Privelege suits are worth every cent. I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

Property is in a prime location, staff is very kind and polite. Loved every interaction with the staff. However the food is mediocre and most the amenity such as the hot tub was not Properly working our whole trip and the sauna was not available during our stay. There was construction in progess so it shows there are going to be improvements to the property.

The stay was great and the staff, the cleanliness and the amenities where very good. Only thing was that the room we booked was a double bed also as shown in the photo while booking but the room we got was a twin beds combined to make a double bed. Two twin beds joined does not make a double bed it still has a gap in between which is discomforting specially for couples. Rest all was very good.

We loved the views and facilities, the spacious room with a view, a large and beautiful terrace with a clothesline and everything. The thoughtful touches of the infusions and coffee, sugar, cups... and a mini sink with a scouring pad, soap, and everything. The bed was very comfortable and even had two pillows, both comfortable. Yes I would stay again The new rooms that I was lucky to get an upgrade with a very comfortable very modern. Morning breakfast Service very limited choice. Not the best quality of products. Bus service average, absolutely fine if you just wanna grab a beer. Housekeeping staff absolutely amazing. Will I stay again yes but only in the new referral rooms.

Really helpful staff on reception, and cheerful cleaners who did a good job. Spacious room , could do with more lighting and there was a window in the shower into the bedroom which was odd, but very comfortable.

The staff in the hotel are extremely helpful. The room needed some painting in places and the lighting is very dim. The bathroom is large but no handle on the heavy sliding door makes it difficult to manoeuvre at times, it also needed a good clean due to many previous occupants fingerprints The rooftop bar is lovely and the staff there were very good

We had an excellent stay at the Cordial La Peregrina. Our room was clean, with a lovely modern ensuite bathroom and was very well placed to explore the Old Town. Shout out for Alexander on reception who was very welcoming and gave us a detailed run down of locations to explore and recommendations for eating (including maps) which helped us maximise our time. We had a wonderful stay at The Boutique hotel Cordial La Peregrina. It is location in the old historic part of the city, which made everything walkable. We could not have picked a better location. The staff were also absolutely wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Gran Canaria.
