Overall a positive experience, but the quality of food and drinks could be better. It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive
However the things to note especially compared to similar star rated hotels in area;
We were all inclusive so were surprised the other restaurant was not included or discounted
Entire property was clean & well maintained. Staff were friendly & incredibly helpful. Huge amount of drinks to choose from. The spa was just divine!! Will absolutely be going again
We had a few days lounging around the pool and the activities were excellent! From Aqua Dance to Yoga, and darts to little games to win freebies! The team don't push you to join, as with some resorts, but there was no shortage of participants! My partner also used the gym and said it had great facilities with nice air con!
The pools were lovely
A beautiful resort right on the shoreline with incredible sunsets and views of Los Gigantes cliffs. The room comes with a private balcony, and includes daily housekeeping
Super impressed with everything! All staff, pools, food - everything was much more than we expected, from a 4-star hotel. Should be upgraded 😊
We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money
Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help
All of the Restaurant's at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Glorious Hotel when I had Breakfast and Evening meals were truly amazing
We had a fantastic stay for my Birthday. The hotel is in a brilliant spot for the beach and restaurants and the staff went above and beyond.
The hotel was brilliant, had everything we needed, we especially enjoyed the infinity pool and breakfast options!!
Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, stayed in preferred room. Great mini bar, breakfast lovely. Second visit to this hotel will definitely return. Great location for accessing both parts and close to the beach
The whole drinks token thing was seriously annoying having to remember to carry them around with you and to guard your drink
great hotel, great rooms, lots of lovely food, great friendly staff. if I had to say one negative it would be ferrel kids running around all evening causing a nuisance. parents arnt watching them because their on holiday
would definitely use this hotel again though
Very friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms and public areas and fantastic location for beach, bars and amenities.
The staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Bed comfy. Shower good. The food was ok. Plenty of choice. We only had breakfast
Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money

From the restaurant team to reception and housekeeping, everyone contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was clean throughout, including the rooms and common areas, which we really appreciated
The all-inclusive package was absolutely worth it and made the holiday very comfortable and stress-free. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and always helpful
The food selection was varied every day, with plenty of options to choose from, so it was easy to find something different at each meal
Although the hotel is not located directly on the beachfront, the ocean-view rooms offer a truly stunning panoramic view. Waking up to that Atlantic scenery every morning was one of the highlights of our stay
The one that cooks everything at the snackbar is Mamadou, he greets you every day with a smile and is very kind. I don’t know the name of the other guy, but he was also so lovely everyday
In terms of value for money, this hotel is absolutely worth it. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Jandía area

They kindly upgraded us to a premium suite and a bottle of bubbly was waiting for us on arrival!!! Such a thoughtful touch!
Aliou in the bar is the very best and looked after us really well each time we were there!
He is extremely friendly and made us feel very valued and at ease
This hotel was even better than we expected. Everywhere is beautifully clean and well presented. We were treated so well from arrival to departure. Rooms were cleaned every day and mini bar replenished
I really liked the fact that there was a beach bag in every room for you to use whilst there. Poolside drinks service was wonderful as well as the serve yourself drinks area
The set menu dinner at the Almar was not to everyone's taste but still fabulous, professional and friendly service with well cooked, well presented food. The other place to mention is the coffee shop
There was a wide array of activities you could join in with every day. Or, just sit by the pool and relax! The beach (literally in front of the hotel) was a 10 minute walk and is gorgeous
The buffet was huge and had plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As a party of 6, we usually had to push some tables together but this was never a problem
As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down
Great place for holidays. Preferred for all with the care from the owner and staff. All of them provide a honest care and hospitality. Unique location, cultural and historical part of Tirana.
The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming
Staff were very helpful also!
The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea
We had a great side sea view, with a very comfy bed. The staff are really friendly, helpful and always smiling. All the staff work really hard and will help with anything required
Loads of amnenities, pool tables, air hockey table tennis, huge swimming pool and of course the hotel is perfectly located right on a stunning beach

