My lovely ladies Maria Jose, Elena , Laura and Carmen who made us laugh everyday. the pool bar staff Ishmael and Marcel kept us hydrated. The lobby bar staff were great too Bertolo always looked after us
The buffet breakfast and dinner is one of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world. Juan Jesus seated us and always came to see if we needed anything and the lovely surprise of a bottle of sherry
This is our 5th stay at the hotel since we discovered this gem! Nothing is too much effort for Anastasia and the team. Food choices are outstanding in both quality and freshness
Welcomed back by the amazing staff. There re so many who make you feel special from the reception to the hospitality staff they make you feel relaxed straight away
The food is exceptional we went all inclusive which meant we had lunch in the à la carte restaurant. I recommend trying the chef special and you must try the langostinos cocido. Linde and his team looked after us so well
Options for places with food/drinks were very limited. I believe the management is aware that there are not many options for food around but they do their very best to provide good food/drinks and keep you entertained
Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol
The location is perfect, we went all-inclusive and plenty to choose from, the staff are brilliant especially Sandra and Stella behind the bar.
We stayed for a week the hotel is clean and staff were helpful Only downside to this holiday was the beds were so HARD to sleep on they gave all four of us bad backs to come home with
Breakfast were great, evening meals NOT so great
Such a great hotel, very clean and great rooms, the shower is so powerful, lovely food and all staff are fantastic . Husband enjoyed the sky sports in room. Returning again!
My room was on the 2nd floor was clean and comfortable. Great location for the ***** and beach, id definitely go back here full marks

A special shout-out to Jenni, Kai, and Michael – you three were truly amazing! Whether it was organizing activities, hosting shows, or just taking the time to chat and make everyone feel included, you went above and beyond
Your creativity and dedication didn’t go unnoticed, and it really made a difference. Thank you all for the laughs, the memories, and the fantastic vibes – you made this experience something really special
My partner and I, along with our young son, recently spent a fantastic week at Iberostar Cala Domingos, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The food was simply unbelievable, with a great selection to suit all tastes
To the Entertainment Team, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire entertainment staff for making our time here absolutely unforgettable
: Drinks - you actually get the real deal instead of the local version : Staff - the stuff are impeccably trained, so helpful and polite and nothing is too much for them
Your energy, passion, and constant enthusiasm brought so much life and fun to every single day
Rooms were clean, clean towels daily, breakfast great variety, dinner buffet only a few times as ate out in local restaurants, so would have liked option of lunch or dinner which would have been worth more to us, will defo be back
The choice and quality of the food and drinks were great, as were the lovely staff
We had a great time at the teguise beach - adults only. No rush for sun beds, a great diversity of guests and nothing was a problem for the hotel staff. If you want a relaxing time away then I would highly recommend
Big enough to have a range of entertainment (Antonia's daily yoga and aqua classes - brilliant) but not so big i felt lost. I didnt use the hot tub but appreciated the large room and huge comfy bed
The room was nice, ours had an outdoor tub. Was surprised there were no robe & slippers. Little things in the room could use some fixing but nothing that reallly affected our use of the room
The rooms are bright and airy, great pool view from our room, the food (we were half board) is really excellent but it’s the staff who, without exception, are a true credit to this hotel

