But I would recommend it because it was cute, clean and the staff was great. I didn’t take the all inclusive option and it was a great decision for me. I took the breakfast option and that was a great decision

Recommended if you like all inclusive. It’s nice and the staff is really give. The hotel is well located on the beach. The only problem those cheap merchants across the street (on the beach)

If you want to enjoy the hotel explore further from the location. Also it’s more like all-inclusive (which I dislike). It’s not a Club Med and the clientele isn’t either

The hotel was great, clean and the staff very friendly My only suggestion since this is a 4 star hotel, it should have a shuttle service to and from the airport, just a detail that will add a lot to the experience

This hotel is a great adults only hotel withan inclusive optional you have everything you need for a stress free trip. Extremely clean, pleasant helpful staff and a good location- the beach is a five minute walk away

Lovely hotel, smaller restaurant than we have been used to with AI, but the food was always plentiful and a good selection. BBQ and Chicken rotisserie nights were very good

Top floor bar and sunbathing areas were a lovely retreat, very friendly staff who appreciated my attempt at some very bad Spanish drinks orders … never an issue finding a sun bed

The Nardos suites which we chose this time is an annexe next to the main pools and dining with 24 rooms- 15 of which have their own hot tubs which auto switch on at 10am to 10pm

Three big pools, ample sun loungers and a secret Nandos Suites pool that only a few people even seemed to know about

What lets the hotel down is the poor bar and lobby area that is worn out, tatty and poorly designed. The light units were full of dead flies and the fake rattan chairs would have seen better days years ago

Food was good, all inclusive drinks were great. Hotel was clean. Good location.

Food options were good, themed evenings. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool

The buffet was amazing, lots of choice and the foods was in small trays so it was always super fresh and replenished when needed, best food in a hotel we've had in a long long time

Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant

I’m in the hotel as we speak and I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well ran it is. It’s Xmas eve and it’s 25 degrees which makes it even better. The food is great and has a huge selection

The staff were wonderful - genuinely friendly, kind and helpful. There was a very wide variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all of which were beautifully presented. The hotel is spotless throughout

I’m usually sceptical about buffet style food but it’s super fresh and the staff are on the ball. 5 mins from the beach as well. I read reviews to choose a hotel so I hope you read this and book this one

Not saving sun beds is hard to enforce so it’s a good idea to get down as early as you can for a decent bed or one at all. The pool bar was very quick service with great cocktails same as the chill out bar

The facility is very well maintained. The staff from the gardener, service staff to reception are very accommodating and any special requests are implemented as quickly as possible

For the first 4days of our stay there was no sign of room service and we started to get really irritated because our bin was over flowing along with other bits and bobs that needed to be taken care off

On the 5th day we finally had a lovely lady come and sorted us out everyday until the end of our stay. I never caught her name but she was the one that made our stay better

Beautiful and quiet facility. Everyone here is very nice and helpful, no matter what is on your mind. We have stayed in various bungalows in the complex over the last few years and have always felt comfortable.

This 275-room refurbished RIU hotel is ideally situated in Playa Del Ingles, close to the beach and with easy access to shops, pubs, and restaurants

Almost everything was fine. Only the coffee - cappuccino from the full automatic machine is not good- awfull. The coffee - espresso from the hand semi-automatic machine was excellent. The water in the pool was cold.

The staff working in the restaurant were very good helping you find a table and bring you drinks. The chefs do a fantastic job keeping the food topped up and the area clean

All the bars were well run with no need to go to the bar your order was taken at your table and your drinks would be brought to you by one of the waiters

No reason to complain about the service in the bars unlike some other Palaces we have stayed in. The pool area was always clean and tidy and we never had a problem finding a sunbed

It attracts guests from across the European area, predominantly German, French and Scandinavian. We stayed in March 2026 and had a very relaxing stay

Location was great - although it was a very steep walk up from the beach/harbour and the main commercial centre, we preferred the smaller Europa centre which was a 5 min walk - nice bars and restaurants and an open middle area with free soft play which the kids enjoyed

It had a very relaxed feel, there were enough sun loungers and the solarium area was great for extra sunbathing space too

There are a few touristy bars, gift shops and restaurants that are easily avoided if, like us, you are not in to that kind of holiday

We had a great 4 day break at this hotel and loved the elevated views overlooking the bay

We booked this resort, all inclusive, at very short notice, and then read some of the awful reviews and therefore arrived with some trepidation. However, we had a wonderful holiday

Me and my friend both said I wonder how many people dont book because of the bad reviews and they honestly needn't worry. Staff work so hard and were all polite and helpful,

All inclusive meals are very good. Never bored for choice and the alcohol is served in very generous measures

After reading the reviews I was absolutely dreading coming but I needn't have worried

Dining staff while sometimes not the friendliest do work extremely hard and are very efficient All inclusive drinks and snacks This was the biggest let down of our holiday if I'm honest

The staff are friendly, the all inclusive offering is great and there is always something nice to eat - including ice cream (lots of flavours)! Both the pool and the water park are great - even though part of the water park was closed for renovation, all the slides were open and it’s a lovely spacious place

Clean, atmospheric and full of happy families. The entertainment team are as good as any other I’ve experienced and the drinks are always flowing (soft drinks are self service so no queueing)

Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel

Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms were a little outdated the dinning area was very clean and the choices of food were excellent friendly staff making sure you were comfortable.

