Lovely staff and the great location, large room!

The hotel is located directly on the beach and many rooms offer views of the bay. There are many restaurants and a supermarket right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beach towels are provided free of charge at reception.

The hotel has a good location, right by the sea, with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good and plentiful. However, the toilet tank in the bathroom leaked, and the sound of running water disturbed my sleep.

Absolutely privileged location with a full view of the coastline, spacious and airy rooms, great breakfast, and efficient and friendly service.

Location is great, you can stroll along the seawall into hustle and bustle or the other way to see amazing unique views of the rocks. The beach is amazing, Staff is nice and the property is good overall.

Almost everything was fine. Only the coffee - cappuccino from the full automatic machine is not good- awfull. The coffee - espresso from the hand semi-automatic machine was excellent. The water in the pool was cold.

We enjoyed out stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Palmeras. The hotel is nice and the rooms were clean and of a reasonable size but we have had larger rooms in Palaces. In the room there was not enough draw space for two weeks we had to keep some of our cloths in the suitcase. The room cleaners did a fantastic job keeping the room clean. Just returned from a lovely week visit to this beautiful Hotel! The whole place is spotless clean and staff are amazing each and every one of them and so is the food and room , can’t beat the Riu hotels .

Found absolutely no food that was good. All fish and meat were hard and dry every day. Much tasteless otherwise. Little choice for children. Mostly only Germans in the hotel. Elegant hotel in beautiful surroundings with lovely plants, nice rooms, very clean, and with staff who are very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of cooking skills drastically reduces our overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly, our room and the public areas were kept very clean. The food was very good and the bar service was excellent. We had no problem at all in getting sunbeds at anytime of day. The only slight downside to the holiday was that once you left the hotel the resort was quiet and a little run down in areas.

Everything was verry good. The food was verry good. The only thing we didn't like was there were to many couples with young children.

The hotel is very suitable for children, both in terms of the pool area and the food in the restaurant. The small bungalows are nice and cozy and all areas are neat and clean.

Nice hotel ”bungalow-style”. Very friendly staff. Especially the entertainment staff was nice and fun. Food quite ok. The fire alarm went off 3 times in a row at about 3.30 in the morning and one time at 19.30 but no information or comment from hotel management. We found that strange. Our 6 year old daughter was frightened every time. Our third time here and we can recommend this hotel nonetheless...

Staff good , rooms need updating, food very good with a good choice, entertainment average. Hotel is very isolated and hard to get around especially as the road to mogan is closed.

Perfect place to go if you want to relax and stay at the hotel great 2 pools self service drinks and plenty of sun but if you want a trip with exploring and many things to do I wouldn’t recommend. It’s definitely a relax and do nothing other than swim drink and eat type of place which is exactly what I wanted.

Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. Friendly staff, good variety of food! But the facility need an upgrade

Staff were extremely nice and friendly! Food was good with good variety. However, I was not pleased with the overall condition of my room. For instance no automatic closing mechanism for the main entrance door of the room, the toilet door was not closing and opening easily! No drying rack for clothes in balcony. The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided...

Good I really like this hotel and enjoyed the stay. Excellent food, but could vary more ( I was there for 2 weeks and got very tired of it). Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am.

Family room was OK. Not very spacious but not too small as well. Very convenient location - very close to Waterpark, superstore, gift shops and public beach. Tourist shops nearby are very good as well. Amadores Beach by bus no 9 is one of the best! Evening entertainment is not to the quality of the TUI Blue ones.

Nice hotel. We didn’t pay crazy money so worth it and only here for long weekend. Pools too cold to swim in and waterpark salt water making it uncomfortable to be in for long. Food choices very limited. A good 3star hotel.

The hotel is in really picturesque area of Gran Canaria Island. Beach is very clean and sufficient for 1 week stay. Food in the all inclusive is pretty much the same every day. We had a SUITE PLUS WITH SEA VIEW on the 6th floor. The suite was enormous and well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with jacuzzi bath and separate shower and the bed was comfortable. The room is bigger than many one bedroom apartments I have seen!. On the negative side, we found a dead cockroach on the floor as soon as we arrived and the minibar/fridge didn't work so we couldn't keep our drinks...

