Stayed here over the summer, beautiful hotel in such a beautiful little town. Accessible to the beach, shops, and restaurants with a short walk of 5-10 minutes

If you want a more better quality roam further afield not in the immediate area where in adjacent suburbs / towns a good choice of bars cafes and restaurants - good bus routes to all areas including Porta Cristo, Cala Bono and much more

Stayed here for 4 nights recently after a 7 night Marella cruise round the western med. Didn't know what to expect, not sure of the location but we were absolutely delighted with the result

This hotel we thought is phenomenal. From check-in to checking out could not have been more pleased at our booking. The receptionist who booked us in (a French lady who spoke fantastic English) was superb

Overall would definitely stay again !! By the way you have a walk in shower/toilet room and you don't even have to flick a light switch as it's so up to date you just put your finger on a main panel located just inside your hotel room door 🤷 what more could you ask for And tv has all sorts channels mostly british

The most beautiful place we have been to in a long time. The hotel is fantastic with such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere even when busy. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were great with lots of choice

The bar and restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for more. We booked a deluxe room with garden and it was perfect for us

Close to the restaurant, bars and the beach with our own tables and chairs and sun loungers

The only issue is the language barrier, if you are not spanish might as well not bother. You get pushed a side by the entertainment team and also any announcements really. We struggled with the bar getting a drink

If you don't have kids then maybe give this a miss as they are absolutely superb with families and young children. Food has been absolutely spot on with plenty of choice for picky eaters

It was my mum’s birthday when we were there and the hotel gave her a little card and bottle of cava, such a lovely touch! We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return!

The food is okay, we would have struggled to do two weeks of it but for an all inclusive it has a good amount of choice and we managed to make do

The soft play is for 4 years and up, it is usually quite peaceful, however, a school trip joined the session half way through in the soft play, the guests children were very young 4/5/6 year olds and the school trip were a lot older maybe 10/11 or could even have been more! Everyone in the soft play who was a guest of the hotel complained to the staff, my children came out crying as they were terrified...

We had kids sat outside our room from the pool opening to closing chatting and playing, obviously, we don’t mind as the kids are on holiday but it is annoying when you’ve paid so much for a room and can’t relax or have any privacy

Moving and packing up from two seperate rooms was time consuming and stressful with the kids. The soft play is great as the kids have a bib and security tag on so you can use the drop in service with your mind at ease

If you have small children avoid this suite as napping through the day will not be possible. We couldn’t open our curtains as people would sunbathe and congregate there and we had no privacy to even use the balcony

We complained about this and asked to be moved, however, we were given a downgrade to a room that had no seperate bedrooms, so we paid 300 euros for an upgraded room to only be downgraded with no compensation

The evening meal was a hit-and-miss, some nights very good and other nights, not so much - but that may be my personal preference

But when at the pool the simple things like ham toasties or burger/hotdogs and chips , along with drinks. They kind of made up for it during the day at the pool or in the evening before going out

It was the first and last time 8to 10 of us used it. The food was very poor quality and poor selection. Felt like a big waste of money been all-inclusive

Starting with the room - the beds were very firm but are generously sized, bigger than a single but not as big as double. The room was clean and serviceable, but there were some age-related marks on the walls and ceiling

There is a luggage room downstairs if your checking out before your transfer. The rest of the hotel is very modern and the pools are very well maintained, clean and checked very regularly

There is also a TV in the room with British, French, Spanish and German channels. You have to pair the remote yourself, but the instructions are only in Spanish

We don’t have pool towels, and it’s only 2 bottles of water in your room so we are now off to buy some. Premium all inclusive as described this is not

The food on the whole was good , all meal times had plenty of choice. We always plan to go out a few nights to break it up

The room was massive with a walk in wardrobe which was great. There was a large bath in the room which the kids loved. The pool was excellent, plenty of area to enjoy and a great area for the kids

We have just come back from a 9 night stay here. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We booked a beach suite which made life alot better as a family of four

