Nice bedroom. Cleaning is good. Food is OK, although not very varied if you stay for more than a couple of days.

Food was good, all inclusive drinks were great. Hotel was clean. Good location.

The buffet was amazing, lots of choice and the foods was in small trays so it was always super fresh and replenished when needed, best food in a hotel we've had in a long long time

Food options were good, themed evenings. Lots of fruit. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool. Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant.

I’m in the hotel as we speak and I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well ran it is. It’s Xmas eve and it’s 25 degrees which makes it even better. The food is great and has a huge selection. I’m usually sceptical about buffet style food but it’s super fresh and the staff are on the ball. 5 mins from the beach as well. I read reviews to choose a hotel so I hope you read this and book this one...

Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The property is a bit old, but the room was spacious. However, the advert showed that there was a gym, and there wasn’t one on-site. This was disappointing, as I specifically chose the place for the gym.

I can't fault this hotel. The staff were wonderful - genuinely friendly, kind and helpful. There was a very wide variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all of which were beautifully presented. The hotel is spotless throughout. We were delighted to have such a big room including an excellent walk-in shower and comfy beds. We had a very relaxing break - thank you.

Arrived on 1st October late night. First impressions of the hotel is very clean, staff very welcoming and great location. We had a SUITE PLUS WITH SEA VIEW on the 6th floor. The suite was enormous and well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with jacuzzi bath and separate shower and the bed was comfortable. The room is bigger than many one bedroom apartments I have seen!. Almost everything was fine. Only the coffee - cappuccino from the full automatic machine is not good- awfull. The coffee - espresso from the hand semi-automatic machine was excellent. The water in the pool was cold.

We enjoyed out stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Palmeras. The hotel is nice and the rooms were clean and of a reasonable size but we have had larger rooms in Palaces. Just returned from a lovely week visit to this beautiful Hotel! The whole place is spotless clean and staff are amazing each and every one of them and so is the food and room , can’t beat the Riu hotels .

Found absolutely no food that was good. All fish and meat were hard and dry every day. Much tasteless otherwise. Little choice for children. Mostly only Germans in the hotel. Elegant hotel in beautiful surroundings with lovely plants, nice rooms, very clean, and with staff who are very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of cooking skills drastically reduces our overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly, our room and the public areas were kept very clean. The food was very good and the bar service was excellent. We had no problem at all in getting sunbeds at anytime of day. The only slight downside to the holiday was that once you left the hotel the resort was quiet and a little run down in areas.

Perfect place to go if you want to relax and stay at the hotel great 2 pools self service drinks and plenty of sun but if you want a trip with exploring and many things to do I wouldn’t recommend. Staff were extremely nice and friendly! Food was good with good variety. However, I was not pleased with the overall condition of my room. For instance no automatic closing mechanism for the main entrance door of the room, the toilet door was not closing and opening easily! No drying rack for clothes in balcony. The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided...

Good I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.

Family room was OK. Not very spacious but not too small as well. Very convenient location - very close to Waterpark, superstore, gift shops and public beach. Tourist shops nearby are very good as well. Amadores Beach by bus no 9 is one of the best! Evening entertainment is not to the quality of the TUI Blue ones.

Lovely hotel...excellent location, staff are fantastic, rooms immaculate.breakfast varied loads of choice. Roof top pool immense. Defintley recommend. Bar area lovely. Literally 2 minutes from promenade. First time in Gran Canaria...will be back. And to Hotel Concorde.

We had a standard room that was clean and with a good shower. The beds are as always in Spain a bit too hard. Use the air condition, because its noisy with the windows open. Our complain is that it is a bit noisy from the corridor as well. The breakfast room is wonderful, with a great view of the ocean. Very good breakfast including everything that you wish for, even a glass of champagne for those...

Nice hotel good food. Good sun loungers. Note the hotel requires guests to pay a 150 euro "supposedly" refundable deposit at check in. I paid with a debit card and am still waiting for it to be refunded 15 days later. The hotel have since advised this may take 20 to 25 working days. I would suggest guests insist on paying in euros so as not to end up in my situation.

Good location in Playa de Inglés. The outdoor/pool area was super nice and modern, with plenty of comfy pool chairs and sun beds. The breakfast and dinner buffet was great with different special cuisines every night and a great variety of foods. The rooms needed to be renovated. They had a nursing home vibe to them and very minimal lighting. They were not the cleanest rooms ever but they had a decent...

This is my fourth visit to Hotel Caserio within two years, and I can honestly say the hotel is perfect. It’s always nice to see the regular staff as well as new faces, especially the new daytime entertainment staff. The hotel is clean and spotless, as always, with great service from start to finish. Overall perfect hotel to stay! The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakeast changed slightly daily and had good choices for everyone. Cleaning people did fantastic job in our room every day :) The pool area was clean (cleaned daily) and enjoyable. The Jacuzzi was my favourite thing of all (FYI i think the advertized "heated pool" meant jacuzzi since the actual pool felt cold)! Pool bar staff...

Rooms A+, Location S+ and the staff/service is wonderful and detailed. Entertainment almost every night and the food, whether it's breakfast or dinner, is top! I need to visit once again. Last but not least, in November there are almost no kids around and that might be something worth if you care for peace.
