The staff are lovely The pool is basically non existent but that doesn't matter as you're beach front anyway Breakfast choice was poor and nothing that was supposed to be warm was warm

The hotel is super well located: in the north of the island with a view of the sea. Small drawbacks: there is no parking on site so if you happen to rent a vehicle, it will be difficult to find a place to park

We had a big balcony, a pity it only had a table and 2 chairs. A couple of sunbeds as well would have been nice.

It was a great location for walking the beaches and to shops.

It was a really chilled week where I was able to truly relax and forget about work. There was free WiFi and Aircon at no extra cost. The pool and jacuzzi were welcome on the hot days and the gardens are beautiful

The bungalow facing the pool can be a bit too "intense" with people, music etc!

Always a great stay here. Great location and friendly helpful staff. They treat everyone as family. Always clean and organized. My go to place to stay as a gay nudist male when I am in Playa del Inglés.

Nicely placed between the beach and the Yumbo, I liked this place first time that I returned 7 weeks later. I have rebooked for April 25 since I returned

Staff couldn’t be more friendly and relaxed which is all you ask for. My only down this time was the pool needed a bit of a clean round the outside especially as there were not that many guests this visit

First the good stuff from our first 2 weeks - apartment is well decorated and maintained - it is kept scrupulously clean, as is the whole site - basic cooking equipment and utensils are provided ie pots ,pans , toasted sandwich maker ( no toaster) good microwave and fridge freezer Bed is firm but comfortable, Location is excellent beach, bars, restaurants and small supermarkets all close by 2 minor...

- Very calm place to stay were everyone seems to follow the rules during our stay Negatives: -Hard bed -Slow WiFi during the nights (maybe because everyone uses it at the same time)

Positives: -Great location next to the Playa Ingles. -Supermarket nearby and also good restaurants close

On the downside, WiFi is problematic, ok during day, but very poor reception during evenings Tv has CNN News and that is only English Channel Our Apartment no2 is on small side with little storage space Cooking and food preparation area is small Apartment has its own hot water heater which is probably too small, showering needs to be done quickly with a 15/20 min wait between each shower, but water...

Noise is no more than one would expect in a busy resort and has not once been a problem for us. The street facing apartment we occupy has a large patio with plenty of sun from 10 till dusk

Perfectly positioned boutique resort with almost private beach and great pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and loved the relaxed, chilled out vibe they have created for their guests

We enjoyed our morning swim in the pool but even better the night swim in the ocean as we had access to the beach just a minute from our apartment

Wonderful place next to an almost private beach. Perfect for sunrise watching, relaxing and exploring the island. The bungalows are basic but comfortable enough. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The apartment is very well equipped, with a great terrace, very well located and with friendly and professional staff, very clean. It has an ideal location, close to everything, but very quiet, I would definitely repeat.

The apartment is spacious, there is a kitchen with everything you need to cook. The bedroom is modest, the pillows are uncomfortable, the mattresses are hard. The bathroom is small, there is a constant unpleasant smell

The room was very comfy and clean, the simple breakfast was satisfying, and the outdoor seating area was a nice. Also great shared cooking / kitchen facilities with good recycling policy

Toilets were off the landing but each room had its own designated one to use. A small breakfast was provided each morning with drinks available to buy in the evening from reception

It is a bus ride away from the city with its sanding beaches of Las Canteras, restaurants and shops but also accessible to the mountains, volcano and other interesting places

They were welcoming, approachable and helpful, just fantastic! This was a work trip, however as individuals we are all excited about returning to the hostel with our families and friends in the future

Hostel Gran Canaria, las Palmas. Outstanding accommodation we had a triple room (didn't take any photos for some reason) 1 single and 1 bunk bed with an on suite shower room

When we arrived the gentleman man from the reception was very friendly and made us feel at home. Everything in this hotel is first class this is our first time here and we will definitely be back

The pool bar only allows certain areas to eat food however there is no sign that states this so caused some confusion and not many seating options for food

Prosecco on arrival, beautiful adults only swimming pool area, pleasant individual villas. All staff we met were friendly and helpful

Can not fault this hotel . All the staff are lovely and friendly specially Laura from entertainment how smiles all day . The food is gorgeous , first time for us in this hotel , but we will definitely be back .

