The service from staff in all areas of the hotel is excellent. The receptionist who checked us in (Carolina) was very friendly and helpful. Staff are quick to clear plates and glasses and are very polite

The snack bar was also very well managed and served a great selection of drinks and food (not your usual poolside food) which surprised us. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable

The waiters remember what you are drinking and get fresh drinks for you straight away. There are always plenty of comfortable sun loungers available, and fresh towels every day for the loungers

Rooms are immaculate, the friendly maids clean them thoroughly every day. Really enjoyed the variety of food in the restaurant & would definitely return

As it’s a buffet restaurant all the guests are using the same spoons to serve themselves & a large majority of guests do not use the sanitiser provided at the entrance

We loved our stay at Bull Escorial and will absolutely consider returning. Our room was on 7th Floor #720 and despite my partner’s concerns about how high it was they were soon put to bed

Room was spotlessly clean, of a good size & very well maintained with a modern feel. We had a good size balcony with a decent view. Towels were changed regularly and bed sheets were changed at least once during our stay

The no reserving of beds/beds not being used for an unreasonable period of time was well policed by the lifeguard(s). There are also plenty of beds around the corner from pool which seemed like a right sun trap

This in itself was not a problem to us as it was a very comfortable mattress, however it had 2 single quilts on it which overlapped quite a bit making it annoying to sleep under, also as the quilts were not secured in the middle they tended to fall off the side of the bed

There was a safety deposit box in the room for which we paid €14 for the week which we thought is reasonable. Cleaners worked tirelessly on a daily basis and to a high standard

There were seven of us and put in this wonderful hotel overnight as our flight was delayed. Staff were lovely, we were all given individual rooms, food was fantastic, so much choice. Beautiful grounds with so much to do

Love staying in this hotel have returned there so often I lost track of how many times. Great staff,food clean any problem sorted immediately. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very suitable for children, both in terms of the pool area and the food in the restaurant. The small bungalows are nice and cozy and all areas are neat and clean.

Amazing hotel that has great staff and is very children friendly. One person in my family got sick and the hotel helped us dealing with that. Thank you for your amazing serivce, I will defintely come back.

Especially the entertainment staff was nice and fun. The fire alarm went off 3 times in a row at about 3. 30 in the morning and one time at 19. 30 but no information or comment from hotel management

Sept 23rd to 30th sept 2017 great holiday great weather Apartments great big and roomy. Not much English people staying mostly french but still enjoyable

Everything was verry good. The food was verry good. The only thing we didn't like was there were to many couples with young children.

The bungalows were spotless, well maintained, and clearly looked after with great care, which made our stay very comfortable. The food was good and fresh, with a nice variety available

Good food with a varied selection and a decent quality AI drinks. Rooms are basic but are clean. Would recommend if on a budget. It's a wee bit out of the way with a walk to the beach about 20/25 minutes away

There was also a wide selection of fresh fruit and different types of bread, which made mornings especially pleasant

Used free shuttle to the beach which was great. A special mention to the waiting staff (Nourdine) and entertainment staff who were all super friendly, pleasant, engaging with the kids and just very helpful

House keeping 100 % no faults whatsoever around the pool and the resort spotless, dinning area the same , all inclusive can get a bit monotonous but the staff not only in the kitchen and in the restaurant superb service , if you're hungry here it's your own fault

All inclusive, food was very very good and always a large selection to choose from. Stunning views over the beach and the room was excellent. Very good outdoor space at room. Very pleasant few days and would recommend

We arrived late after the meals had ended, but on checking was advised to swing by the restaurant and they would give us a 'picnic', they did a sandwich and some fresh fruit, luckily the bar was still open so we could help it down with some drinks

The staff work very hard and are very pleasant. The pool area is clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone, anytime of the day. The food was good, although, like all all-inclusive hotels a little repetitive at times

The room was clean and spacious, housekeeping were in everyday to change towels and mop floors etc (except Tuesdays and Sundays when there is no housekeeping service). We found the beds comfortable

We asked for a late check out but the hotel were unable to do this for us, they do have a room you can store your luggage in, and showers you can use

The place is very quiet and pleasant. Excellent pool and many lounge chairs with umbrellas. Inexpensive restaurants. It does not have good beaches as there are many stones.