Very friendly staff and hotel team on reception, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a best vacation experience in sillot Mallorca
Fran is by far the best animator we have ever met. Thanks to his amazing energy, kindness and creativity, our stay at the hotel was much more enjoyable and unforgettable. He truly made a difference during our holiday.
Great holiday, hotel located near the sea, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. Rooms clean, spacious with balcony. Excellent food all day long.
Fran is the best animator in hotel, he make the best competition. Waterpolo was very good and water was hot. Fran is the best one more time
Fran is very good man. El animador Fran es genial. Te amo. Love him. This hotel is amazing. Omg omg omg 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Our vacation was succesfull but it could use a few improvements. There was plenty of food, but the quality was quite average. We really appreciate that we felt welcome with our little children.
Fantastic hotel , right on the beach. All
Inclusive option super value and food is very good. Two smaller restaurants you can book too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Reception very attentive to your needs
Didn’t see much comment about the food. It’s all inclusive hotel, so you can enjoy the drink and food nearly 24 hours 😆. You will find different types of food every day
the hotel have two more restaurants other than the main one, which required to book in advance. As I noticed too late and can’t try all of them
5! for location and good all inclusive for a reasonable price. The hotel is isolated in the middle of dune which creates great impression
She suggested and helped me to call a cap to pick up my glasses from the hotel and send us to the airports. Same as other comments that the hotel is a bit dated but it was expected
I would recommend the mandarin cursine as the Spanish cruisne is same as the main one basically…
We would definitely recommend and come again for next trip
We were half board and found plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Very quick service and reasonable prices but limited choice. Hotel within walking distance of beach and not far from plenty of restaurants and bars
This hotel is lovely, clean, modern and with games room, sports, gym and spa. The all inclusive food was mostly OK but not good for fussier eaters
A special mention has to go to the roast chicken from the pizza place—it was absolutely amazing. Drinks were also very good, with a wide selection available
The only minor downside was the lack of bottled water in the room, which would have been a helpful addition. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return in a heartbeat
The kids’ club was great, and the animation staff were genuinely lovely and engaging. There were plenty of activities for all ages, making it easy to keep the whole family entertained
We’ve just returned from an excellent 8-night family holiday, travelling with our two children (aged 6), my husband, and my in-laws—and we had a fantastic stay from start to finish

Short walk to small friendly village with good fish restaurants. Great place for birdwatchers with good walks from the hotel. Would be happy to go back again
Great Location, typically spanish
The hotel catered very much for the Spanish, by that I mean the times of the restaurants - breakfast 8 - 11am, lunch 1
Went here on a Saga holiday and had a great time. Room clean and bed comfortable. Food a bit repetitive but generally good. Staff all friendly and helpful - special thanks to Esmarelda and Lucian
Great experience with my family. The only thing is the activities are only for kids over 4y. o which it does not give the opportunity to the youngers to join even if the parents around
The hotel was very nice, with excellent facilities and, above all, the staff was wonderful. Very attentive, friendly, and always smiling
So if you are an early riser or have children ! We have lived in Spain so didn't bother us too much. Pools also didn't open until 11am which was disappointing as it was so hot. The food was repetitive but good

