Stayed for 7 nights in October first impressions were that the hotel Was very clean and the reception staff were really helpful and polite we had a standard room which was very clean with really comfy beds but no tea making facilities so if you like a brew in ya room take your own kettle although reception did provide us with one , the pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds although the pool was...

All staff friendly, cleaners smile and say hello, restaurant staff run the meal times very efficiently. Kids club 10am-1pm and 3pm-5pm, great club, from 4years old, mine preferred the pool and daily activities though

The entertainment finishes about 10:30pm and all inclusive drinks stop at 11pm, this works for families though as most are shattered by then

Stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive with a few friends. Plenty of choice of foods at the restaurant and snack bar was frequently replenished during the day. Staff were friendly at all areas of the hotel

A short walk into the Palmanova resort where there was plenty of restaurant choices and a choice of shops

The all inclusive food options were very repetitive so we ate out a couple nights food wasn’t very detailed that was out so struggled to know what I could feed my 10 month old

Good for families, but we like a quieter place. Breakfast food good, evening meal not a great selection.

We went as a family of 12 all of really really Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Food quality was excellent we had fussy eaters but they always found something to there liking

Excellent hotel! Lovely people and hotel staff! Every day has activities for kids, and also in the evenings has shows and entertainment!! It is definitely a great hotel that left a long lasting experience in our hearts!! Every family should visit! Also the Food is Greaaat! And the beach WOW is super near by!

All inclusive is included for the day of the visit and the lunch buffet is simply amazing. I did not know what to eat sooner. Everything clean, fresh, tasty. Very very nice break from the routine on the beach

Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. This hotel is also suitable for the disabled

Good hotel for the price, not sure what people are expecting for what they paid. As with most all-inclusive holidays, the food got a bit repetitive after a week but that's obviously to be expected

There's a snack bar next to the pool bar and another one on the far end near the air hockey tables which served the usual chips, toasties etc

The best part would be the overall trips and area around, had a market down the street we got a lot of good things, the beach was nice, and we did the boat trip which was amazing

You can pay for them, so you have them for your stay, (you don’t need to) but then at the end of your stay when you check out you get your money back

I’m pretty sure it’s the cleaning stuff but it was disgusting. It’s a weird system if you want to use the tv or use cups

I recommend it if you’re looking for maybe not the most expensive but a good enough stay for memories and nice weather

Not sure if all inclusive would be beneficial at this hotel but half board was perfect & water was included in the evening meal, drinks were reasonably priced

We didn't use the kitchen area apart from the kettle so can't really comment on self catering facilities but it looked like you could prepare basic meals with what was provided

The receptionist was really helpful in getting us quiet rooms & helping us with days out. The newly refurbished pools out the back were great, we have older teenage kids so didn't use the splash park but it looked fun

Plenty of sun beds at any time of day, we found one of the older pools next to the mini golf to be the warmest, I would think it was heated as we went swimming everyday, balls & inflatables are aloud

We had no noise from the bars as we were the furthest away from them & didn't once hear anyone above us or next door. The location was perfect for us, 5 min walk to the lovely beach

We had two standard rooms, be warned these have not been refurbished & have no air con which was fine for us in April. Our rooms were spotless when we arrived & cleaned most days

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the very beginning, the staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help, which made our stay so much more pleasant

The entertainment for children throughout the day was ideal; my children didn't miss a single mini disco! The room was spacious and very clean every day! We'll be back soon, thank you for a very enjoyable week!!

The animation team work day and night extremely hard and we really appreciated them making the stay special. Bar staff very attentive and all staff in general very friendly

The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly

The Animatiol Team is very good,and the Kahoot‘s every evening is very Funny! We Come Here every year since 15 years and Andrej is very Friendly! Martin is the Best service Boy he remember us every year since we were little children!

otherwise, it was like any other hotel. The all-inclusive package was very good, with no queues and generous portions. The staff were very professional and friendly

Lovely hotel, great for kids. About a 20 min walk to main bit with shops/restaurants and main beach.

Overall good, there's parking outside, four swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers, and they don't take reservations. The food was good, just a minor complaint about the live cooking

Great family hotel Hotel is amazing, great value.