The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful

This felt like the Hub for experiences. All trips with boat, car and bus come by this hotel. We joined a boat trip with jetski, para sailing and swimming with snorcle. This was really something special

All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us

Lots of choice (inc traditional English fry up options), always being replenished or cooked fresh in front of you. There isn’t much to do close to the hotel. But the free bus to Maspalomas beach is a great bonus

Currently staying at Cristobal. Only been here 4 days and already can say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed as a family! The facilities are great, exactly what we were looking for

Kids splash pool with slides and tipping buckets is heated - this is such a bonus! Bigger pool with bigger slide isn’t too bad once you’re in. There’s a HiperDino on site which is great

Staying bed and breakfast (would love to be A. I but takes us out of our price range), breakfast has always been nice

The beds were so comfortable! We didn’t go out the hotel much but unless you care about excursions you don’t really need to leave as the resort has a shop located right on the edge with everything you need

You need to iron your clothes? you need to pay for laundry service per each item you need to iron. Also, if you opt in for all inclusive a lot of drinks are not included in it

This hotel is very great in giving good service and help for its customers. The all inclusive deal was very nice to have. They were very helpful the whole stay

And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service

Lovely place Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy

Only negative we have is food could be better for small picky eaters, by no means healthy but suggestions would include eg pizza, chicken nuggets; (there was more variety for adults)

We really enjoyed our stay at Kumara. It was a great place for family; it has a shallow pool for small children as well as a small play area

The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided in the room! The sofa bed for kids are very small, my daughter easily fell down and i ended up sleeping on the sofa bed and she on the main bed which was two single bed connected

Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am

A relaxing place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of sunbeds. Good food and drink. Second visit and would come back again..

Great stay We were there for 10 days. Very clean and relaxed vibes. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Pool area clean, relaxfull and always sunbeds up for grabs.

Excellent accomodation, few improvements could be made but this is the same for all properties, plenty of sun loungers and relaxed environment. Food is good. Entertainment is average at the hotel.

I stayed at Sunprime Atlantic View Suite & Spa and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, well-managed, and most of the staff were kind, professional, and helpful

Your booking a 2 star holiday and in our experience it has totally exceeded our expectations. The bungalows are lovely and have everything you need. Nice firm beds with extra pillows and blankets

The staff can not do enough for you and are so friendly. Food is fine for all inclusive we had a variety every day. Coffee machine can use anytime. The water fountain also fill up your bottles

Even further along are some nice bars, shops and restaurants and a large Aldi. I had a medical issue while on holiday and needed a Doctor

We had a relaxed and chilled holiday. I love my Prosecco and this was a really nice quality. We loved it and would recommend for a break on a budget you’ll be pleasantly surprised

The quality of the food and all inc. The pool area, restaurant/bar is spotlessly clean and the apartments although a little tired, are spacious. Our only complaints are that it can become a bit rowdy with groups

The reception and staff friendly. There needs to be more spa bookings as I actually went somewhere else for day. I would consider going back maybe in around 20 years time. It's a beautiful location on beach

Food is plentiful are lots of choices and recommend all inclusive. No music around the pool and a Spa which is excellent. Most guest are respectful and such a relaxing atmosphere

Unfortunately I came when it was very bad weather. The hotel is located to the beach. The spa is lovely but could only receive one massage as it was fully booked up

It didn’t quite match the overall quality of the rest of the experience although it was varied and plentiful. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, especially for its location, surroundings, and excellent service

The hotel is geared for older people and even the entertainment is focused around that cliental. The lift to spa facilities was broke. I know someone who wanted to access but couldn't due to accessibility

getting back to 100% health after cancer treatment so it was good gentle exercise , suitable for all ages ! Water and coffee capsules are regularly replenished. Sun loungers are not left for more than an hour, and then the towels are removed. Theme nights in the restaurant are fresh every day

got back early hours of friday morning after 5 nights SUPERB stay at the don gregory. Stayed b and b with my dear friend in a double room ( bed was superking) and was huge. Balcony was superb ( we were on second floor)

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, 10 minutes from a beach area with many restaurants and shops. It has a large, clean lobby and a rooftop area with umbrellas, chairs, and loungers

The selection of drinks at the bar can be interesting for those who drink alcohol, which costs more than soft drinks. The soft drinks, in fact, are mostly juices and mixes with supermarket items

Breakfast, on the other hand, is very varied and can satisfy your needs in a healthier way than lunch and dinner. Even here, however, the juices and hot drinks are powders mixed with water

Let me explain: the cocktails are good, but the juice is made with tea powder or is the low-cost kind. If you're expecting juices or drinks with fruit in them, you won't find them

The food selection is very wide and good, but it varies greatly depending on the style of the place, so if you're looking for something similar to Italian cuisine and/or healthy, you'll have to give it a bit of a miss

All had the biggest bubbly personalities and we enjoyed the miniclub as a mother and daughter duo. The only change I'd make is a fortnightly rota rather than weekly which I can imagine is done during busier seasons

We didn’t pay crazy money so worth it and only here for long weekend. Pools too cold to swim in and waterpark salt water making it uncomfortable to be in for long

The variety show they put on was absolutely incredible and they all shone!! My little one has spoken about her friends (acttiv team) all the way home! Food was lovely, sometimes a little repetitive but also did themed nights so you could easily make it less repetitive by sticking to one thing

It is unpretentious and stylish, an abundance of plants everywhere. I love the beach and walked it every day. The food is good quality with a good supply of fruit and vegetables

All inclusive is very limited, they do tell you that when you book it, but they take it literally, if it's not on the list, you don't get it. We enjoyed our holiday as it was exactly as expected

Almost all staff are super friendly! Ok to be honest, it could have some maintenance or painting, food could be more variously but overall it’s a great value and we have a great stay, in the end it is what you expect, and you don’t pay for a Hilton or Riu, so have your expectations accordingly

It’s good but tonight it was a new level. The entertainment I couldn’t work out what language he was trying to sing in. It wasn’t German, English or anything else close to to Spanish