Pool toilets not very clean, some staff rude, some nice. Not a lot of English speaking, but I get that we are in Spain. But it was hard at times asking for things. No tea and coffee in room was disappointing

Room very basic very tired looking in fact the desk almost fell apart when a chair nudged it. Food awful, cold, repetitive, too busy, no organisation of eating times

Fantastic stay at Hotel Polynesia - hotel world resort! Great food and drink choices in the restaurant with appealing meal times which worked for us as group

Outstanding hotel, unique interior with fish turtles and birds all living happily within the hotel. Perfect place for young families. Good variety of food and drinks available at convenient times throughout the day

The beachfront view was nice and rooms were clean but we had to ask everyday to get new towels. It would be nice if they had more food variety or the two restaurants opened that they had onsite

The food in the hotel was lovely lots of variety somthing for everyone. There is a spa but I didn't use this. There is an on site shop that sold toys souvenirs alcohol soft drinks and snacks

The all inclusive band has a chip in which also opens your apartment door we had quite a few issues with this so we ended up being given a key card

We had wonderful one week stay in this hotel. We like architecture of this hotel also the room design. We take a privileges' package which i think was worth the price. Easy booking meals what prevent you from crowds

Hotel complex has prefect size not too big not too small. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet even we had balcony on rock hotel side. If somebody need more action there is a free shuttle to playa de la america

This Hotel is absolutely stunning and we've came back for the past 4 years. Food is delicious with amazing choices and as we don't tend to drink a lot we go half board

If you want to see the real Tenerife then see the lovely Genevieve to hire a car, and ask for recommendations of places to visit, she's a wealth of knowledge

This really is an excellent place to stay, from the warm welcome on arrival right through to the assistance at departure. The rooms are very clean and refreshed every day with water, coffee etc all being topped up

located smack bang in the middle of the old town and the strip so 10 mins in either direction and you’re in the middle of the action if you want but plenty to keep you entertained all day long

Another great trip to this brilliant hotel. The facilities are amazing but the best thing is the staff

Typical hotel buffet food catering for Spanish and English guests. Don't expect English bacon, this is Spain. Ideal location close to the old town and the strip. Would definitely stay here again

Food was very good and had a wide variety of choice so something for everyone plus there are theme nights however this hotel is big and therefore meal times are busy so plan around the sittings if possible

I'm currently sat on my comfortable bed in my 2 bedroom apartment at Los Zocos Impressive. The whole complex is very clean and the staff are friendly, helpful and polite

The all inclusive drinks weren’t very good, flat lager and uninspiring cocktails. Overall I would not return to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it. There are better around for what I paid I was fairly disappointed

We had fantastic time I went with my wife Anne and my brother John from 21st Jan until 3 rd Feb on an all inclusive package We stayed in A2118 and he stayed in B1317 Both rooms were brilliant and were cleaned and towels changed every day The food was brilliant especially the chinese in the galleon bar We also had an Italian both weeks we were there and it was lovely All the staff were amazing...

Some people have mentioned the saltiness of some of the food and my wife and I would agree with this, especially in the Oriental Restaurant. This apart, it is a lovely place to unwind in the sun

The choice was good although a bit off at times. Chinese wasn’t the best but give it a try. There’s a noisy pool and quiet pool. Only did the noisy pool but quiet looked nice too. Enjoyed the entertainment during the day

The bartenders are super friendly, attentive, and fun – we even became friends with them. The restaurant staff, who cleared the tables, were always polite, smiling, and made every meal more enjoyable

I also love the fact that the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants shops etc. Besides the two swimming pools within the hotel, there is also Aqua splash Park,where the kids had fun throughout our stay

My boys love that kind of stuff so it was a win for us!, food for the adults was very nice lots of new things to try and alot of things that I would make at home for dinners, we was all inclusive and I have no complaints about the food whatever

Big hotel in an excellent location on a quiet street but close to nightlife and the long beach. Lots of choice at meals with fresh fruit particularly plentiful. Indoor pool was a not very warm

We were especially pleased that the kitchen staff met our dietary needs by offering Halal Food, they even prepared a birthday cake free of charge for my daughter during breakfast, making the start of her birthday very special

