Hotels on first line in Gran Canaria

This is an older property but has a lot going for it! (We had low expectations due to some of the reviews) but were actually pleasantly surprised

It was a nice experience for me to stay here in Hotel Concorde. All the employees were very friendly.

Very good breakfast including everything that you wish for, even a glass of champagne for those who fancy that in the morning! On the top of the hotel they have their swimming pool and good sun chairs, with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean

The hotel is amazing 😍, 1 minute walk from the beach ⛱️, staff are cleaning everyday. Everything in a small walk-in distance. Will definitely book again.

pool with a few sunbeds and for every bungalow a big sunbed. I think they have to finish some little things, during the ten days we stayed the where finishing the last bungalows, lights by the pool

Excellent bungalows, small (12) but all the basics are available. In addition, bicycle racks, swimming pool and laundry facilities are on site. Reception open 1 hour per day. Staff very friendly, cleaning excellent

We where missing a drying rack by the bungalow. There are no glasses allowed by the pool, (understandable!) but provide some plastic cups in the bungalow so you can take a drink with you

The Jacuzzi was my favourite thing of all (FYI i think the advertized "heated pool" meant jacuzzi since the actual pool felt cold)! Pool bar staff were awesome! Top floor where the jacuzzi and some chairs/beds are, there should be a bar aswell

Hotel is a few minutes walk to Irish centre and 20 minutes walk down to the main beach. We always got a taxi back as it’s all up hill which cost about 4 euros. But an easy walk down in the morning

All the staff we come across were friendly and the pool girl is a bit nuts (in a good way) Given the price we payed I would 100% stay at this hotel again

Good location in Playa de Inglés. The outdoor/pool area was super nice and modern, with plenty of comfy pool chairs and sun beds

This is my fourth visit to Hotel Caserio within two years, and I can honestly say the hotel is perfect. It’s always nice to see the regular staff as well as new faces, especially the new daytime entertainment staff

The truth is that everything was super good, we were delighted with all the staff, especially Natalia, a sweetheart from the first minute, explaining everything to me in detail with a smile, the pool was super cool for photos above all, as I said, I'm threatening to come back soon!

We only stayed one night. But the hotel's location is excellent. The value for money is very good. I would recommend it.

Small and overlooks abandoned buildings. - I had 3 emails and 2 WhatsApps in the space of 10 hours telling me to express check out online, ridiculous! - Not worth €90

Had a lovely stay well located near the port, only a short walk to Las Cantares Beach. Loads of nice restaurants in the areas around the hotel

Me and my partner stayed here so we could see the Rally Canaria. Modern , clean , polite staff. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. And the dining room is the vaults of what was a bank

There are ants on the sink because the bathroom is not sealed tightly. Environment: The overall environment is good. Service: Good, the front desk reception is serious and responsible. But the English is not very fluent

This hotel is a three-star hotel, which is okay for this price in Europe. The hotel is retro and fashionable as a whole, and the lobby is spacious. There are air conditioners and desks in the room

Facilities: There is a gym, but no parking. There are many places to put things in the room, with a hair dryer and a safe, but no refrigerator. Hygiene: It can only be said to be average

Our room did have a door on the bathroom. The 12th floor terrace offers 360deg views of the port and countryside. Plenty of places within a 5 minute walk to eat and drink at

We spoke to lots of people in other hotels who were struggling to get a sunbed each day. No such issues here! The sun terrace and pool area are well equipped and there are lots of beds available

Only 10 mins to the beach ( but you do need to climb 100 steps, but I don’t think you can escape that if you stay in Peurto Rico!!) and about the same distance to the shopping centre where all the restaurants are

We had a brilliant 2 week break here. Staff and food were fantastic! Rooms are spacious, we had a large terrace to sunbathe on. Pool area is nice and plenty of sunbeds

The staff work very hard and are very pleasant. The pool area is clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone, anytime of the day. The food was good, although, like all all-inclusive hotels a little repetitive at times

All drinks are self service and a good variety of food. Always managed to find a spot around the pool

You can stroll down the hill to Amadores beach, but would recommend a taxi back up as it is steep. 85 Euros for a taxi up the hill is well worth it

We arrived late after the meals had ended, but on checking was advised to swing by the restaurant and they would give us a 'picnic', they did a sandwich and some fresh fruit, luckily the bar was still open so we could help it down with some drinks

The place is very quiet and pleasant. Excellent pool and many lounge chairs with umbrellas. Inexpensive restaurants. It does not have good beaches as there are many stones.

Beautiful landscape Great sea, stone beach with direct access to the sea. You can walk along the promenade

The apartment was very well stocked with cooking equipment. The pools and facilities were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable. The activities on offer were fun and there was so much to do

The room was huge and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It had a sea view and wasn't far from the beach. The breakfast was plentiful, and the fruit and eggs were delicious. I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed my stay at the Lumm Hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful, rooms are really comfortable and location is quite practical, being near to the beach and the bus stations.

My friend and I just went for drinks before lunch, we ordered white and red wines per glass but when I tasted my red wine was off already like vinegar taste but the staff change with no problems she open a new bottle one, friendly staffs and nice ambiance

Not many good places to eat near this hotel. However, walk 12-14 mins to the sea front and there are quite a few. The hotel itself is clean and well kept

Shops, restaurants, bars, public transport. Minimal interaction with staff but when we encountered them they are lovely and helpful. Clean and everything is thought of. Housekeeping did daily cleans

The hotel is on a very busy road, but it isn't heard in the rooms. Sleep quality and comfort is good. Theres a rooftop solarium with a whirlpool tub if you want to go up there

They answer all our questions, offer a welcome gift for repeat guests, and upgraded us to a better room

Lovely adults only hotel 5 minute taxi ride to Maspalomas beach and lighthouse, they offer a free daily bus service to the Charca of Maspalomas near the dunes - professional, friendly and courteous staff, had problem with key to room which they sorted out immediately, good choice of breakfast and dinner options, great layout, swimming pool and small jacuzzi type pool in the middle with suites all around...

The hotel is slightly away from the beach and town centre; however, the location is quiet and perfect for winding down. Taxis are inexpensive (€5–7) and make getting around very easy

For a 3* hotel that central with a heated pool and gym with good equipment you will be more than happy. The staff are helpful and friendly, the breakfast is ok, I personally didn’t like the coffee but the tea bags are ok

It has everything you need and the bungalows are very spacious with you will need for your stay. The pool snack bar has what you will need at a reasonable price. The whole complex is clean and accommodation is spotless

We have stayed at the Relaxia Los Girasoles many times and would recommend these wonderful bungalows to anyone. The large pool is one of the best we have come across and the surrounding landscape is well maintained

During the day around the pool, you would think you’re in a secluded quiet spot in the well manicured grounds. On site you’ve got laundry machines accessible and an iron can be borrowed from reception on request

Only things I’d flag for improvement are the following: - The air conditioning unit appeared to be dropping small bits of debris, perhaps the filters need changing? - It would be nice if there were sun loungers on the lawns rather than deck chairs, but not the end of the world This will definitely be our go-to for trips to Playa del Ingles in the future, thank you!