Food was not great, out of buffet for every meal there was potentially 2/3 nice items and rest of the food was flavourless and what I can only describe as poor quality, no drink served in the restaurant, just soft drinks

We were charged 25€ for a mini bar that had only 2 beers and a variety of soft drinks and NO TOP UP!!! Basic spirits at bar taste like petrol. Food excellent Service in restaurant good

Fantastic hotel - clean modern rooms, 2 main outdoor pools, plus a quieter 'infinity' pool, a wellness centre (including jacuzzi, steam room and sauna), gym and a large buffet style restaurant

I was afraid that the hotel had no good beach or sea view, but I was surprised that it has a great 45-degree view from the balcony to the best beach troya

The hotel is also ideally situated in Playa de las Americas, a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos

Hotel is right on the beach, easy walking to all the resorts in this area! Bus stop less than 10 mins away on foot. Only feedback is that we’d like to pay as you go on drinks not right at the end

Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas ***** which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep

Noise levels were good, few guest coming home about 4am being slightly loud but not hotels fault. All inclusive was good value, breakfast and snack bar are good. Evening meals not so much but definitely worth having

Shame all inclusive snacks aren't available at pool bar but ice cream + drinks are. Busy surrounding area but don't hear noise from rooms. Food was nice ,especially the Chinese day

The food is plentiful and we enjoyed our meals, the drinks were good too I'm really struggling to see why it's branded a vibe hotel though, not much happening through the day that suits us, but not if you're looking for a "vibe" Definitely not a place for children, no inflatables allowed and I've seen kids being stopped playing with a small ball in the pool

The only down was the food was a bit samey every meal, but the local restaurants were great for a change occasionally. I would definitely go to this one again

It's been a few years since I stayed here and it was perfectly close to restaurants and bars with the Irish centre across the road and the yumbo only a short walk or taxi trip,the reception staff were very nice and welcoming breakfast had a good choice for everyone also no problem at any time of the day getting a sunbed at the pool it was a credit to the cleaning lady's who done my room everyday room...

Local bars/restaurant do fantastic food

The food in the buffet restaurant was delicious & we had a meal at the ala carte restaurant which again was lovely. We will definitely return to this hotel x

The breakfast was excellent - a huge selection. The evening meal was good but there was a limited selection for myself as a vegetarian. The staff were 5* and so helpful

The levels area of the hotel provides a fantastic breakfast, complimentary drinks and snacks ‘happy hour’ and not to mention a private roof top pool

Just a short walk to the marina for restaurants and short walks to beaches/coves this is an idyllic getaway

Food and drinks (AI basis) were very good, good quality & lots to choose from. Entertainment we never watched. Pool area was a nice place to sit and chill. Overall an enjoyable holiday and we would return

We booked an upgraded sea view room and the views are the best that we have ever experienced - with complete sea views! The bed was oriented within the room so that when we drew back the curtains all that we could see was the beach, sea and blue sky - an absolutely perfect start to every day

Restaurant is sometimes crowded but the food is fairly good; for the people more picky there is a cook with a hot-plate grilling fish or meat. Also, the rooms and bathrooms could use some renovation

All the people working at Carabela are fully involved with the customers, they have full of activities for children and adults.

Rooms need renovation. Buffet breakfast is ok but has plenty of room to improve (fresh juices for example). Price was pretty cheap though. Everything was correct & acceptable. Overall, not bad, fair enough

James Taylor When we first got to the hotel we got our room straight away but put us on the 9th floor when we had 2 young children witch was unideal but manageable but then when we got to the pool there was no signage of were the deep end of the pool was so my youngest Nearly drowns and then was told to buy floats for her as we did and then they have a no floats in the pool policy witch is prothetic...

Our room was clean and very spacious, with a stocked fridge and amazing views! We had access to a main buffet restaurant which had a good selection of food and theme nights every evening I

The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away

This brings me to the pool area which was absolutely fantastic… splash area for the little ones, medium slides for kids, jacuzzi, large pool area, and the big flumes for the big kids

Our room was on floor 19 in tower 1, and getting to and from the room was the worst part of the holiday. With only 2 lifts and 1 being out of order, it was a constant battle

e Italian, oriental, and a snack bar. In addition to this there was an ice-cream truck and waffle cart. Drink choices were good with branded spirits and a cocktail menu

Personally I can't fault the hotel or stay. I'd like to thank them all for such an enjoyable time!

We spent nine nights at this hotel, and I'll start with the highlights. The location is ideal, with a stunning beach nearby and restaurants and bars within walking distance

This was a very mediocre hotel, especially considering the price of over £700 for two rooms for two nights. The rooms were tiny, not particularly clean, and we even found small ants, which was a big turn-off

Okay for the price but don’t recommend all inclusive

Lovely hotel! Very friendly staff! The cuisine is delicious and varied. Everyone can find something for themselves. On Saturday there was a large selection of seafood. There was also a day of Mexican cuisine

So, maybe that’s something Exagon park could consider? What I did love is the self serve water, slushy, and sodas. It would have been great to have a self serve hot drinks outside of the restaurant

Our first experience abroad as a family of 5 and we had such a lovely time. We went all inclusive so the children never went without and we very rarely had say no

