Small fridge, large wardrobe and safe. The rear enclosed garden with electric canopy is amazing addition for a bit of peace. Pool is so quiet in the day, enough beds for everyone staying at the hotel

Our check-in was friendly and the lovely lady showed us to our room and where we would find everything and of how to use it, the rooms are spotless. They have a modern feel the beds are very firm and comfortable

Breakfast is different each day, the chef will make omelette or pancakes on request. Ask the hotel about airport transfer before you arrive, they are much cheaper and great service than a taxi

The location for us is perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach and there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all around but still a quiet and peaceful place to stay

The hotel was located next to the sea, so it was very convenient to go to the sea. The hotel staff was also very friendly and tried to provide us with the best service

Staff, very friendly. Everything is very clean. The hotel is one step from the beach. Close to restaurants, supermarkets. Each room has safe box.

We enjoyed pizza, sandwiches, hot dogs, Tropical beer, Canarias Tropical cocktail, and Mango Daquiris (cocktails and mocktails) from the bar. There were no issues with sunbed wars, and the atmosphere was very peaceful

A great spot for sun all day long. The pool and whirlpool were quite cold, but perfect for cooling off in the heat

There is a hotel supermarket in the nearby Montebello hotel, which we used once for bottled water, but most of our shopping for breakfast and snacks was done at Spar and HiperDino in the main part of Puerto Rico

We personally enjoyed the walk down and took taxis back up in the evenings, which were under €4 each time. There is also a taxi rank opposite the hotel if you prefer to travel down

The hotel is set on a hill with a number of steps down to the resort, so it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

There was also a daily happy hour from 12–1pm. The bar opens at 10am and closes at 5pm

After the usual booking in and getting the codes for the security gate were led to our accommodation. The vip area has it's own swimming pool and spa jacuzzi. The patio area has table, chairs, loungers and drying racks

The main pool for everyone to use was very large and had a decent snack bar. The views overlooking the beach was nice and all staff were so friendly and helpful

All the facilities you could want ie washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and kettle. You wanted for nothing in this bungalow. The onsite gym was nice, a few running machines and good multigym

Electric awning over the patio was nice. Inside was very comfortable with Two bedrooms with aircon, two bathrooms and aircon in the living area. Free WiFi and free safety box

It's situated in the vip area with security door to gain access. 30am) and asked to store our cases. However we were told our bungalow was ready

It was so quiet at night and lovely to have you morning coffee and listen to the waves. Would definitely recommend and would love to return

It isn’t too far a walk from the beach (probably a walk to and a taxi from!), and the staff are great. This is my second time staying here and will book again

What has made me score a 4 rather than a 5 is that the bathroom, although again very clean, was dated and could certainly do with an upgrade. Check in was easy and the colleague on reception was very friendly

My room which was a small apartment with two single beds looked like it had been recently refurbished and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and well maintained the room was

The location of the hotel is probably its main feature with it being so close to all that the Yumbo centre has to offer both day and night

This was my second visit to the Hotel Ritual and this time as a solo traveller

Our little boy likes to be has adhd and likes to run around so it was good he couldn’t run anywhere as there is one way in and one way out via stairs. The pool bar is well situated too, and is the only bar in the place

During the day was quiet boring, not many people joining in, I think rather than announcing over the mic by the pool, going round chatting to people explaining what’s on and asking them to join would be better as sometimes you can’t understand over the microphone

The hotel is a lovely quirky little place, rooms are all around the pool which is great when you have little ones, if you forget anything or any toilet ‘accidents’

Even the house keeping wasn't a bother if you didn't require any new towels or bins to be emptied that day. Pool area was exceptionally clean

Pool- warm, clean and not overcrowded Bar- AI drinks were perhaps on the ‘weaker’ side but good all the same Food- great breakfast, fresh eggs omelette , meats, cheese- cereals -nice bread

One guy, not sure of his name, bald head, small, was very grumpy and had a very bad attitude towards English holiday makers but was always laughing and joking with Germans

What a wonderful relaxing vacation and nothing but amazing staff. A special shout out to Xiraxi, Alvaro and Ivan. The morning chef is a true gem and the food was always good, creative and well-executed

The mini fridge was fully stocked! We will be booking our next stay at time of departure to ensure we have a new annual December trip. We made new friends and will treasure this experience

Something I'd like to mention for now. The number of rooms allows for a really nice mix of guests. Right now, we have a truly diverse group. They represent all the colors of our "rainbow

Our room attendants, Iván and Alejandro, were thorough and kept our room stocked and clean at all times. The in-room LavAzza coffee machines and water kettle came in handy

The grounds were well-kept, they were updating part of the lawn but never an inconvenience to our stay. We ate most of our week-long dinners at the hotel restaurant, and cabs were plentiful to and from Yumbo

Great little hotel just I minute from the beach. If you are a smoker all rooms have a small balcony. Breakfast good selection of fresh fruits, cheese's, cold cuts + hot eggs + bacon

The hotel is near the beach. Tour room did not have a sea view. Our room was small without a balcony. It is clean. The breakfast was ok. The personell was friendly.