Whilst the rooms are of a decent size they need modernising. The food in the restaurant was good. The entertainment of the evening was outside at the front of the hotel which seemed strange
Fix the toilet to the floor. Remove dirty plates in restaurant, Advise when checking how much noise the evening entertainment generates and when it will finish
Excellent
Fantastic staff all round.
Cant fault anything.
Hopefully they dont change the vibe during the refurb next year.
One Night stay
Clean room pleasant staff overall goid stay
Great food & majority of staff. Couple of blokes with attitude behind the bar , cleaning staff great. My only gripe was being on the first floor above the bar & cleaning staff moving furniture at 7
Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping
Ubers are present in the area, and taxi services are readily available. We chose the inclusive package, which allowed us to enjoy meals at the poolside, the casino, or the main dining area
All the bars were awesome! Very polite people! The buffet was tremendous! Lots of food everyday! For all three meals! All inclusive is the way to go!!
Just back from a fantastic week with my husband and our friends, first time at this lovely hotel And won’t be our last we all loved it x staff are all so hardworking and friendly special shout out to Noella at the main bar she was always so lovely and always smiling x also the restaurant staff they were always so nice despite some rudeness we seen from other guests ( not good tbh),food was also really...
You could see the ocean from a variety of spots within the property and it took my breath away!
The hotel is approximately a 25-minute walk to the Marina, which offers a variety of restaurants and shops
All inclusive for 10 days, the food was great and a huge variety, though after 7 days did become a little repetitive, but what place wouldn’t. The hotel was clean and the staff amazing
A very enjoyable stay here! Was very impressed with the selection of food and drink on the all inclusive, and the staff were always very friendly
We paid for ultra all inclusive which meant we could eat in the themed restaurants-the Italian one in particular we enjoyed. I also could order takeaway pizza to be delivered to our lodge
I’m not a massive fan of buffet style restaurants so the Golden Arrow wasn’t really for me (however it was excellent for breakfast)
Only downside is you have to pay for drinks and it’s only beer or sangria, and there is no choice when it comes to the menu
The kids pool was amazing, our son loved all the slides. There was plenty of entertainment during the day at the pool as well as in the evening. We booked to go to the medieval show which was fantastic
My husband is vegetarian so couldn’t eat dinner as there was massive chicken leg plonked on his veg. The food at the show was quite greasy as well but it didn’t affect our night as we just ate after
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned each day and the mini fridge topped up. All in all a 10/10 resort, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Very blunt, and not many knew the first thing about speaking English which is absurd, as if your a receptionist at a hotel you should speak other languages. We went all inclusive and the service by the pool is lovely
Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach
With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter Amy is hoping to join the crew next year as an entertainer
Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful
She sings and dances and can’t wait to join them. I recommend anyone to give this hotel a go as it won’t disappoint 🥰
The mini club managed by equally fantastic guys, especially Melis (if that's how you write it), very nice and super loving with the children, as well as the entertainment evenings, a truly appreciated touch of relaxation and fun

Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.
I was with my family on vacation, I can say that the hotel is amazing, the staff, the food, everything was wonderful, thank you very much, next year we will be at you again 💗
I have stayed here 3 times now, enjoy a chilled holiday, so the location is ideal for me. I love the location so close to the beach
Drinks were also ok, I can only suggest better policy for the Water rations when All inclusive, we weren't allowed more than one 1. 5l water to take to our room in the evenings. During the day you only get 0
Good size pool & plenty of sun beds. Rooms are basic but have what you need including toiletries. Dined in restaurant 3 times but food was Luke warm at best but good buffet for 17 euros
We have stayed here before and it’s a lovely hotel near the beach staff are lovely room cleaning is very good.entertainment is good especially for children would come back here again
The staff gave me room options based on a request ahead of my arrival which was very appreciated. As a coeliac traveller it can be tricky but the hotel try hard to ensure you are catered for the best they can
The kids club and all of the staff were fantastic including the entertainment. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. We couldn't fault it here and loved our stay!
We had the most amazing stay here! The hotel is lovely and in a great location. The beach is just behind the hotel and airport is a 5 minute drive. All of the staff were friendly and helpful
I think the hotel itself is ready for a revamp as some areas/rooms are a little tired. It’s a great location for the beach and clubs in walking distance
Very beautiful place close to the club and GHANE he make a nice cocktail for me at the bar thank you for all management everything was good
Our fourth visit to this hotel and second time booking direct. We had a great week and the staff really want to do their very best for you
Our first time on holiday in the Canary Islands. Good location, friendly staff, lovely welcome. Plenty of sun loungers in the area. Large selection of different dishes in the restaurant
Good choice
Nice clean hotel, good variety of food options, always free sunbeds. The entertainment was lacking and drinks not the best, but friendly staff and value for money.
Friendly staff, everything was clean and in order, but its getting to be a bit run down. The all inclusive buffe was ok with lots of deserts
Amazing value for money
Outstanding for a 3 star very well priced with helpful friendly staff the food was all really high quality and lots of options to choose from with different themes each evening thanks we will stay again
Nice hotel. Great staff. Rooms could use some updating but all clean and comfortable.
The cleaning was perfect, both in our room and the surroundings outside

510 has a fabulous view of the sunrise however by 12 the sun will have moved around the building so you won’t get sun on your balcony. The coffee at breakfast is not good and the water is not very hot
No one told us but towels can be obtained at the main reception. The free drinks and snacks were provided at the Level Lounge
What we didn’t understand: the first day we were directed to Botanic restaurant for BF, the second day we had to go to Mosaic restaurant for BF and the final day that restaurant was closed when we arrived for BF so we went to the Botanic again were we were welcomed
Beautiful hotel with great amenities, and very large pools, great restaurants. Rooms are also very good and spacious. Taxi's to the city center of Benidorm costs around 12 euros, which is fine
There were a few very tiny ants that seemed to come up from the sink but it wasn’t horrendous. Parking is not free unless you park in the car park below the hotel. The Spa is not owned by the hotel
I requested at the front desk for it to be made into a king size bed but it wasn’t done until day 4 when I chased reception again. One of Robes hanging up in our room had makeup on the collar

The best stay! Every member of staff was professional, caring and overall lovely! (I didn’t catch the name of the lady who checked us in but she was so great)
I did catch Galindos name, who works at the restaurant, I am ceoliac and he really took care of my needs when it came to the food each day I had my own cakes breads pizzas pastas anything I wanted it was very easy to feel safe with food thanks...
We had a lovely room with a sea view, our first room had a musty smell but reception offered us a room swop swiftly. Breakfast had a great selection, fresh made omelettes and pancakes
The sea view was spectacular, we watched the sunset in the evening. Kettle was €8 to hire, €30 refundable deposit for beach towels and free room to freshen up before leaving for the airport
The staff was amazing the all inclusive food was amazing great selection. The restaurant’s was top notch the Chinese was absolutely fantastic
The back door leads straight to the beach, and the surrounding area is lively and bustling without being noisy. The included meals were very ordinary

