Beautiful location, delicious food and very friendly staff. Special thanks to Irene in the bar, service culture and the ability to communicate in Russian. We will definitely go back again

Booked for myself and my teenage daughter for a few days. 10 euros in a taxi so not worth booking a transfer

Hotel is in a great location, not far in a taxi to Ibiza old town, where there are lovely restaurants and shops. Hotel was very clean, would stay here again

Drinks are never filled to the top on AI however if you are paying you get far better service and measures. Most reception staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will give good advice

Hotel location was perfect had the beach next to us, shops around us and bus / taxi stop right outside the hotel. Clubs nearby even though they were closed as season was over when we went

Halal food options on the road available, restaurants and shops too. Not much entertainment available for off peak season, just dj at nights. Service was bad and a lot of noise

With 3 meals plus snacks provided throughout the day, we had no need to go and search for food. There was a little bit of everything for everyone's palate

From European, Italian, American food and let's not forget this place caters to kids even for meals. By far, the breakfast is TOP NOTCH

I stayed 3 nights very comfortably~ It was a resort type, so it seemed like it was full of excitement day and night, and breakfast was included, and it was so delicious that I paid for dinner and ate it, and I was very satisfied👍🏻 It was a little disappointing that I couldn't see the ocean, but it was a very satisfactory accommodation for the price~

Halfway through our family vacation and all we can say is WOW. Booked the full board package for a family of 3 and nothing but stellar

Only 1 block away from the beach and a short €15 (3 people) bus ride (A2), and the stop is right out in front of the hotel

The outdoor pool is massive, although the indoor pool could stay open a bit later for the little ones

Better information should be supplied on checking in regardig the meal options

Fantastic family holiday. Really impressed by the range in places to eat and get drinks all day. The pools were balanced between swimming, playtime and extreme fun on slides. Exceeded our expectations.

Help yourself to beer & Prosecco (avoids any queues at the bars). Can find something for everyone to eat at the 3 food bars. Good choice of alternative drinks (cream liqueur/Baileys etc)

The all inclusive food and drinks are great. Service from the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate and very clean and well presented

Taxis are required to travel about as hotel isn’t near a lot of things but taxis are cheap and arrive quickly. There are also a few bars and some restaurants in walking distance of the hotel and a nice nature reserve

If you don’t mind queuing or eating like warm food then the main restaurant will be adequate as you do everything for yourself apart from cook the food

The hotel boasts 3 restaurants & a couple of snack bars all served buffet style(including the 2 alacartes)

The staff are all brilliant, a special shout out to Aramburu who made our daughter feel special during the meal service. The whole team were fantastic, always one step ahead of what you needed

Fantastic hotel the best staff and food of any hotel that we’ve ever visited. Great location right on the beach with a nice long promenade two minutes away from shops and restaurants

First time staying in anthelia and it won’t be the last. Fabulous hotel wirh amazing facilities. Rooms are spacious and lovely, restaurants are great options for all diners

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The views are absolutely beautiful. The crew at the pool bar made our experience extra special — especially Miriam and Daniela, who were incredibly friendly and attentive

Our little son even declared that Miriam is the best waitress ever — and we couldn’t agree more! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and a great atmosphere

People moaned it was cold but a microwave is on hand to warm it, if you wanted to. The fresh baguettes each meal were to die for. The snack bar at the main pool opened at 11 am and again had lots of choices

We did self catering with 3 children and found the local area great value for meals, lidl within 5minutes walk and dino supermarket. Great views of the local area/Seaview on the doorstep

Few things that could be better: Put complimentary water in the room fridge. Provide tea and coffee making facilities. Main buffet restaurant alot of pork and fish (repetitive)

Firstly don't read the reviews. Come here and have a fabulous holiday. Would I come here again/recommend this hotel. I really don't know what people expect. The hotel is lovely, staff friendly and welcoming

The little fairy cakes were delicious. The bar staff at the main pool were so friendly. I loved that night the sunbeds were stacked and locked up. So no need to get up at 4 am to reserve

You could choose where you wanted to sit. I can't comment on the entertainment as we never went to see it. We stayed by the main bar for a quiet night. The hotel is in a lovely area

Very blunt, and not many knew the first thing about speaking English which is absurd, as if your a receptionist at a hotel you should speak other languages. We went all inclusive and the service by the pool is lovely

Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach

With fish that swim round your feet. Staff were amazing , especially with the kids and entertainment. ( we now have children that speak Spanish). My Grandaughter Amy is hoping to join the crew next year as an entertainer

Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful

She sings and dances and can’t wait to join them. I recommend anyone to give this hotel a go as it won’t disappoint 🥰

The mini club managed by equally fantastic guys, especially Melis (if that's how you write it), very nice and super loving with the children, as well as the entertainment evenings, a truly appreciated touch of relaxation and fun

Drinks aren’t included by default, but you can also book a drinks package if you prefer, which makes it very convenient. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, it was standard room, fridge that worked perfectly

The surrounding area is very nice, with many restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant nearby. But the worst part was that the room had a strong, toilet-like odor