Don’t be scared by all the bad reviews the hotel is clean room is basic but we weren’t in our rooms only to sleep beds were comfortable water park is class for the kids staff are friendly and we would definitely come back

The pools and a good size and plenty of sunbeds. The food is wonderful with plenty to choose from, the restaurant itself has an amazing view

The only thing I would suggest is the bathroom in the hotel rooms could do with improvement, the shower heads leak a bit and the glass shower doors need a new seal as water does get through and goes onto the floor

Beautiful hotel, sea view room has an amazing view. The staff are wonderful and polite, the bar staff are entertaining and wonderful. The evening entertainment is brilliant

It wasn’t noisy where we stayed and ate. The room doors are super loud so if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up early every morning. The shower was leaking and we had to wait a bit longer for the lifts

*Would have liked sun loungers on the balcony rather than table/chairs Only other small points to note were a particularly stiff balcony door which was really difficult to open and a faulty noisy tea/coffee maker (both were addressed speedily)

English TV channels were also inaccessible during the stay which we were advised was due to a technical issue being worked on and also effected other nationalities channels (I didn't find issue with any other channels oddly) Food The main Buffet restaurant was great

Negative was that a lot of the food depending what you chose was quite often only warm which was a shame The grills where 2 meats and 2 fish were made fresh as well as Omelettes etc made to order were lovely as well as hot

Majority of the guests were 50-75, the vast majority being German (all polite and courteous) and was definitely built for an adult,relaxed get away which suited us perfectly. Rooms We upgraded to a Star Prestige room

Rooms were spacious, Housekeeping was always of the highest standard daily. Rooms were clean and tidy laundry changed daily and nice little touches that came with the Star Prestige gave the little extra feel of luxury

Plenty of cafes/bars to enjoy along the way Atmosphere Other than a small number of pre-school age children due to the time we chose, there were no children at all

Food was beautifully presented buffet meals. Lots of options to suit everyone. Cooked fresh as you wait steaks, fish, etc if preferred

Very conveniently placed in Los Cristianos for sea front, restaurants, bus station and bars.

Good location to beachs buses,and restaurants. Rooms good but need refurbishment

My friend and I had a 10 day holida in January and February. The hotel staff were all exceptionally nice,it was very clean, And we thought the food was exceptional. I don’t understand the negative reviews

there was always some type of activity to do around the pool, and the activity team was so pleasant and enthusiastic, we would go again next year but we think it will be still under refurbishment, But we look forward to going again when everything is finished, if we can still afford it🤣 Thank you for a lovely holiday

Property tired which is why it’s closing Feb 25 for upgrade. However staff, faculties are excellent and having stayed years ago we knew where we wanted to go. Look forward to returning when reopening.

Two entertainers stayed right by their side the whole time, making sure everything was safe, so we parents could just relax and enjoy watching. Truly unforgettable! The restaurant also deserves praise

I enjoyed my experience at the Hotel Don Juan Tossa. Great location near the beach and only short walk to all the local restaurants, supermarkets etc. rooms were cleaned everyday, Hotel was spotless

We‘re staying at this hotel right now and honestly it’s much better than expected! 2-3 minutes to the beach, full board meal plan is a great choice, food quality and variety is great

There was bingo for adults and a show or an activity every evening. The first time that I have stayed at an all inclusive hotel and didn't want to leave premises

The absolute highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment – a huge thank you to Sara and Holly, who are just incredible! With so much heart, energy and positivity, they made every single day special

My daughter refused to go anywhere because she wanted to participate in the activities. I can definitely say that what made our stay very memorable and nice was the animation team, thank you very much!

An interesting hotel designed to incorporate a huge internal garden and pond. Prices are high, but the bar and restaurant are both of the standard you'd expect for the price. Nice and quiet too.