The location was great with a short walk to some shops and restaurants and with a lovely clean, quiet beach. Further a field took you to the busier part of Can Picafort, walking distance with the best of both world

Great Swimming Pool area, plenty of sunbeds, it is always clean and inviting. Whilst in the Hotel, you experience such relaxation, it is very quiet, also I slept like a baby, which does not happen often these days

We arrived Friday 10th October and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was spotless and room large and clean. We went half board and the food choice was amazing! So many different salads and meats! We were impressed

Currently staying at the exagon park. Set on the outskirts of Can Picafort but lovely walk on the promenade. Rooms big and have everything you need. Food is lovely and caters for all tastes

Nice hotel, nice location and view. All inclusive drinks very good Good selection of food in buffet Stayed here twice now but guests in our party have fallen ill with V&D both times

From check in the staff were extremely friendly. Good selection of food options in the restaurant with grill cook to order for omlettes & pancakes at breakfast and grill fish, meat for dinner and a wok station

Pool staff was so friendly, had us in stitches with there silly pool side games around 11 o’clock. Was gutted we missed them on the last day. Hotel was clean and breakfast had great selection

We got taxis to local bars and restaurants so can’t comment on what was a short walk away

Great bus service outside the hotel

The best place for a naturist holiday. Food is average but you can get great meals in the local restaurants. Entertainment team are very enthusiastic. Great team games during the day

I miss you guys 😘 And sitting in the restaurant every morning looking at the beach while I enjoy a nice breakfast and an ice cold cava is heaven on earth for me

It has a massive cool pool, restaurant and loads more. Also, you can pretty much wonder around totally naked the whole time

I guess I should leave it till I'm finished here, because I'm still here! But I've rather enjoyed the somewhat unique experience of The Hotel Club Playa Vera. It is just an amazing location, right on the beach

Pool are is lovely with a jacuzzi, large chess board, crazy golf and entertaining staff throughout the day! Child friendly with slides in the pool although wasn't many children there in our visit

It's even possible to reach the beach, without getting dressed even once! Slightly dated look - perhaps, if I was being picky, but nothing that would put me off another visit

Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap, and there was nightly entertainment aimed for the children. Overall a good stay and worth the cost

Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good

The location is good but no grocery shops are close by, there are a nice few bars and restaurants along the walkway and up in La Mata. The buses run directly outside the hotel to Torrevieja town or La Mata

Big hotel The hotel for what we paid was good. Plenty of choice at breakfasts and dinner. No bars or restaurants nearby having to walk down hill to them. Also there was no beach.

The food was AMAZING, so hats off to the chef and staff, and the girls on serving staff were always helpful and professional! Point to improve (in my opinion): a set of dumbbells in the gym and more training to the young man in the cafeteria in manners and respect, especially when dealing with women

Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding

But I would recommend it because it was cute, clean and the staff was great. I didn’t take the all inclusive option and it was a great decision for me. I took the breakfast option and that was a great decision

Recommended if you like all inclusive. It’s nice and the staff is really give. The hotel is well located on the beach. The only problem those cheap merchants across the street (on the beach)

If you want to enjoy the hotel explore further from the location. Also it’s more like all-inclusive (which I dislike). It’s not a Club Med and the clientele isn’t either

The hotel was great, clean and the staff very friendly My only suggestion since this is a 4 star hotel, it should have a shuttle service to and from the airport, just a detail that will add a lot to the experience

The hotel is located a short walk from the centre, the beach, the bus station, pharmacy, local bars and restaurants, plenty of supermarkets, and Loro Parque

Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel. Room was clean, very quiet towel's changed daily service for all the staff was excellent

Had a problem with TUI app and the receptionist was very helpful so was the 2 TUI rep's saved the day 👍 Food was varied and plenty of choice service was excellent in the dining room also at night the bar service was very good

We upgraded from half board to all inclusive the restaurant was a good size and the quality and the quantity was good

Recently renovated hotel, the staff were amazingly pleasant and so helpful. The rooms were fresh and clean with the feeling of newness. The breakfast was plentiful, with so many choices to please everyone

The hotel bar is pleasant which is ideal for any afternoon or night caps drinks. There were plenty of mini markets around the corner for any needy items

In terms of the food, it’s decent. They have a wide array of salad options on the one side of the restaurant and on the other side the cooked food is alright

Ideal location to walk around the back streets to the center town near the church. We enjoyed our stay here so much we have already booked the next holiday in the same hotel for June 2026

Quiet rooms, great breakfast buffet but our air condition wasn’t working. This is innacceptable in a place where you have 33 degrees every day.

Pros: Room was clean, nice view, short 10 min walk to the beach. Most of the staff throughout our stay were actually really lovely – it was just the reception team on check-out that left a bad taste