Option to go to tasting night highly recommend also Italian night with lovely singer Lovely seafront restaurant which was Fabulous at Lunch time with beautiful views
Also lunch would be better if you could grab hot food snack options from the pool bar rather than going for a sit down lunch everyday though just a personal preference. Sandwhiches/salads were available
Evening entertainmnent mainly singers but of a good standard. Pools are plentiful and plenty of loungers available next to a pool spot which is great not having to rush down after breakfast
I cannot say any more than I have always said before - everything about it is excellent - food, staff, cleanliness, entertainment, hairdresser - you name it, it does not disappoint
Minor gripes - internal walls - take some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Someone nearby having a coughing fit enough to keep me awake even though being a fairly deep sleeper
Location Great /Perfect holiday from start to finish /Rooms are lovely good size cleaned daily with fresh towels lovely toiletries in bathroom
But what is to blame hotel for is cheating all-inclusive drinks on alcohol
I had like 4-5 drinks in bar and I have felt nothing and then there was obviously some problem in the kitchen, during our stay, many people had healty issues, in our group 4 of 4 adults had it ! Luckily it has avoided our 2 y
The food was good with plenty of variety, but the bar service was very limited for those with an all-inclusive package
After our week of holiday here in Globales America I have to say a few words. I would expect more from 4* hotel in Spain/EU and due to its statements. Hotel is very well placed, most of the rooms have got nice sea wiew
The biggest downside was that upon arrival, we were placed in room 101, which turned out to be a terrible transitional room. It was dirty, smelly, cramped, and completely unsuitable for overnight stays
We were traveling with a small child and noticed there were no activities for kids, not even a simple play area with toys. The staff were polite, but overall the service did not meet expectations
Good choice drinks although had to pay for Vina Sol wine 18 euros a Spanish wine
Just had a wonderful week at this hotel. we came away for a quiet break and that's what we had. it was our choice not to join in any activities and no-one bothered us but plenty going on
Rooms and sea views were lovely and the whole hotel spotlessly clean. excellent choice of food and drink. Can't tell you much about outside the hotel because we didn't go
also not once during the week had to look for sunbeds
I very much enjoyed the lady singing Abba at the reception for ‘The night’. The food was plentiful and well cooked. We just found it a bit boring (compared to other Tui Blue hotels that we have stayed in)
The staff are mainly pleasant - big shout out to Roman and Paola in the bar and Maria the events manager. Our room was large with a comfy bed and lots of hot water for a decent shower
There also no restaurants within close walking distance of the hotel except in the port area and I was not impressed by the restaurants there. I am sure it is a great family Hotel but for us no
September after kids are back in school. Rooms are spacious, newly refurbished with all amenities that are required. Pool is a good temperature ( probably 28°), lots of choice of food, of a good quality
The pizza restaurant is great. Pasta, bruchetta, pizza etc and the wine is excellent. Special mention to Joao Ferriasao
Another issue was that they provided beach towels that were much too small. Food quality was good, though options were extremely limited and very repetitive. The drinks service was extremely frustrating
A positive point is that the inclusive wines are a bit better than in many other all-inclusive resorts, and the spirits are of high quality
Unfortunately, around the pool it feels like being packed into a sardine can, with many annoying flies and far too many loungers crammed into too little space. The whole atmosphere just feels very unpleasant
Anyway that being said there were always plenty of sunbeds, the location was brilliant, the views amazing, drinks daytime and evening were lovely and all staff were so friendly and helpful
The bar staff and restaurant staff were the best, always upbeat with a friendly smile which is amazing as they have such long days and a lot of people to deal with
Really enjoyed this all inclusive stay. - excellent sea view from the balcony
- rooms were large and clean
- we had half board which included breakfast and dinner
Beautiful hotel, yes it needs updating in some parts, but nothing too much. The bathroom I thought could be done with renovating
You get what you pay for there are all different types of board I was in inclusive plus and you get extras for what you pay. the welcome you get when you go to hotel makes to feel so welcome and apart of the hotel
First impression when you arrive are amazing as I have never seen a hotel reception like the Alexandre Grand Teguise Playa! The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from shops, restaurants and bars
Very good experience at the HM Martinique hotel in Magaluf the positive points: 3 swimming pool + sauna and hammam you can find a store also very useful for buying food or drinks, the only negative point is the wifi which does not work very good for me
My stay at the HM Martinique Hotel in Magaluf was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere — lively, modern, and spotless throughout
The bar staff kept the drinks flowing, and the entertainment team made sure there was never a dull moment. The food was much better than expected for an all-inclusive — plenty of choice and good quality
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was enjoying their stay
The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything you could need — comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony to relax on
The food was much better than expected – there was always something for me to eat, especially at breakfast which was spot on. The staff were all polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made things easy and enjoyable

Beach was a short walk, a lovely cove with great waves, again felt safe with clear lifeguard post roped off areas. We did notice that some left rubbish or buried it, this was unfortunate, bins were clearly nearby
Lee was outstanding, he learned quickly folks swim ability and set challenges for my son with others entertaining him for hours and inspiring him towards his job
A handy kiosk that accepted card and cash (really thankful for cash preferred) Toilets were not always open per their timetable but hotel near by
Pool area was clean and accessible, the 2 daily lifeguards were very attentive, communicated well and prioritised safe fun
On our last day we had a couple of nips (nibbles) at our 1 mosquito bite each, we have to assume this was hungry sea bream, or so google suggest? Cliff top walks, I found a circuit from the hotel through town & back to hotel, it was fairly signposted
This is a beautiful location, not crowded, and the most relaxing resort I have stayed in, in Mallorca, if you are wanting hustle and bustle this is t the place for you as whilst there are bars and restaurants it definitely isn't Blackpool abroad, it's such a peaceful and chilled location
The food was better than expected, and all inclusive bar has a range of drinks to chose from although a few things like Jack Daniels cost extra
Brilliant location. Great for the young at heart. Only downside is bathroom needs updating. All inclusive is excellent value for money. Would recommend to family & friends.
Good value for money and well worth going for the all inclusive! Staff are helpful and friendly too. Food was basic but for what you pay it is good
In a great location close to lots of bars restaurants and not too far from the main party area of Ibiza
the rooms had air conditioning which we couldn't have survived without!! Was expecting the noise to be worse, but for the time of year we came it was fairly quiet, some rooms may have been shouting and singing and what not but there were no noise issues! Had a lovely time
The room itself reminds me of a 3 Star set up in Vegas. But my overall experience was EXCELLENT! They have decent wifi, outdoor/rooftop fun swimming pool, EVERYONE is having fun

