Unforgettable holiday at Landmar Playa La Arena! We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The property is modern, clean, and well-organized, with a beachfront location offering spectacular sunsets

The food in the restaurants is a feast for the palate – a wide selection, excellent quality, and freshness of the dishes – I think everyone will find something to their liking

I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive service in the restaurant. Damian at the buffet was incredibly helpful in guiding me through gluten-free choices, which made dining stress-free and enjoyable

If there was one thing of criticism not about the hotel is the surrounding area doesn't have any night life around but to be honest didn't bother us as the hotel entertainment is sufficient

There's a poolside bar serving drinks and snacks. Evening entertainment and live music create a fantastic atmosphere

Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day...

Nice room, but then we were given an upgrade. Food was a bit boring for an all inclusive, normally get a better variety

The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them from pre 0730. But, it’s better than previously when you had to wait for chains to be unlocked

Another standout feature is the Iberostar app, which provides constant access to the planned activities, animation schedules, restaurant opening times, and support

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around

Another great stay Great stay. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Good food and hotel is kept very clean. Room a little tired but hotel is in process of refurbishing so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Everything about this hotel is bang on, location ace, if I was to say one thing my husband has a bad back and the bed, for him, was too soft and aggravated his sciatica

Staff were very attentive and all were very nice, especially Cleopatra who was a wealth of knowledge and an absolute star!

Rooms good, clean and spacious - although ours spelt of cigarettes. Could provide name for desserts, not so much pork and more jelly flavours

Fine and clean hotel with great views, good food, and a pleasant staff. Ideal for a relaxing break. Our only negative - the sunbeds were wet one morning and remained so during the day. But all else was great.

Food was outstanding:-smoked salmon for breakfast,fillet steaks,salmon,sea bass all cooked to order. Choice and quality were outstanding. Well done to all involved in catering for guests

The room was spotless and the staff did a fantastic job. However a big tree took much of the seaview in room 3112.

Location is perfect…short walk to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants and a gorgeous little beach Playa Flamingo on your doorstep! Watching the waves of the sea whilst lying in your sun lounger by the pool is a real treat! Staff were all so lovely and helpful

Not sure I would book half board again as I do get board by same choice of meals every night and some of the food is lukewarm…a separate a la carte restaurant would be really good! Evening entertainment was really good- especially the singers we enjoyed out at the Star Prestige pool each evening

Drinks and snacks all day till 6 at the Star Prestige pool bar plus daily activities

Relaxing and quiet in the evening with a different show for all every night. Staff are very friendly and work like machines to keep the place clean and tidy ready for the next meal

The flat was very nicely situated in the old town with the ability to get to all the sites and the many restaurants & bars

The all inclusive food options at the snack bar are quite basic compared to the food advertised (you can pay extra for these) it isn't explained to you that only certain things are included

We paid for late checkout (€11per hour) but it doesn't include food or drink after midday, even if u pay extra Things which I think could be improved: although our room was cleaned everyday, the tea cups and tea bags etc were never replenished, on other all inclusive I've been on they always have been

Here are some things worth noting before coming : no wrist bands, instead you use your room key, which i found quite annoying , especially when in other hotels the kids can go straight up and get what they want without having to get me to find the room key each time

They say on arrival, there is no life guard until 11am, I did not see a single lifeguard my entire 10 days stay, just a guy in a corner giving out towels and collecting them so if you have young ones u may want to consider this

Room had an amazing view, meals with room were great and the area is fantastic!! Only downside was the room was a bit older and the bathroom had water damage.

Everything was great at the hotel from the first day to the last.

Don’t get carried caught with flies on you Excellent hotel resort. However, you have to pay extra for spa pool , tennis and more well known drinks. By the pool we were sometimes pestered by flies

There is no driving in a straight flat line! We found the food varied and generous but you had to make it early enough at meal times to get best selection

On avery clear day, you can see Tenerife and La Gomera. The convenience of access to transportation, Santa Cruz and many excursions. We strongly recommend a car to access this beautiful but very mountainous island

On the other hand, the dining room’s acoustics or lack there of made eating or dining a less than romantic experience… say, cafeteria with wine and noise from constant table clearing, supply carts on ceramic…

There was something for each member of the family to enjoy and had lot of fun. Just that beds keep moving apart 😀 And beach was 7 to 8 minutes walk, since we were walking in and out with 3yr old

I had booked another hotel in Mallorca, but there was a problem so I quickly booked this hotel instead

I didn't hear any children inside the room, but it was quite lively at breakfast! If you'd like to relax a little more, I recommend an adult hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the fruit was delicious

Great resort that is close to the beach and several restaurants.

