Came home last week after 11 nights at the hotel, will give the bad, and good. We booked deluxe suite well it was so shabby, the grey laminate flooring all picking up on ends dangerous bathroom needs ripping out its dreadful,rusty hinges on all doors dirty paintwork,but worst was the dirty rug on the floor it was absolutely filthy (not as the photo looks on site )went to reception following morning...

My wife gave a review during our first week, we received bad service in the restaurants that week. We are now coming to the end of our second week, since our complaint the service has really improved, noticeably more staff in the restaurants, service is good, staff are friendly - what a difference from last week to this week!!! I stayed for two weeks at this hotel and this was my personal experience. There was minimal interaction with the hotel staff in my case, but I had no issues on that part. As long as you respect them, they will return the courtesy. They did seem to appreciate attempted conversation in Spanish! Tatiana on reception is one of the most impressive professionals I’ve encountered in all the hotels I’ve stayed in all over Europe. Her attention to details , response times to queries and able to extend my stays even though the hotel was full to capacity. The staff in general are top class in this hotel and loved the pool area also.

Lovely staff and the great location, large room!

The hotel is located directly on the beach and many rooms offer views of the bay. There are many restaurants and a supermarket right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beach towels are provided free of charge at reception.

This was our second stay. Great weather, clean facility, lots of lounge chairs. Housekeeping did a very good job cleaning our rooms. The Spar mini market had everything we needed for our few days stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The property is a bit old, but the room was spacious. However, the advert showed that there was a gym, and there wasn’t one on-site. This was disappointing, as I specifically chose the place for the gym.

I can't fault this hotel. The staff were wonderful - genuinely friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is a old-fashioned gem. We stayed in junior suite facing the front of the Hotel. Very quiet, airconditioning was a bit off and the air in the room kind of dusty. One of the best parts were the 3 swimming pools. And the breakfast, one the best ever!

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2025. The location was away from the busy strip, which was nice. The room was comfortable but definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The on-property restaurant was buffet-style with no options for à la carte. The bar had entertainment at night that was subpar and reminded us of karaoke night. We had a SUITE PLUS WITH SEA VIEW on the 6th floor. The suite was enormous and well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with jacuzzi bath and separate shower and the bed was comfortable. An apart-hotel for unpretentious tourists. Even in the renovated rooms, the furniture, plumbing and kitchen utensils have seen a lot in their time. But that's not important. The room was not cleaned upon check-in, and there were constant problems with cleaning later. We contacted the reception a couple of times to ask them to take action - to no avail. Just returned from a lovely week visit to this beautiful Hotel! The whole place is spotless clean and staff are amazing each and every one of them and so is the food and room , can’t beat the Riu hotels .

Found absolutely no food that was good. All fish and meat were hard and dry every day. Much tasteless otherwise. Little choice for children. Mostly only Germans in the hotel. Elegant hotel in beautiful surroundings with lovely plants, nice rooms, very clean, and with staff who are very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of cooking skills drastically reduces our overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly, our room and the public areas were kept very clean. The food was very good and the bar service was excellent. Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price.

My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any ******* upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.

Could do better The second time we have stayed at Riosol and the room this time was not as good as the first time there was a strong smell of fresh paint in the room along with stains on the bed frame also they do not provide tea or coffee but there is a kettle and coffee machine in the room

Location The hotel is located in Taurito Gran Canaria and is easy to find in a car. We hired a car from the airport and used "Cicar" who were amazing. We parked just outside of the main hotel complex area on a big gravel/dust car park which was free. The rooms were fine, and not too much noise, but we did not spend much time indoors...

HD Parque Cristobel was in a good location, not too noisy but in easy reach of shops. I would have preferred nearer to seafront but there is a shuttle bus to take you to by the lighthouse and Melonares is lovely. The hotel had a good atmosphere, the staff were all delightful, pleasant and funny & so hard working. We had an emblem bungalow and it was great, kettle, hairdryer fantastic showers and padded...

We have now been twice and will be going back again. The staff are wonderful, the food is great, always something tasty to eat. Always sun loungers available. The rooms are a great set up for someone in a wheelchair. I love this place