The location is fantastic — close to both the promenade and the town center. We also really enjoyed the little tourist train that takes you around Salou. Overall, a wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations

Stayed here for 10 nights and have to sayI was very impressed. Set in the old town I loved the area for wandering the narrow streets with the locals. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful

Which by the way ain't very good. The bar service not too bad but it closes at 23-00. Food in the restaurant is ok

Lovely room that was cleaned daily. Our room faced the busy road but the noise outside was not a problem at all. Only negative was the walls are very thin and you can hear what's going on next door

In our opinion, the best located 4 star in Playa Blanca. The best AI drinks package of any 4 star on the island in our opinion,outstanding. We were on the third floor and ,sadly,our room was quite dated

There are plenty of sunbeds at the pool. We stayed bed and breakfast there was a good selection of food. We did have the buffet lunch one day and again a good selection. Mike's coffee shop is a lovely addition

The reception staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Overall great value for money and cannot wait to return with our son this July for the summer holiday. Thanks again to everyone at H10 Lanzarote Princess

I’m a fussy eater but food was good until our last night when I requested chicken from the grill and witnessed the chef putting raw chicken on the grill and then with the same implement pass me the already cooked chicken! Needless to say I didn’t eat it

Poole areas were great and the bar staff were very friendly and approachable. We got the all inclusive which was great for the drinks, the food was the only let down for me

I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals

It was fine but I wouldn’t be relying on for all meals, it was a bit bland and like a cafeteria. All in all an amazing place and I would visit again

There is a lot of building work going on at adjoining hotel. There is only one restaurant for two hotels to eat in for breakfast dinner and lunch so it is an absolute bunfight to find a seat without being trampled on

The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay. It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes. Perfect for morning runs & walks too

As we had upgraded we had use of a smaller restaurant for Breakfast and the evening meal was à la carte with a variety of dishes to chose from, the starters and desserts were help yourself but the main was served to you

There was a good selection of wines and other drinks. breakfast was buffet style with it being refreshed regularly. The bar areas were spacious with a good selection of drinks and with our upgrade there was more on offer

The main restaurant we used for lunch and was well organised with a great variety of dishes. The entertainment program was good with something each evening and you were able to find spaces and sit away from it

We had upgraded our all inclusive experience and the rooms was a good size with a nice balcony looking out to the sea and there was a daily maid service with fresh bottled water daily

A very memorable holiday, from the moment we arrived until we left the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout and you saw cleaning staff throughout the day

The upgraded sun-beds had cushions and were worth the upgrade. Smoking was only allowed in the smoking area which again was managed as was the rule of not taking glasses to the pool

The restaurant staff, especially Alberto, were very good. They used to make veggie food twice a day for us. The only problem was that there was a very limited choice. T The restaurant opening times are late

You are not allowed free drinks in the sister hotels even though you have gone all inclusive. The reception staff were also very helpful. Evening entertainment also starts very late at 10pm

Only negative if it even is one, there’s only one table tennis table and you have to go to reception to get bats and ball with an hour slot, tried on a few occasions but was always just missing out! Would make sense with how popular it is with family’s just to install another couple maybe inside? Over very pleased and will be returning

The experience in this hotel has been good, the hiring with tri I have to say that on the part of the company, there was a computer error, and we hired for 3 people, with the all-inclusive and once the reservation and payment was made, they sent us the reservation and only 2 people appeared, having paid the same amount as for 3 people, I am waiting for them to refund me the amount that I had to pay...

Everything was really good — clean rooms, a beautiful hotel environment, and delicious food.

Most ice creams, drinks, snacks, towel hire, bowling and even two of the restaurants were not included in the "all" inclusive (staying at the Polynesian hotel)

Loved the hotel and it’s all inclusive option. Bar tenders were always efficient and the food quality was great. The rooms very spacious and enjoyable

I may go back in the future as I like the idea of them putting a restaurant at the top of the hotel that overlooks the sea and sunset 🌅 and I’m sure the rest of facilities will be much improved

(Food and drink exactly the same) Staff -fab and very quick. Food - something there for everyone. Very very good value and will be coming back again. I got a very comfortable silent night sleep

Hotel was clean and cheap, ticked all boxes, I was in the holiday village Ibiza at the other side of the island last year cost an arm and a leg more, was no better value

Has everything you need under 1 roof. Placed in a scenic peaceful place. Staff are great. Clean eating are. Food was brilliant.