The quality of the food was great, following Spanish love for gastronomy, we loved every buffet we had during our holidays (one week - all inclusive)
Lovely hotel great selection of food in the restaurant and location was superb
And last but not least, the staff: kind, friendly and helpful, everyone with a warm smile and heart that made our holidays, especially for the kids… Ah, and speaking about the kids: we can’t finish the review without having some special words dedicated to the people taking care of the Kids-Club (Kangaroos and Star Camp): the are so good that our 3 year old kid was asking us every morning to take him...
Very nice decorated, following the concept of “less is more” which helped create a spacious place for the four of us. And the views from the room… simply stunning (see picture)
Very welcoming and friendly staff, hotel is very well kept and clean. Food with great variety and really tasty. Good selection of drinks, branded alcohol in AI. Wonderful views, great location, very quiet
An excellent and welcoming stay for families, couples and also larger groups of people. Very welcoming staff who was having fun while working, making the stay even more fun
Very nice hotel, good location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Nice rooms and the hotel has all amenities you need. Nice gym and the breakfast is really good.
That’s the only flaw I found and this was more in the day time around the pool bars as dinner waiters always scanned your card so that was fine!
The beach and a shopping centre were only a short walk away, hotel called you taxis if you needed them
Room was clean, beautiful view. Staff super nice and the food brilliant. We didn't had a car so the location was perfect for us to use public transport to visit the island.
Everything was more than i hoped for. 5 stars to all catagories. Excellent
This would have been ok, but with 2 infants and our luggage packed and kept by reception this made it laborious and to be honest left a sour memory, which is a shame as the rest of the staff throughout the week were perfect
Shopping centre only 10 mins walk away has 2 supermarkets. Cant fault all staff from restaurants reception bar and cleaners

A special mention to Orlando, who looked out for me each meal he was on, knew exactly what dishes I could and couldn't eat, respected that I had to avoid cross contamination, which I really valued
But big praise to all the chefs, restaurant staff, cleaners, maintenance and other staff, they work hard and do a great job
What we really liked is a baby club service where you can leave your baby for one hour a day included in the price if booked via hotel website. The babysitter was really nice and friendly and our baby actually enjoyed it
All the hotel personnel was actually very friendly. We also really liked our coffee from Sunset Bar from Laura and Elisabet (we had iced cappuccino). Also, the cocktails were great. They were very attentive to our needs
The food here is delicious and can serve every taste. The rooms are spacious; but could need some slight renovations and maybe a bit better cleaning (although the cleaning lady was also very nice)
We would especially like to thank Ivan from the Teens Club, who was very warm, friendly, and took excellent care of the children. We would love to come back again if we have the opportunity

All-inclusive was offered on arrival which I paid for, however, I only ate 3 times in the restaurant so feel it was a waste of money, as I was out a lot of the time on excursions
The hotel is really nice. Clean rooms beautiful water views. The area is really central but a bit tacky - lots of pubs, restaurants and bars with neon signs. The playa Del Duce area is much nicer.
Also one of the reasons we booked through ******* was the inclusion of a free bottle of wine, welcome drinks and a food voucher. We only received the welcome drinks
But we couldn’t have our all inclusive available during that time
Had to ask for milk for the fridge although some people went out to buy it, surely for the price paid they should have been checked daily - the food was also only warm - not a lot of vegetables except Christmas day, there was a good variety of food for different nationalities who staid there -also having to pay for water with your evening meal? Nice looking hotel but also came with various problems
We went for the fully-inclusive package and wouldn't hesitate to do that again. The pool was inviting and we appreciated the ease and stress-free management of booking sun-loungers!
Restaurants were a let down even as Platinum customers, if you booked the table for 8pm the staff tried to hurry you up stating the kitchen closed at 9pm where the normal restaurants stayed open later!!! This was very frustrating when you think tha we paid more for the platinum experience
The sun-beds had to be booked the day before this was a great system no anxiety trying to get a bed! We went half board we were told we could swap an evening meal for lunch, we tried to do this on our last day as we wanted to eat out, we were told we had to book it the day before, I appreciate rules etc, however the restaurant was never full to capacity the food was plentiful, we thought due to our...
My daughter and I went for a four night break, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and cleaned every day, the food was lovely but could have been warmer, the entertainment was fabulous
I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel
Would I stay again, probably not as when paying for a premium service I’d expect to be treated better and not rushed, this was the same with breakfast as well
Also when in the bars and asking for a drink the staff would repeatedly say”My colleague does that” and you’d wait for ages to be served at a table
