Rooms and sea views were lovely and the whole hotel spotlessly clean. excellent choice of food and drink. Can't tell you much about outside the hotel because we didn't go
also not once during the week had to look for sunbeds
fish not great at all the chef on that grill needs to smile worst omelette s in any hotel scrambled egg lovely no poached eggs ?but nice pasta, salads. Lunch outside so many flies we managed to get inside to eat
Just had a wonderful week at this hotel. we came away for a quiet break and that's what we had. it was our choice not to join in any activities and no-one bothered us but plenty going on
Lot seem to say they wouldn’t be going back until it’s had huge refurbishment even clients who have been few times previously. Entertainment very good, and Jamie an asset to the hotel with games and quizzes
The staff are brilliant and very polite always a smile The worst sun loungers ever so low and ridges stick in your back need to get cushions or better new comfy ones

The receptionist was really helpful in getting us quiet rooms & helping us with days out. The newly refurbished pools out the back were great, we have older teenage kids so didn't use the splash park but it looked fun
Plenty of sun beds at any time of day, we found one of the older pools next to the mini golf to be the warmest, I would think it was heated as we went swimming everyday, balls & inflatables are aloud
We had two standard rooms, be warned these have not been refurbished & have no air con which was fine for us in April. Our rooms were spotless when we arrived & cleaned most days
The food was good, not the best selection we have had in the evening but always something tasty, we never had trouble getting a table & breakfast was brilliant
Not sure if all inclusive would be beneficial at this hotel but half board was perfect & water was included in the evening meal, drinks were reasonably priced
Yes they are basic, the bathroom is small & has a shower over the bath with a shower curtain but it was hot & powerful

This a really nice hotel, really well located for local restaurants and shops. The pool area was great and right on the beach if you prefer. The breakfast had a lot of choice and all the staff were lovely
Great Staff! The hotel is located on the beach in a great location. Awesome pool and breakfast!
This was our second time staying at Hotel Cristina during a visit to Las Palmas, and it definitely won’t be the last
We’ve been very satisfied both times, the hotel offers great value for money and has an unbeatable location right by the beach. The breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of options no matter what you like
Wonderful hotel right at the beach! Rooms were absolutely beautiful and were cleaned everyday while we were out doing our thing. Breakfast included just about everything
The staff is incredibly helpful and efficient. The hotel itself is beautiful. The views in all rooms are great. We enjoyed the pool and our private balcony

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely holiday. Room was incredibly comfortable with great air con. Hotel situated very close to the beach and had multiple pools
The free aqua aerobics class was great fun! Sunbeds were spread throughout the pool area and on multiple levels, which meant you could scope out a more private quiet area if that was desired
Recommended if you like all inclusive. It’s nice and the staff is really give. The hotel is well located on the beach. The only problem those cheap merchants across the street (on the beach)
The service was very good and the staff and waiters do an excellent job cleaning tables and keeping tables open and ready for customers. The main pool was taken out of service 2 nights
But they have a second pool and because is a walk across the street
Great location for the beach
Food average at best
Drinks poor unless you upgrade
Ridiculous sized beer glasses (250ml)
Lots of pool chairs abs the adult pool was very nice with cushioned lounge chairs. We highly recommend this property
If I had to find a fault, the adult pool is more uncomfortable than the family pool
Great weather, clean facility, lots of lounge chairs. Housekeeping did a very good job cleaning our rooms. The Spar mini market had everything we needed for our few days stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
Great location, superior accommodations and the terrace was amazing. The grocery store was well stocked with supplies for our four night stay
We had booked one of the most expensive rooms, with a ground-level terrace, for two adults. Despite this, we were given the room closest to the children’s pool in the entire hotel
Unfortunately, it was never clear when they would arrive. Because of this, we missed the chance to change clothes for a golf round and were late for a dinner reservation, which was disappointing
Clean hotel, rooms a good size and worth extra for a sea view. Nice location - there are lots of steps to the beach, but there is also a lift (never used it) beaches lovely in both directions
It is unfortunate that the pool areas act like a wind tunnel with patio furniture being blown about. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the food was excellent
Top floor bar and sunbathing areas were a lovely retreat, very friendly staff who appreciated my attempt at some very bad Spanish drinks orders … never an issue finding a sun bed
Lovely hotel, smaller restaurant than we have been used to with AI, but the food was always plentiful and a good selection. BBQ and Chicken rotisserie nights were very good
The hotel was very clean staff excellent especially yury always looked after us with care.
What lets the hotel down is the poor bar and lobby area that is worn out, tatty and poorly designed. The light units were full of dead flies and the fake rattan chairs would have seen better days years ago
The reception and staff friendly. There needs to be more spa bookings as I actually went somewhere else for day. I would consider going back maybe in around 20 years time. It's a beautiful location on beach
Food is plentiful are lots of choices and recommend all inclusive. No music around the pool and a Spa which is excellent. Most guest are respectful and such a relaxing atmosphere
Unfortunately I came when it was very bad weather. The hotel is located to the beach. The spa is lovely but could only receive one massage as it was fully booked up
It was especially convenient being able to pick and reserve a sunbed for the week, making each day by the beach stress-free and enjoyable
The best thing is that you can go for a morning walk have breakfast and know you don have to fight for a sun bed. Rooms are good and all face the sea so good views and south facing
The hotel is geared for older people and even the entertainment is focused around that cliental. The lift to spa facilities was broke. I know someone who wanted to access but couldn't due to accessibility