Room cleaners, restaurant staff, entertainers, especially Romena and Joni who organised morning stretches and afternoon yoga. The whole site is well maintained by the gardeners

Great family friendly hotel with excellent entertainment. The Taste Bar, although not part of the all inclusive, was so friendly and gave great advice on places to see and eat

In all we had a lovely relaxing holiday, tennis table and pool tables in outdoor bar, pools were clean. We will definitely return here and would recommend it

Once you have worked out how to get to your room and down again it’s fine but when u first arrive, tired from travelling all day… The main pool is noisy, crowded, full of screaming kids, blaring music and DJ doing games for the kids

There is a quiet pool on 3rd or 6th floor. It has no facilities/bar/loos but it is quiet, lovely infinity pool and nice views

Take drinks/snacks (might not be officially allowed though) Despite the size/scale of the place there was never a queue at reception and they are very helpful ( once they backed down over the AC rip off thing

Few tips worth noting unless you are in a ‘superior’ room which is the same room you can’t use the aircon or room safe without paying extra. which seems crazy as they are right there

The view from the pool is fabulous and the heated pool was great. Before we left we used the free shower room it’s brilliant great for a family just book a slot on the morning when you check out

Lovely well equipped room with beautiful view of sea and harbour. Welcoming and helpful staff . Fantastic breakfast choice. Amazing pool. Altogether a wonderful place to stay

My only gripe is the sunbeds they are so uncomfortable we all struggled to spend the day on them. You need a mat if I was to go again I’d take a camping self inflating mattress

I love it, it's the second time I've been here, the apartments are quite spacious, the facilities are very good, although they need to do some renovations since they look a bit dilapidated, in terms of cleaning and the employees are great, what we didn't like were the ways in which one of the waitresses at the pool bar spoke to us, for everything else I would return without hesitation

We paid a very reasonable price, all the staff were really nice, beds were comfy and clean, pool restaurant/bar was great and it’s a short walk to a beach, restaurants and shops

Great hotel, with clean and spacious suite, good pool and outside relaxing area, and good location less than ten minutes from the beach

Two twin beds joined does not make a double bed it still has a gap in between which is discomforting specially for couples

excellent Booked here for a seven night stay. We arrived a couple of hours early. We were met by very friendly reception staff who informed the room was ready and could check in now as room was ready

Great stay and very clean hotel, let down by a very poor shower. Inconsistent water temperature and very poorly sealed with water all over the floor.

It was fully booked when we stayed, however, you would not have thought it! No issues with sunbeds etc. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern

Pool was great! Location wise it is a bit out of the main areas, but we knew that when booking - hire a car , grab a taxi, or go for a nice slow walk! Didn’t bother us at all as we prefer a more relaxing stay

The Hotel has 3 pools one small for the kids,one solely for adults, and main pool is the largest with a walk in option to one side for people with walking difficulties

The outstanding positive of the place is the grounds. A lovely pool area, catering best to young families and couples, was fully surrounded by circles of bungalows lined with a superb collection of trees and shrubs

There is a carpark out the front should you want to hire a car as the hotel is around a 25 minute walk to playa del ingles and the same to melanoras,However there is a coach operating from outside the hotel every hour to both of these places for I think €1

Lovely modern suites, spotless and well laid out. Food was great and the on site pools and gym were excellent.

The welcome at the hotel was friendly and efficient, and we were very pleased with our room even though we opted not to have a sea view in order to have a deluxe studio with a kitchen so that we could cater for ourselves in the evenings

Hotel facilities were excellent - we always found room to sit by the pool if we wanted it, the gym was very well equipped and the overall look and feel of the hotel was very positive. The 360 restaurant is superb

The hotel is not huge but beautiful and well located near the beach (5-7 min walk). They explained everything and provided advice when needed. The restaurant was great and the facilities were very clean

The Bohemia Suites and Spa is a 5* rated hotel in Playa del Ingles, very conveniently situated for access to local facilities and just a 5 minute walk from the beach

Really clean rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. All inclusive always something to choose keep clean and good service in restaurants and bar. They are renewing sunbeds around the pool

all excellent and they work HARD! My room was looked after every day, the bar and restaurant staff were so nice and attentive, and the hotel grounds were great. I noticed that the cleaning team were always on it

JARDIN DURADO complex is a well run small arrangement of bungalows. I cannot find anything negative to say. I am a frequent traveller and I have never had such a relaxing time