I booked with just 10 minutes' notice, but they were happy to accommodate! I was lucky to get a corner room on a high floor, with a fantastic view of the mountains and ocean from the balcony

I have visited Sol Barbados few years ago and it was much better in term of food and staff. Most if not all staff were rude and not easy to approach especially the bar men as well as the restaurant workers

Very good experience at the HM Martinique hotel in Magaluf the positive points: 3 swimming pool + sauna and hammam you can find a store also very useful for buying food or drinks, the only negative point is the wifi which does not work very good for me

My stay at the HM Martinique Hotel in Magaluf was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere — lively, modern, and spotless throughout

The bar staff kept the drinks flowing, and the entertainment team made sure there was never a dull moment. The food was much better than expected for an all-inclusive — plenty of choice and good quality

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was enjoying their stay

The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything you could need — comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony to relax on

The food was much better than expected – there was always something for me to eat, especially at breakfast which was spot on. The staff were all polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made things easy and enjoyable

The buffet offered an amazing selection with something for everyone, and the quality was outstanding. The seafood in particular was impressively fresh and delicious, making each meal something to look forward to

All of the staff were excellent, but a special mention must go to Yuri, who was incredibly kind in the restaurant and looked after us so well throughout our stay

A special mention to Lorenzo on the front desk, who was always so cheerful and welcoming, and to Juan and Danny at the bar, who made every evening fun, they are so friendly and great at their job

They were so playful and attentive with my little one, and they have made her first holiday such a special and memorable experience. It really meant a lot and has left a lasting impression

Amazing stay at the Bouganville, Tenerife! We had an incredible holiday at the Bouganville. The service was honestly outstanding – every member of staff was so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble

Hotel is in a fab location with the beach on your doorstep and water parks. Lastly I’d like to mention Eidel, for his creative energy and patience making character pancakes in the buffet

This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review

I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking

Fantastic stay at the Sol Marbella Estepona - Atalaya Park Service was brilliant, food was fantastic. Great area around the swimming pools. All inclusive drinks were great

Large room, good location for the purpose of trip

There are vending machines inside the hotel with snacks ,drinks and medicine so if you're in need of something late at night it's a good option

The food options were great, some of the best I've experienced as a vegetarian at an all inclusive. Everything was well labelled too. The entertainment team are fantastic and work so hard

Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value

second time in this hotel. Rooms are spacios, pool area is very nice and never overcrowded. Food was excellent and the outdoor restaurant area is wonderfull. Very relaxed vibes. Hope to be back next year

Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Food is delicious, and every day they have some themes for the dinner. Pools are always clean, and there's always enough space for all

We travelled with two under 2s and it was perfect for young families with many activities planned for children and a mini club. At the same time there are areas designated for adults only both by the pool and restaurant

Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights

There are no true “restaurants,” only more buffets being marketed as such

They make you create a reservation for holiday dinners, but they are still buffet style and only now you have everyone show up at the same time (instead of staggered), which results in a very long line of people waiting for steak (which ends being chewy and overcooked by my standards)

Location wise you are by one of the best beaches (Amadores). Cons: Dining signs for food allergies are not correct and staff acknowledges this so you have to ask about every single item

Lack of room amenities in standard room (no conditioner, lotion, etc. Blow dryer doesn’t let you use it for long before it shuts off (weird safely feature)

We had to switch rooms twice due to a number of issues (clicking fan, loud kids and thin walls, non working safe, flooding shower)

Elevators are a hot commodity during peak meal times and you will find yourself waiting a long time before a free one appears on your floor. The hotel also lost power for part of Christmas Day

Cleaners are there every morning to doing there thing so clean they do a great job well done to all them. Supermarket on the front stone throw away if you like us and want milk coffee and some goodies to chill with