Beautiful rooms with lovely views out to the sea. So good to be close to the beach & if you feel like a long walk, the walkway is just outside the hotel
Andrew and Greta are a brilliant team in the pool. I really enjoyed the 11am fitness sessions
The infinity pool was another factor that drove the excellent rating due… as it is heated and it’s located close to the gates that lead to the beach ️ Playa de las Burras ! I would like to mention the following staff that were very helpful : Celso, Carolina, Maria, Laura , Raul (Life saver and towels) , Rosita at the restaurant was outstanding!! Location is great as you can walk to San Agustin or...
Great location—transportation and shops nearby, yet not in the middle of a crowded hotel area. A pleasant surprise upon arrival—a minibar, beach bag, and flip-flops, along with a spa visit
only slight gripe was furniture being either put out or dragged up above us at the pool/ terrace area. Food was cooked beautifully and plenty of choice

It's been a few years since I stayed here and it was perfectly close to restaurants and bars with the Irish centre across the road and the yumbo only a short walk or taxi trip, the reception staff were very nice and welcoming breakfast had a good choice for everyone also no problem at any time of the day getting a sunbed at the pool it was a credit to the cleaning lady's who done my room everyday room...
Rooms are a great size, no issues with sunbeds, staff were all friendly and very accommodating getting us a room in our preferred location in hotel, can’t fault it all, only disappointment was in having to leave to come home!
Her attention to details , response times to queries and able to extend my stays even though the hotel was full to capacity. The staff in general are top class in this hotel and loved the pool area also
Shame all inclusive snacks aren't available at pool bar but ice cream + drinks are. Busy surrounding area but don't hear noise from rooms. Food was nice ,especially the Chinese day
The food is plentiful and we enjoyed our meals, the drinks were good too I'm really struggling to see why it's branded a vibe hotel though, not much happening through the day that suits us, but not if you're looking for a "vibe" Definitely not a place for children, no inflatables allowed and I've seen kids being stopped playing with a small ball in the pool
The hotel has made many improvements over the years, and the pool area has been done really well Rooms are basic but comfortable Bar staff are always friendly and pleased to see us returning,Carmen in particular nice to see younger members joining the team

Location is great, you can stroll along the seawall into hustle and bustle or the other way to see amazing unique views of the rocks.
The beach is amazing,
Staff is nice and the property is good overall.
The hotel has a good location, right by the sea, with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good and plentiful. However, the toilet tank in the bathroom leaked, and the sound of running water disturbed my sleep.
The hotel is a stone's throw from the sea, when I say two it means so......❣️ The staff and operators are very kind and available 24 hours a day. I recommend it and I will definitely return. Thank you all 🖐️
Great view from the room, the beach at the doorstep, the gym (around the corner) has everything one would expect, great running routes (road & trail). Highly recommend & will be back at next opportunity
Magnificent location, right next to Canteras Beach, and without a doubt the best part, the attentiveness of the hotel staff
Beach towels are provided free of charge at reception

Overall, a nice hotel with great staff, but we hope they do something about the poolside sunbed issue soon
Almost everything was fine. Only the coffee - cappuccino from the full automatic machine is not good- awfull. The coffee - espresso from the hand semi-automatic machine was excellent. The water in the pool was cold.
No reason to complain about the service in the bars unlike some other Palaces we have stayed in. The pool area was always clean and tidy and we never had a problem finding a sunbed
We had no problem at all in getting sunbeds at anytime of day. The only slight downside to the holiday was that once you left the hotel the resort was quiet and a little run down in areas
Minor gripe the smoking is in with non smoking so couldn’t go in that bar as you couldn’t breath. Some smoking around the pool also which absolutely disgusting. Not the hotels fault just selfish people
The only let down was there was not any daytime entertainment we like to do other things during the day like French Bowls, Aqua Aerobic not just sit on our sunbeds all day and eating

The hotel is very suitable for children, both in terms of the pool area and the food in the restaurant. The small bungalows are nice and cozy and all areas are neat and clean.
Amazing hotel that has great staff and is very children friendly. One person in my family got sick and the hotel helped us dealing with that. Thank you for your amazing serivce, I will defintely come back.
I stay 3 days in the hotel and i love the workshop de animation Ana is ameising ...................very cool ...........
Especially the entertainment staff was nice and fun. The fire alarm went off 3 times in a row at about 3. 30 in the morning and one time at 19. 30 but no information or comment from hotel management
A bit out of the way couldn't find a large supermarket for a few days that stocked things needed for 1 year old. Overall very enjoyable holiday
Everything was verry good. The food was verry good. The only thing we didn't like was there were to many couples with young children.