Stayed here over the Xmas holidays and found the place to be lovely! In particular the staff were 5*, from reception, hospitality staff and cleaning team

Peaceful, friendly, clean, really pushed the boat out xmas and newyear. Only one piece of advice would be to put a handrail in the shower

The Junior Suite (high large balcony) was amazing. Very clean, had joined twin beds, nice seating area and kitchenette. The balcony made it extra special, amazing views, jacuzzi bath and sun loungers

We used the spa once too, you have to book as it is quite small, but we were lucky and had it all to ourselves. It is a little dated but was nice to relax. All staff were so friendly and helpful

The winter sun blazed on the balcony from midday to 5pm. We booked half board and there was a great selection of buffet and also a la carte for dinner

Food was excellent. Half board with buffet style starters and desserts with al a carte mains. Staff were always friendly ans attentive.

The hotel is in an amazing position overlooking a golf course from the pool area and great view of the Maspalomas Sand Dunes to the sea. The hotel also has an amazing spa area which we constantly took advantage of

The placement of the hotel is in a quiet location although not too far from both the Yumbo Centre and Cita centre shopping areas where there are great shops, restaurants and nightlife

The room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Everyone on staff were lovely. The property is well maintained, the rooms upgraded.

Evening meal is casual buffet at pool bar with great selection of food available. Umiaya restaurant also in the complex for more formal fine dining and is well worth a visit

And can we talk about the food? The breakfast and dinner buffets had such a delicious variety that I couldn't get enough! Plus, the entertainment was fantastic – every night was a blast! 🎉 Can't wait to return!

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, reflecting the high standards of their housekeeping services. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent, allowing for uninterrupted browsing

Similarly, the pool area, gym, sauna and restaurant were immaculately clean. The location is good with nice walks tp other resorts, the hills and, of course, the famous Dunes

Just got back from Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa, and I can't stop raving about it! 🌟 The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile

I was impressed by the buffet offerings for both breakfast and dinner, which featured a wide variety of high-quality dishes. I highly recommend for an enjoyable and comfortable stay

It said the middle one was heated. but it still felt cold!! The kids loved playing in all three pools. There are no inflatables though, which was disappointing for the kids, but i understand why they're not permitted

We were in the bungalows at the back with their own plunge pool. Room layout absolutely fine, some toiletries included ( razor, toothbrush etc). Kept spotlessy clean by delightful and cheery maintenance staff

Entertaiment - we did a couple of nights there - both IVAN (singer) and KAPITAL (strength &balance duo) were brilliant , even cajoled me on stage for a try,loved it really Special mention for our reception host, tall man with beard - very helpful and understanding, we had to check in and out twice due to unforeseen issue at home

it looks like some of the bungalows have been updated, they looked gorgeous from the outside (i didn't see inside one though) The complex is beautiful. There are a few peacocks wandering around which are friendly

but there was always something that catered for him, as well as the rest of us who like to try different things and not the same thing every night. The entertainment team were great with my children

Cleaners did a great job of all areas. Pool area was fine never too busy so no issues getting a sunbed. Room totally sufficient for our needs

What an exceptionally clean hotel and obviously the staff like working there as they're always smiling,the pool bar for snacks and drinks was a true delight and the only thing I could fault about my stay there was the shower didnt have much power and kept changing temperature but all in all one of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time 🤩🤩🤩

The apartments and public areas are spotless and all fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Maid service daily to a very high standard. Reception and pool bar staff are amazing

Location was great, near to the beach, supermarkets or any other attraction Minus for : no balcony, or any vindows that open on the street, very thin walls, and constant black hair on the sheets, although they were clea ( I have blond hair, so it is not mine ) The staff is very friendly, always helpful

They even top up the toilet roll. Our only regret was not booking the penthouse as didn't book early enough! We highly recommend staying here, lovely people,perfect position for beach and lovely restaurants

Laundromat directly across the street, with plenty of grocery stores, bodegas, tons of restaurants and a simple 5 minute walk to Las Canteras (beach)

We have just spent a week in these lovely apartments. They are spotlessly clean , the shower is perfect, the sofa is comfortable, kitchen perfectly equipped. The towels and sheets changed regularly and room cleaned daily

The room was very clean and nice, with all necessaries. Amazing place to call your home when exploring Las Palmas. Got to upgrade our booked room for one with a balcony on arrival, without any trouble