Ok Family resort with pool. It’s ok but accommodation was basic and nearby restaurants were overpriced aimed at tourists.

Lovely stay We had a lovely one night stay here. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Brian who checked us in was very helpful. There was some noise from the nearby racetrack which could be annoying at times.

The instructors were amazing, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was excellent with such a huge selection for all dietary needs. I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough!

The apartment was very well stocked with cooking equipment. The pools and facilities were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable. The activities on offer were fun and there was so much to do

Me and my partner had the most amazing time out here. We missing it already and we are looking forward to comeback.

get the bus (about 4 stops) and your near the Dunes (8 further mins walk) and a shopping center, which is a fun place to explore, as well as all the other bars and restaurants of this area

There were some other nationalities. We had room only so we were in an adjacent complex to the main area. The restaurant/cafe on our site was below expectations for us at least

Amstel is the main beer and proper branded soft drinks are served (coca cola etc) Rooms: very clean, beds seem to roll around as they’re on wheels which is very annoying

The kitchenette was ok in the room kettle, 2 ring induction hob and microwave with a few assorted pans and some cutlery. A coffee percolator didn't seem to work and that was quickly replaced

Swimming pools were very clean and well used. The weather was great for Christmas. The island was great and the 2000metre volcano was a fantastic drive out

Restaurant and bar: the food was ‘okay’, wasn’t very varied and was mostly the same every night. The bar wasn’t great, cocktails were pretty disgusting and the spirits are very cheap unfortunately

Tv in both living and bedroom. Although it took them 2 days to fix ours! We asked that our room are cleaned daily. They only made the beds & changed towels. The all inclusive option is not really up to par

The food is good enough but the drinks aren't. No branded drinks & wine like battery acid. They start serving drinks at 11am to 5pm then 6pm. So you'll need to find a shop. A buffet for breakfast and tea

They ones they give you are the size of hand towels! If you want a beach towel it's 10 Euro minus 1. They will also charge you 1 euro each time you swap it for a cleaner one. The beds are comfortable enough

It's far too quiet and they're not allowed balls in the pool. There is no entertainment for them either. BTW the 'entertainment ' is dire. We had to go into the main town for this

We also went to Puerto Rico ( 30 min in taxi) for a boat ride and other activities. The rooms are basic but lovely. I highly recommend you bring your own towels

The chefs station is your best choice. You have to order from a menu for lunch which takes a long time as there's usually 1 person serving for both food & drinks. The staff are absolutely amazing

Great place to stay. Ideal for families and couples. Large rooms and every balcony has a sea view - beautiful.

The staff are friendly, it really helps to make an effort with trying to use their language, though most of the staff speak English. Remember to cover up if using the or accessing restaurant

Most of the bar staff were friendly, however, I often found myself standing for 10-15 minutes at a time waiting for drinks as the staff seem to disappear

The pool side bar was often staffed and they had no problems with you stocking ion with drinks to take to your apartment just before they closed late each night

Cleanliness needs to definitely improve, the maids seem to clean round things rather than under anything, under the bed never got cleaned once while we were there, so that definitely needs to be sorted out however the pool area was very clean, food, now we aren’t to bothered about food on an all inclusive as long as there is something that we can all eat however apart from a cheese toastie and some...

Excelente experience very clean, confortable and a great staff all of the waiters named Pedro are great, the animator IS Amazing and the food incredible, for no starts It deserves a few, people come back every year for a reason,you always end Up relaxing and making New Friends

He would leave you waiting at the bar for a drink while he messed about doing other things, the German holiday makers also received table service, however we couldn’t even get a drink from the opposite side of the bar sometimes

Food is as best it gets for an all inclusive, a very pleasant atmosphere, kind waiters and great quality food with much choice

Varying themes of food plus a bbq 3 times a week and live grilling everyday for lunch and dinner. The all inclusive drinks were good as well. Also the entertainer was top notch

Very lovely experience with this suites hotel which is just next to the main hotel. You can use all of the hotel facilities plus a private pool

The resturant serves good quality food and has a large variety of options for all 3 meals. There's something for everyone. Overall there's nothing I would complain about with this hotel. We will definitely be going back

Privelege suits are worth every cent. I upgraded to the privilege suites. They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools

Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again

All good! Very nice. The voice level at the buffet is quite high because lot of people eating ja talking same time, but that's how it is. Otherwise all ok!