perfect
there is a nice pool and two meals per day
and there is a balcony in room
the location is also good
you can walk to beach in ten minutes
and there are many bus station near the hotel
As a 3 stars the expectations was not to high, the location is very close to aqualand wich is great for kids. The queue at the bar and for the meals is a bit tiring
We went for the all inclusive option and it made our experience so much more worth it! The food was delicious, and sangria on tap!! The room was cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable.
The food was delicious and of high quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Richard the bartender for his excellent service and positive attitude
The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation, but they are perfectly adequate for a comfortable night’s stay. I would recommend this hotel, and after the renovations, I will definitely come back again
Good experience, rooms very clean, enjoyed my stay here. Definitely pool in second hotel is better less crowded and more quiet which we liked. But bar man with a ponytail was very rude that worked at second hotel bar.

We had lunch by the pool several days which again was delicious. We were only b&b so ate out every night and the restaurants in town are equally fantastic for choice and quality. Kids club from age 4 during the day
This beautiful hotel is a half an hour from the airport by taxi €70. Nice to see the area on this journey. It has a lovely laid back, relaxed vibe to it. Stayed in a pool view room on the 3rd floor and it was beautiful
Not to drink a lot but for your water, tea, coffee any drinks alcohol or non you may have but it all allows one to eat at their other restaurants in the hotel too, which I found would be expensive had it not been A I
The staff are amazing they all work so hard, the restaurants offer a good selection of high quality meals and we could not fault the service which was attentive, polite, swift and friendly
There is mini bar that’s included with AI but strangely not the snacks in it ! It also has a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, tea and coffee, milk sachets. I would suggest to go all inclusive as it is better value
Checked out at 12pm lunch to wait for airport transfer n was asked to pay for lunch n drinks after an all inclusive package that started on the Friday at 5:50 pm due to flight times A 5 night stay was enough Not value for money paid over the odds for winter sun Will not be returning
Good size room, nice view from large balcony. Requested kettle and extra pillows had to be chased up. Watery 'juice' from dispensers. Drinks served in plastic cups via token system. Only able to have one drink at a time
Giving this hotel 3 stars, as that's what it should be. It's not a 4 star hotel. I would call it a budget all inclusive . We stayed hereduring the October school holidays. The ro
In hindsight we should have done more research and book something nearer the bars and restaurants
Nice place close to beach. Great food.
Only downside is pool not heated.
The main building is very noisy with paper-thin walls, so earplugs are a must, and the hotel would benefit from some maintenance. There were queues for dinner even out of season, which makes peak summer hard to imagine
Staff were great, stayed in basic room, should have upgraded. Food is a let down, although a huge variety available, it just lack taste on few days there

First time for us at Best Tenerife travelling with Jet 2. We had no issues at all from arrival to departure. Staff were super friendly and helpful from reception to restaurant bars and house keeping
Excellent location, 10min walk to beach and bars/restaurants. Brilliant atmosphere with daily activities and entertainment. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite small but clean
Cleaners are there every morning to doing there thing so clean they do a great job well done to all them. Supermarket on the front stone throw away if you like us and want milk coffee and some goodies to chill with
The only thing that I will say is, we went at the start of December and the swimming pools were absolutely freezing, didn't stop us going in but took some time for our twin toddlers to give it a proper go 😅
Very clean credit to this hotel for keeping it fresh. Very friendly staff food is ok. Entertainment is more for the kids not as much for adults from what I saw anyway. Tv is not fire stick friendly
Gutted as like to watch Netflix and Paramount plus. Amongst other things to watch. You do have at least 3 channels to choose from. Rooms are exceptional beds are massive to be fair