The spa facilities themselves were fantastic, and the staff at the bars were very generous with the drinks (so much so that we even had to ask for *less* alcohol!). Our room was stunning, with a beautiful view

The food was good, although a little repetitive at times, so we did choose to eat out on a few occasions despite being all-inclusive. One of the chefs especially deserves excellent credit for his hard work

Also Tamara in the restaurant, always smiling. Chefs have a reputation as grumpy and a few lived up to that. I'm trying to speak Spanish so don't get annoyed at me when I don't understand your response

He always had a big smile on his face and such a cheerful attitude, which made our evening meals that much more enjoyable. A real highlight was the lovely woman working in the spa most days

The pool and sun-lounger area was absolutely fantastic with no problems at all — just be prepared for a very ice-cold pool! All in all, we absolutely loved our stay at the Best Sabinal and would definitely recommend it

The hotel overall was extremely clean, though the bathrooms near the lifts could do with a bit more attention. On several visits the bins were overflowing, and the toilets themselves were not always clean

There was enjoyable entertainment every night, which made the stay even better. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the beach, but they provide a bus service, which is very convenient

The snack bar around the pool area was ideal for a quick bite to eat. The free bus to the beach was good and on time each day and the Chinese restaurant upstairs was lovely. We got this free with a pool view room

The cleaners work tirelessly to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy along with stair wells and hallways. Also cleaning toilets and restaurant areas

All in all, I would return to this hotel as the price was cheap, the staff excellent, and the food and drinks where nice

We love this hotel. This is our 3rd year back. The entertainment team are fantastic. Matea, Silvia, Davide,Greta,Omar bring the energy, fun , and great exercise in and around the pool. Can’t wait to come back again.

We take a kettle but I think you can get one from reception. The staff are lovely, from reception to bar and cleaning to dining staff. There is plenty of choice food wise to cover all tastes

we are still at the hotel havingroup a great time staff hotel food all excellent. Very considerable bottle of wine for birthday. Lovely views cannot fault the place. may even learn to Spanish dance after our holiday

Great quiet Spanish location. Excellent service and food. All rooms have a sea view. But no kettle 😢. Aircon not brilliant. Others stayed twice and definitely stay again.

We had our second Christmas staying here. It's a great value hotel in a great location. Every room has a superb sea view! Rooms are clean and comfortable with housekeeping daily

There was entertainment at night if you wanted to stay in the bar area, and during the day they would be doing activities if you wanted to join in. All in all another very enjoyable stay, thank you

They have people check the pools as well and the chlorine is spot on in my opinion. In the smaller pool area there is also more shade with some trees

The location of the hotel is amazing it’s right in front of the ocean. The hotel itself is very big and has everything you need. We had all inclusive, the cocktails at the bar were free

The hotel also has its own spa, hairdresser, gym, sports bar and small shops, so you don’t even need to leave the hotel. We also went to a club and taxi prices were very low €6-8

Hotel is vey clean and I definitely recommend the superior rooms as the standard are much older and in need of renovation. We went all inclusive and there was a great selection of food and drinks available

The main restaurant was very average always something to eat but nothing was more than average. We upgraded to All inclusive and regretted it almost immediately

Bad Food and Drinks Location is great, food is not so great specially if you are a vegetarian there are hardly any options. Same menu repeated everyday, no variety. Drinks are all tap drinks, one boring type no variety

Hi, we revisited the Beatriz Playa and Spas, our first time since COVID. This is probably our 15th visit, all inclusive. The reception staff, were very professional and extremely helpful

Rooms are pretty good, enough for someone who is not looking for something extra fancy, they have enough space, the bathroom is clean and the balcony is good for 2-3 people to be comfortable

Before visiting, we did have a quick glance of the reviews again, which we did before booking and it seemed okay. Some mixed, however we chose to not worry (as it was already booked) and we were glad we did

Food was reasonable, but we felt could have been varied more day to day, however you get what you pay for and we certainly got our moneys worth

The food is amazing, every day is something different, also good for someone who is looking to get full, plates are clean, there are so many different foods to pick from appetizers to desserts

Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and urge people to ignore the poor reviews!

There is one very noisy buffet restaurant. Having said that, my son loved it

The only two downsides were the extremely loud atmosphere in the main restaurant, which made meals a bit stressful, and the beach shuttle service

I only stayed for 3 days, but would have been bored if I stayed for a week. There are excursions off the resort and a small town and beach nearby to walk to, but we did those in one day

This resort is great if you have young children. There is really nothing for adults to do. The evening show, pool setup and outdoor activities are all geared to kids

We had a fantastic stay with our two young children. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of food and drink options to choose from

While the shuttle is a thoughtful touch, it only seats six people, so we ended up waiting around 30 minutes both to and from the beach to ensure we got a spot

The staff was incredibly cordial and helpful. The hotel and its various pools/restaurants were always clean and tidy. The food at the restaurants was varied, but wasn't really that great

Breakfast and There are many kinds of dinner, the swimming pool is small, but the atmosphere is good, especially in the morning, the music is very loud, the only disadvantage is that the design of the shower in the room is not good, after taking a shower, the water in the bathroom overflows the door, it takes a long time careful! Overall, I am satisfied and have a pleasant journey!

I saw a lot of bad reviews before departure, so I checked into this hotel with trepidation; I didn't expect the bad reviews in the reviews to be completely false! As a senior traveler, I have stayed in countless star-rated hotels

This one feels pretty good to me. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to the beach, and the service attitude of the staff is excellent. There is no regional discrimination at all

We had a somewhat confusing explanation of the hotel, went through the normal Breakfast: Good selection, good coffee included in the price, the juices were extremely sugary, and needed to be watered up so we could drink them

Nice hotel, resonable price, and a lot of the balcony rooms have views of the sea.