The all-inclusive dining offered great food and drink options, and the main restaurant food choice was extensive and a really good quality

Was a great location near the beach A good all inclusive hotel that has decent facilities - was difficult as vegetarians as buffet has no vegetarian options

But a very kind and patient member of staff helped us find alternative accommodation at another 5 star resort on the other side of the island, with a promise that the hotel would cover the difference in price

food is decent but not as good as it previously was and I ate locally often as the repetition was tiresome, in the canteen like restaurant, dont get me wrong , fabulous new kids pool, and big general pool, lovely foyer and seating areas, close to the stunning beaches, but having been there many times the place needs better rooms, better food and drinks and a real management shake up

I believe new rooms are being made available 2024, and boy are they needed, at its best this was a great place to be, but Cabot have not maintained the standard of Fergus Style, drinks on the inclusive menu are awful, ask for a red wine , you get cheap sangria, etc

If I stick to practicalities, I stick solidly by my view that given the high price you pay her for “ all inclusive” many of the drinks are awful, and I’m still rattled by not being able to have a glass of red without paying extra at the bar

Will i go back, yes but im reluctant to pay premium prices for a hotel that as i said puts its own requirements before customers, lets hope next time round it has improved, the entertainment which i avoid used to be ok and varied forfamilies, including mine, less so now, anyway we shall see, you will love being here, but might choose to eat out and pay for drinks that used to be on the includive menu

Finally don't accept any old room, youll be paying a lot to be here, and corners are obviously being cut its a shame as ive been in many glorious hotels and still love this one, maybe im wishing for days gone by! A couple of years on and we do miss this place it has almost everything you could want as a family, but although the lady manager did offer us a couple of pool facing rooms they were low...

We would happily though come back but alas this lovely little port has become Spains most expensive , the Hotel is just out of reach and for the same money we are going to Kefalonia again, and to a magnificent villa in Portugal

But all staff are so professional and excellent customer service, The restaurant is excellent quality food, great variety

My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful, Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean and modern, rooms spacious cleaned every day with clean towels. Fantastic range of food breakfast and evening meal. Good facilities all round, definitely recommend.

Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly

Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol

The location is perfect, we went all-inclusive and plenty to choose from, the staff are brilliant especially Sandra and Stella behind the bar.

We stayed for a week the hotel is clean and staff were helpful Only downside to this holiday was the beds were so HARD to sleep on they gave all four of us bad backs to come home with

The restaurant manager runs a tight ship and food is replenished regularly, the waiting staff work hard to clear the tables, quickly. Good choice of dishes at both meal times

Great little hotel with a good location for the beach, shops etc. The Riudor is in the middle of bars, restaurants and the area can be lively but this did not affect our holiday one bit

The evening meals were ok,were not fussy eaters and always managed to find something to eat. only downside was the food was warm but they do have a microwave to heat your food up

Options for places with food/drinks were very limited. I believe the management is aware that there are not many options for food around but they do their very best to provide good food/drinks and keep you entertained

Food is excellent, both for breakfast and dinner, with lots of varieties for all tastes. I just would like the bar to have some snacks like tapas in the evenings – the only option for dinner was the buffet restaurant

Yes, you can walk about 10 minutes to reach a precinct with bars and restaurants; however, it is an almost a deserted area with most of places closed in October - not sure about summer

From the Reception desk to the restaurant and bars, service is just excellent. The housekeepers are lovely, smiling, efficient and polite all the time

We hired a car – which we recommend – and visited many different beautiful places around. Be aware that the hotel charges 15 Euros a day for parking but it is free to park on the road from October onwards

For a 5 star hotel which is so clean, it was very surprising to have birds inside in the breakfast room. As someone who has a fear of birds, it was very unsettling and I didn't think it was very hygenic

The meat revolves around pork cooked differently instead of other meat alternatuves that would better suit most guests from all backgrounds

Overall I had a great experience and will definitely try come back! Would recommend :-)

Food was okay, the usual for a buffet all inclusive venue with most of the cold selection the same with the hot choices changed each day/evening

The decor was great, the rooms were clean & comfy, the WiFi worked great & overall the location was accessible to many different food places/clubs/beaches etc… Only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the food options
