Everything very close and still very quiet. Just a few steps to the beach. Nice beds, I slept like a baby. For the price of 75 euros the night (with breakfast) absolutely worth the money

This property is a bit like a Premier Inn. Longer walks to beaches but bus stop outside the hotel and taxi rank a short walk away. Negatives are that the decor is showing its age and could do with updating in all areas

Location is not ideal but there are good bus connections, apart of that all 10/10, very clean spacious rooms, very good breakfast served and polite and helpful employees, would definitely recommend

Hotel Pujol A small but very friendly Hotel with a perfect situation. Just 1 minute walk to Las Canteras beach. Surrounded by some good local restaurants and bars and also many shops, but not noisy.

The room was tired, with peeling wallpaper and the only thing to keep you cool is 1 fan - no Air conditioning. The area os the greatest downside. It is indeed, right next to the beach - however this arra stank

Very clean and comfortable room with everything you need and the option to play music directly from your phone through the room's speakers, customizable LED lights; we found it very complete for the area and the price was great

There was also on offer a range of fresh continental breakfast foods with tea, coffee and juices. The receptionist also booked our taxi back to the airport and made sure it was on time

The hotel was immaculate as was our very spacious room which was cleaned daily by a lovely friendly cleaning lady who offered fresh sheets and towels if required

The room was fantastic. The small area was very quiet and clean. Great location for the beach and town. The staff were very helpful, even giving us a spare plug for the trip. You couldn't ask for more.

This is the perfect stay if you are looking for somewhere in Playa del Ingles / Maspalomas to call a home base for a bit. The (two) pools are gorgeous, and you have dedicated loungers and an umbrella

Studio room is quite small but no smaller than a regular hotel room , just a little short on storage was only small issue we had pool area and pool was well maintained and again spotless

Beautiful resort, very clean and tidy staff were very friendly, lovely bungalows and well equipped, lovely pool and sun beds very relaxed and chilled atmosphere

I stayed in the Premium Apartment 121, which was heavenly. It is steps from the beach and also right next to the Cita, which has a grocery store for essentials

Going to Yumbo center is a short drive (GPS says 45 minute walk downhill - there’s a reason you have views) but parking there is awful so best to think of how you’ll get into the middle of the city for dancing and how you’ll get to the beach if that’s your thing

The pool bar was open during the day and into the night which was surprising and created a space for people to gather. The music around the pool area wasn’t ideal

The rooms back up on the pool so this music is inescapable even on your back patio (the volume could be lower) and it’s pop music which isn’t to everyone’s taste

And of course you expect a view with that name! You only see into the pool area (and the views of that depend on the other guests! Ha!)

Diego and Eduardo truly went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome and well taken care of

They should enclose a space for a small gym if that’s important to guests. To be honest, I think the place is misnamed; the location is on top of the city but you do not have views from your room or balcony

Nice clean room with a lovely shower and bed. It is above a bar so if you are a light sleeper you should either sit in the bar or not book this room🤪

Perfect location in terms of amenities/ bus station etc, however the hotel is above a restaurant and next door to a bar so noisy on weekends and most of the day and evenings especially if you're on lower floors like I was

Pretty but sticky This is a pretty place to stay and should be very good but there’s a few issues. The air conditioning is hot and Miss which meant for a few sweaty nights. The I’m room coffee machine also need to work

The room was modern, stylish and the mattress excellent quality. The music in hallway is cool but at times too loud if you want to have a nap 😜. I will go back there for sure

This is the best hotel i found on the island so far. I didnt 5/5 cause i had issue with shower and wasn't repaired. Still excellent boutique hotel to stay in!

Great location just steps away from the beach. Staff were really friendly and the room was great with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach.

We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade

Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained

The accommodation was really clean and well equipped the only day it wasn’t cleaned was Sunday when cleaner had the day off. The staff were all very friendly and approachable

Pool is cold (21degrees), that's only con! There is a washing machine to be used 5€/time, good with kids! And towels (for pool AND beach!) can be rented for 4€, it eases you to back

Booking in was so seamless receptionist was great. Then we got to our room absolutely amazing, looked out of the balcony and the view was fantastic overlooking the beach

For us it was a perfect weather, felt hot and summery but not too hot, walking was ok without swetting. I think it was 19-21 in shade during the day. Some clouds mostly around the mountains and at the sea

The pool area is clean and there were always plenty of sun beds with no towels being allowed to be left for hours reserving sun beds which I really liked