My stay at the Palace Meloneras was excellent overall. The room was good, and while the view wasn’t ideal it wasn’t a deal breaker. The food was consistently high quality, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. The only area for improvement would be the evening entertainment, which I found somewhat tacky and not particularly refined. In fact, I would have preferred no entertainment...

Basic clean accommodation This apartment hotel is 2 stars. Very clean. In 2025 it is not acceptable to have to pay extra to use the room safe or the internet.

Basic accomodation for selftailored vacation The site said it was non smoking, still on the balconies every neighbour was smoking, so you couldnt avoid the smoke and couldnt keep any windows open for fresh air, since the rooms are not air conditioned. OK ok stay Beds fairly average the Internet doesn't work properly which they charge extra for . The Hotel is old but very clean. If the management made the beds more comfortable and installed wifi the stay would be more comfortable they charge plenty for the rooms so there no excuse.

Disappointing mini break Only at the hotel for 4 night break on an all inclusive break, good location but no WiFi at all in the room which was 4th floor. Very pleasant for relaxing through the day around the pool, WiFi didn’t work on the roof area either. Annoying that you can’t get a large beer on all inclusive and only entitled to get a small 1/2 pint glass, had to pay €1.50 extra to get a large...

We are there now which put down in a basement room which over looks a very small pool ,seems all the Germans get the best rooms from what I can see .. No pool bar around the pool so you have to go through the hotel to out side bar and bring it back.. air conditioning not work as well in the room

Nice hotel good food. Good sun loungers. Note the hotel requires guests to pay a 150 euro "supposedly" refundable deposit at check in. I paid with a debit card and am still waiting for it to be refunded 15 days later. The hotel have since advised this may take 20 to 25 working days. I would suggest guests insist on paying in euros so as not to end up in my situation.

This is my fourth visit to Hotel Caserio within two years, and I can honestly say the hotel is perfect. Overall perfect hotel to stay! The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakeast changed slightly daily and had good choices for everyone. Rooms A+, Location S+ and the staff/service is wonderful and detailed. Entertainment almost every night and the food, whether it's breakfast or dinner, is top! I need to visit once again. It’s good but tonight it was a new level. The entertainment I couldn’t work out what language he was trying to sing in. It wasn’t German, English or anything else close to to Spanish. It’s only 9pm I hope to god this doesn’t go on for another 2 hours ! And may the cat survive being strangled.

From the pictures portrayed it looked a lovely ‘4 star’ hotel. However it certainly is not in my opinion 4star !! At a push 3star! Rooms were ok ,clean and tidy albeit a little tired. Check in was welcoming and easy, all information needed such as safe operation and meal times explained in paper format which was great. One bedroom apartment overlooking pool was huge with self catering facilities. We were All Inclusive and the food was delicious, plenty of choice which catered for all tastes. Really good hotel. All inclusive, food was very very good and always a large selection to choose from. Stunning views over the beach and the room was excellent. Very good outdoor space at room. Very pleasant few days and would recommend.

Nice hotel and ok food. There were some problems that altered the experience; - Mold in the bathroom due to no ventilation. The roof was full of mold. The staff suggested to paint the roof with chemicals while I was there with kids and pregnant wife. I did not want that, so had to live with the mold. - I woke up to the smell of weed from the apartment next door for several days. The staff was not very...

We have just returned home after 11 nights here, first time visiting this hotel. We arrived late after the meals had ended, but on checking was advised to swing by the restaurant and they would give us a 'picnic', they did a sandwich and some fresh fruit, luckily the bar was still open so we could help it down with some drinks. Great place, friendly staff, food great and plenty choice. Lovely, quiet and relaxing. Never an issue with sunlougers. We will be back.