This hotel was amazing! Our first family holiday abroad with children and we couldn’t have asked for anymore! The children’s pool was perfect and I felt so much more comfortable knowing there was life guards on duty throughout the day

There are guests here that have been here for 2 weeks and have no idea you can go to breeze in the other hotel for a la carte lunch. Or after 3pm you can have a la carte lunch in royal level restaurant

Food and services: We had all-inclusive access from the Royal level, which means that you can access restaurants and bars of both hotels

Check in process was beautiful The rooms are clean and tidy and lots of space with a lovely balcony Never had to fight for sunbeds Clean as a whistle hotel and well maintained Location is so close to everything Cocktails are beautiful, I particularly liked the mango mojito Things to improve Food was the same most nights, love fish and rice but only so much I can eat

What i will say is we have heard amazing stuff about barcelo group in lanzarote and other places so perhaps they need to make this resort a priority as well as your staff and the hotel itself is so worth the effort and will really make this place the best resort in gran canaria with some small changes We would deffo come back

Stayed at this hotel for 9 nights on a half board basis in Jan 2026. Overall had a very relaxing holiday and that was mainly due to the hotel and its staff. The food was fine - Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was fine

But the place is ghost town after dinner finished at 10pm as there is no where to sit and enjoy cocktails with light entertainment. You have to go to the other barcelo over the other side of resort for entertainment

When we arrived the gentleman man from the reception was very friendly and made us feel at home. Everything in this hotel is first class this is our first time here and we will definitely be back

Great family friendly hotel with excellent entertainment. The Taste Bar, although not part of the all inclusive, was so friendly and gave great advice on places to see and eat

Room cleaners, restaurant staff, entertainers, especially Romena and Joni who organised morning stretches and afternoon yoga. The whole site is well maintained by the gardeners

Nice suites with a very divers breakfast and evening meal. Always looking forward to the meals. Also the rooms are neat and have enough space.

JARDIN DURADO complex is a well run small arrangement of bungalows. I cannot find anything negative to say. I am a frequent traveller and I have never had such a relaxing time

Stayed here over the Xmas holidays and found the place to be lovely! In particular the staff were 5*, from reception, hospitality staff and cleaning team

Peaceful, friendly, clean, really pushed the boat out xmas and newyear. Only one piece of advice would be to put a handrail in the shower

There are many positives in my experience. All hard working and friendly. The rooms are a little tired but are kept tidy and cleaned daily which is great. Food was plentiful and varied with something for everyone

Tea and coffee making facilities in the roon would be welcomed too. The entertainment could go on a bit later. For us the location didn't work. Don't get me wrong - we had a great time

Service staff absolutely diligent to any need and constantly clearing table. Bar drinks ,non premium but ok as were AI, few simple cocktails, self serbice draft wines,sangria, beers, and sodas

Had AI Buffet , the foid was wonderfully prepared, all local fresh and enough variation to keep us happy each meal. A really high standard for buffet option

There was a huge range every day to suit all, with some staple favourites in there too. I have a fussy child and it can be stressful at meal times

Entertaiment - we did a couple of nights there - both IVAN (singer) and KAPITAL (strength &balance duo) were brilliant , even cajoled me on stage for a try,loved it really Special mention for our reception host, tall man with beard - very helpful and understanding, we had to check in and out twice due to unforeseen issue at home

it looks like some of the bungalows have been updated, they looked gorgeous from the outside (i didn't see inside one though) The complex is beautiful. There are a few peacocks wandering around which are friendly

We were in the bungalows at the back with their own plunge pool. Room layout absolutely fine, some toiletries included ( razor, toothbrush etc). Kept spotlessy clean by delightful and cheery maintenance staff