The pool area is spotless it has a lovely little eating area and the couple who work there will go above and beyond for you

As for the pool bar, (unfortunately cannot remember their names) the staff were wonderful, you ask for something that was not quite the same on the menu and they would make it for you

Stayed here for 2 days in July weeks 2025. Great location, one block away from the top end of Las Canteras beaches

The room was super clean, and will defiantly recommend to anyone that wants an easy and cool place close to the entertainment for a nice quiet stay

check in was not explained all that well, but could of been me. I was very happy with the whole experience

Outside, there are two roof terraces which afford good views across the reef on the south side, and the hills on the north side. There is an outside table and loungers, as well as a jacuzzi (which I didn't use)

I stayed in the top floor penthouse terrace which has a studio room with king size bed and a recliner sofa. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker with oven, and microwave

Large fridge/freezer, coffee maker (capsules not cafetiere), kettle and toaster. Very little cutlery though - just 2 spoons and forks - and only a very small frying pan

I think we made a reservation for a room with a city view and They gave us a room with CITY VIEW A 30m2 gorgeous private terrace in the top floor and the whole apartment with small living area separated from the bedroom

Bathroom with built skylight and breakfast was served in the NHImperial hotel's restaurant next door with gorgeous panoramic views of Las Canteras beach

The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The place itself is quiet and relaxing, which I appreciated. However, I did notice ants in my room the day before I was leaving

Alexia was so friendly during my check-in and gave some great local recommendations. Staff were generally great. The room was clean and tidy.

Very nice hotel near the seafront. Got a room on the fourth floor with balcony. The room was recently redecorated, all looking fresh

The single room was excellent and clean , while the staff were friendly and helpful enough. Cannot vouch for local shops , simply because I arrived late and departed early

On the minus side; 1- only one chair on the balcony and the furniture was old and plastic. 2- As we were there for 3 days and the hotel does not have any servings, the room could do with a small fridge

Request an upstairs room with harbour view if possible. Breakfast cannot be bettered but we went out to the local Mogan restaurants at night. The staff were all very helpful and the rooms well equiped

We've stayed at this hotel on a number of occassions and have never been disapointed. It is in a superb position with step access directly into the refreshing Atlantic Oceon

It's lively until 1-2 AM, but that's the trade-off for the central location just a few minutes' walk from Las Canteras beach. Recommended for those who value location, cleanliness, and no-frills accommodation

What really stands out is the amazing lady at reception who has been running the hotel for 60 years. She's incredibly friendly and helpful – gives the place a personal touch you rarely experience nowadays

No issues with bugs that some previous reviews mentioned – my room was spotless. Note that the hotel is located at Plaza de la Feria with bars and restaurants, so bring earplugs if you're noise-sensitive

Privelege suits are worth every cent. I upgraded to the privilege suites. They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools

Free parking next to the complex. Helpful staff, I’ll recommend if you are not coming at they’re check in time that you contact them by WhatsApp. Cons that the pool is not heated, so was very cold, but close to the beach

We had a very peaceful night's sleep and we will use this hotel again when back in Las Palmas. It's in a good location and the cafe, Olivia across the road is a good choice for breakfast

Had an overnight stay here as we went to Granca Fest. From the outside, the hotel may not look the prettiest. , however, we were pleasantly surprised when we got inside

Very nice hotel! Just was problem because we couldn't finde parking place. We need to walk 10min to the first parking space and we paid around 40€ for 6 days.

My room was very comfortable and had a private courtyard garden which I loved! Breakfast is terrific with plenty of choices from the buffet as well as a delicious hot offering cooked to order

I’ve recently returned from an amazing week at the Birdcage Resort. A lovely place, peaceful and relaxing. I felt so welcome from the moment I arrived. Mike, Roland and Ralf are wonderful

Cannot be more handy for restaurants and Yumbo, plus supermarkets. Great free parking outside for our hire car too

For 35-45 euros, you will get one non smoker single or double bedroom. No breakfast but the bar at the corner will provide you with a cheap and better breakfast than most hotels in Las Palmas

The only inconvenience was leaving key in reception every time, and in the night the entrance is closed so you need to call the entry phone

I experienced 1 issue, the threshold between the room and the bathroom is not that obvious (due to the similar colours of the floor in both rooms, I guess) and I banged my toe into it wen I had just arrived in the room

The reception was friendly, they allowed me to check in a little earlier than the check in time as I arrived early in Las Palmas. The room was modern, but basic. A water boiler was made available upon request
