the gas hobs would only light with a cig lighter - electronic ignition had failed.

The swimming pool is the highlight of this hotel, beautifully located in the garden with a little water slide and fall. But the joy stops there, rooms aren't quite, ours was on street side so noisy, bathroom not clean and not a good design, you can't take a shower and not splash water everywhere in bathroom (no shower enclosure) no extractor in bathroom! You need to pay for WiFi (which these days are free almost everywhere you go let alone a hotel that you paid for) and it works on one device only once you logged in you cannot use it online other devices. Safe and parking both are extra pay. Overall I wouldn't recommend

First of all as location the first time in Europe they give me a lousy location people very unfriendly you have to pay for everything you buy to buy soap you have to buy tissues they don't change your tires and sit there and say that I do not recommend it to anybody not even my enemies

The air conditioning is a bit loud and made a screeching noise in the middle of the night lasting about 10 seconds, it did this a few times so I just turned it off and the room was a bit cold bit that was preferable. Noise after flushing toilet could be heard in ceiling. Great location, friendly staff, small and a bit old but clean

Happy with our stay
This hotel was a great surprise, it’s so hard when you read mixed reviews but I’m so pleased I went with this hotel.
The receptionist was great, helped with all our queries and check in was super easy.
The rooms were clean, well presented and a very comfortable double bed
There was a lovely pool, fantastic for families and open till 21:30!
A quiet location but with lots of cafes, restaurants and easy walking distance to the beachfront
I have nothing bad to say, we had a pleasant stay.

Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend.

We spent a week here as a family. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfy and well air-conditioned (maybe the most important thing in Salou in July!). It's in a great location in the 'Old Town', simple to find and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. A Mercadona supermarket is within 10 minutes, and the beach can be reached in the same time. The kids adored the pool and there were more than enough loungers. Very happy to recommend.

We only stayed overnight, but the area is lovely and location is nice with shops nearby in Salou. The stuff were very helpful and kind, they recommended very good place to eat Paella :) The room was very clean, comfy, very good value for money, I would recommend and would go back again if I travel again to Salou.