Good location, very close to promenade. Room was clean, only disappointment were dirty curtains. Breakfast had plenty of options, even alternative milks. I wish more smiles for receptionists

We have been here two weeks now and we have enjoyed the hotel immensely , staff are very friendly and helpful , cleaning personel are their everyday ,, breakfast was a bit of a unusual setup to begin with , one must fill out what you want in a form so it comes to the table ,,but there's plenty to choose from and you can take so much you want , love the pool and room we had was great , loved the sunsets...

The pillows were also very flat, needed to be replaced. The property itself was very well maintained, and the pool was amazing. The restaurant/bar staff were excellent, as were all of the food and drink

I had booked into hotel karina I didn’t even stay there that night I left it was awful. I went to this hotel it was late at night and they were so accommodating and helpful

Staff are very nice and always helpful. You can hear the sea at night and even thought it’s close to the promenade it’s never too noisy to have a window open. It has its own special charm and ambience

Nice little hotel close to Yumbo shopping centre and kind of evertything else also. We were at the villa and it was just great! Own pool and garden was better than I could expected

I was a little concerned with all the negative reviews before my stay here. If you want basic, simple self catering accomodation, a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo centre, then for the price, this is absolutely great

Yes, its a bit scruffy in places, but its great value. Didn't have any issues with noise, but we were out late every night

One thing worth mentioning that, despite we stayed on the first floor and very close to the busy street, the sound proof from the window was pretty good. We barely heard anything at night

Breakfast was also amazing! We asked for a sea view room but we could only see it from the corner of the balcony. We were on the first floor so the view was mostly blocked by the tree. However we were not fuzzy about it

The balcony was small but cozy. My partner and I had fun hanging out there at night. The rooftop bar is pretty awesome, we checked it after we checked it. It runs between 4-11pm, has two floors so plenty of seats

Very good hotel! Great location, off the side of the promenade, about 3 min walk. You won't get a great view from the room but you can walk to the sea in no time

Very lovely experience with this suites hotel which is just next to the main hotel. You can use all of the hotel facilities plus a private pool

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. This was the second time my fiance and I visited and it was lovely to find a lot of the same staff members and felt like we were being welcomed back by old friends

Varying themes of food plus a bbq 3 times a week and live grilling everyday for lunch and dinner. The all inclusive drinks were good as well. Also the entertainer was top notch

The hotel and suites are lovely. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. From the wellness centre, multiple bars and roof top jacuzzi. We had little need to leave the hotel

The on-site shop is small and doesn’t have a lot so walk to the Europa Centre where there are two supermarkets and there is also one at the bottom of the slope on route to amadores beach

The late afternoons tended to get a bit cooler but just a light layer over the top was needed for the evenings out

In fact, it’s all about being outside on the terrace and in the pool, we didn’t even need TV! Bring card games with you :) We never really spent time at the communal pool until the last day, it was lovely! We managed to get a later checkout for free (thank you)! and our flight was much later so we spend all day at the pool and kept our luggage in reception

The remaining view is simply stunning, fulfilling all your holiday requirements of Sun, Sea and Sand. The pool area is kept immaculately clean and tidy, and there were no times where we couldnt get a lounger

Well situated, small and friendly complex. The suites are clean as is the whole setting. The team are friendly and helpful. Amenities and beach are very close and the setting is well cared for.

The property is centrally located and, overall, beautiful, but in my opinion, it's very inconvenient logistically and lacks privacy, given that the bathrooms are practically attached to the bed with transparent doors, which really offers no privacy at all

Incredible stay! Contrary to some negative reviews about the hotel's cleanliness, we actually found a beautiful hotel perfectly located near shops (directly opposite a mini-supermarket and the city center)

you could actually sleep in yor sunbed by the pool, because there were never that kind of loud pool music that is unfortunately so common by many hotel pools these days

No issues with noise as we had a room far away from from the relax beach club. They did seem to have some sort of entertainment in the hotel which we were not aware, this was in a main dining area, no real info on this

Despite the fact that this is obviously an older hotel from the 1970s architecturally, you are immediately struck when entering, that it has been internally designed, to make you feel as if you have boarded an ocean liner during the golden age of travel