One of the best hotels i have ever been to, great big swimming pool, massive verandas, the staff are amazing, happy, helpful, understanding, nothing was a bother to them, cant wait to go back to this hotel.
But the rooms were huge especially in the Royal with a large balcony that catches the sun all day long. Beautiful views looking down the valley towards the sea! 15 minutes walk to the beach
Good
Cleanliness was exceptional... pool area great...staff were all friendly
Lovely hotel, clean all the usual amenities plus a massive balcony close to the centre but not to close that the music keeps you up all night
And perfect location bang across from the shopping mall and shopping centre which both have loads of food and drinks places
Only 1 downside was blood on one of the unused bed sheets that never got changed even though cleaners were in every day

Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel
All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us
Yes room clean. Staff work hard very friendly.
Good food.
Amazing views.
Sea views.
Word of warning - be prepared for a lot of stairs! If you struggle with stairs this hotel may not be right for you. Very good for kids or couples (I recommend the adult pool!)
Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good
The staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms were a little outdated the dinning area was very clean and the choices of food were excellent friendly staff making sure you were comfortable.

Really good rooms laid out in very small single story blocks of two. Good facilities, bars and restaurants. Staff were very kind and helpful and particularly enjoyed morning yoga or pilates with Alejandro
Currently staying at Cristobal. Only been here 4 days and already can say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed as a family! The facilities are great, exactly what we were looking for
Staying bed and breakfast (would love to be A. I but takes us out of our price range), breakfast has always been nice
The beds were so comfortable! We didn’t go out the hotel much but unless you care about excursions you don’t really need to leave as the resort has a shop located right on the edge with everything you need
And we did have to work out a lot of things ourselves, we were not provided with much information. But other than that I would give 4 stars out of 5 and would definitely go back!
I had a massage at the spa too, and the spa staff we’re extremely welcoming and cheerful. The only downside was when we arrived the receptionist wasn’t very attentive nor smiley

As always had a wonderful stay. Love the hotel and the staff are amazingly friendly. The hotel to be fair is a little dated but will be being refurbished next year.
We'll be back😀
Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. Heated pool - very important in February 😄 We'll be back.
Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking, and courteous
The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional
The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided in the room!
The sofa bed for kids are very small, my daughter easily fell down and i ended up sleeping on the sofa bed and she on the main bed which was two single bed connected
Rooms start to need a renovation and modernize to 21st century (USBs, comfy chairs in rooms, more modern bathrooms and overall decor). Annoying noise from construction in building next door every day from around 9am

The pool was very clean and the water was a good temperature. They provide towels with a €10 deposit for the pool. There's live entertainment and/or music every night. All the staff were very friendly
It could use some renovations; the mattresses are sagging a bit. They have a complimentary shower, and you can use the pool on the day of checkout. There's a refrigerator in the room
The hotel is located in a very central and convenient area. The hotel building is beautiful and comfortable, with a spacious reception area. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space around it for sunbathing
The hotel was superb and the staff were fabulous. The only gripe we had was we were the fardest room from the reception and that was very far from reception and the entrance/exit of the hotel.
The hotel is very well located, close to a bus stop, supermarkets, and restaurants. There's a free shuttle bus to Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. The breakfast was spectacular and plentiful
Clean rooms, good location, delicious food. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Entertainment was available every night at the hotel, great bar staff again plenty of seats and tables but would try to get to the entertainment around 7
Everything was fine. I will choose the same hotel at the next holiday.
Food options were good, themed evenings. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool
Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant

Everything perfect lovely room with sea view and balcony clean
We spent time at Amadores beach, Puerto Rico, we did a market on the Tuesday and went to the dunes. All of our adventures were via bus and were really reasonably priced
Amadores Beach by bus no 9 is one of the best! Evening entertainment is not to the quality of the TUI Blue ones
All the other time we enjoyed time at the hotel using the miniclub and poolside entertainment
We didn’t pay crazy money so worth it and only here for long weekend. Pools too cold to swim in and waterpark salt water making it uncomfortable to be in for long
Pool isn't heated and although the weather is lush and hot sometimes the pool was a little cool for the little ones, we generally used it when the sun had been on it for a while and did short stints but the older children seemed happy to be in and out

The room was lovely and staff fantastic
The only 1 problem to amenities was access to rooftop bar and pool restricted until after 5pm unless you were staying in suite or junior suite
Excellent staff; all very helpful and friendly. Set in beautiful park area. A very well looked after historic building with lots of space to relax and a spectacular breakfast and settling.
Hotel in total is good and we enjoyed our stay. Although its five star hotel, to me it looks good 4 stars hotel not 5 stars. Swimming pool is a bit small but super clean. The SPA is very nice and calm atmosphere
The hotel itself is a old-fashioned gem. We stayed in junior suite facing the front of the Hotel. Very quiet, airconditioning was a bit off and the air in the room kind of dusty
One of the best parts were the 3 swimming pools. And the breakfast, one the best ever!
Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — especially Eduardo, who greeted us with a smile from the moment we checked in late at night until our last evening