This hotel was amazing to stay at in tenerife, they had very good swimming pools but sometimes it does get crowded and you might need to wake up at 7AM to put some towels on your sun chairs to 'reserve' them, and free drinks at the bar

Very clean credit to this hotel for keeping it fresh. Very friendly staff food is ok. Entertainment is more for the kids not as much for adults from what I saw anyway. Tv is not fire stick friendly

Brilliant stay this hotel is within 30 mins walk from most places beach is very close by must recommend Damien in the spa if you need to relax 100% give him a try something for adults and kids alike including a kids club by the pool of the hotel

They kindly let us have this suite for no extra charge and it absolutely made our holiday! The food and drink options in the all inclusive was perfect, plenty to choose from and everything always looked fresh! All the staff were so kind, polite and friendly and couldn't do enough to help you

The all inclusive had a good variety of food (a lot of fish) The location was ok, close to beaches and local shops. The only down side I would say is we were the only English family at this hotel

Just finished a 7 night stay at Alua Tenerife with my dad and can't fault anything. You read some of the other reviews and of course everything comes down to someone else's perception and experiences so here is ours

Breakfast is a large buffet selection, of course you will always get the same items, but the point is there is a large selection of each item such as Cereal, fresh cut and whole fruit, different milks, cheeses, hot food

Actually the hotel buffet had different potato dishes each morning. After 7 days I still didn't try everything on the buffet in the morning. Plenty of coffee machines and juice machines

Suggestion for the hotel - display the menu on arrival so people can see the variety of dishes available. We shared a twin room, it wasn't split when we arrived, by the next morning it was

What wasn't pleasant was the group of German guests who couldn't queue properly and wait their turn. Suggestion for the hotel - put ropes up to clearly show the queuing system

We had a wonderful time at this hotel and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the very beginning, the staff were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help, which made our stay so much more pleasant

The entertainment for children throughout the day was ideal; my children didn't miss a single mini disco! The room was spacious and very clean every day! We'll be back soon, thank you for a very enjoyable week!!

The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly

The Animatiol Team is very good,and the Kahoot‘s every evening is very Funny! We Come Here every year since 15 years and Andrej is very Friendly! Martin is the Best service Boy he remember us every year since we were little children!

I'd say the hotel is well-located on the seafront, with cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a free car park adjacent, and good road links to local and further-afield destinations

From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials

Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety

The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained

We stayed all inclusive drinks are good quality believe me they also make sure in this heat you have plenty to drink. Santana & Aliou are very good hard working friendly everything in one package can't fault anything

Great food at the buffet. Star prestige room was great with great view. Star prestige pool area with drinks and snacks was great. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about at all!

Staff is very nice, felt very welcoming. Everyone is keep checking on you to make sure you are fine, especially Abou. Hotel is so beautiful and kept clean

Only one things, toilet next to the main restaurant smell really bad, seems like there is problem with drain or something else. When this smell mixed up with cleaning products it was hard to breath in there

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! My wife and I were thrilled with every part of our experience. The food was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented at every meal

After the outdoor show entertainment switches to inside and we found this better with DJs and singers on which we preferred, even getting up for a dance. Queues for drinks were long but moved quickly

loved it and really want to go back! food was lovely, staff all very friendly, hotel was clean and well kept. Rooms nice and clean. kids loved it and want to go back but for longer which i agree great value

We enjoyed using a mixture of the two restaurants plus the snack bar if we'd being out all day and missed the lunch service. The San Miguel on draught was excellent as were the gin and tonics

Great facilities and friendly staff. Huge effort went into the Halloween events including making the main pool red. Nice to have the option of the shuttle bus which we used sometimes and mostly ran on time/turned up

Amazing shower! Liked having the robes, items in the fridge upon arrival and water bottles replenished most days. We also liked the decor of the whole hotel, it felt very trendy. Food was consistently excellent

Not all of it piping hot but warm enough. Warm plates would be great idea. Gorgeous meat and fish from the live cooking stations. Loved been able to eat outside at the Magnus restaurant as it was quieter

This was our 1st time visiting Salou, and absolutely loved my holiday with my 2 children, the rooms were outstanding, they were very clean, they were cleaned daily, food was lovely spoilt for choice

Outdoor pools were cleaned all the time, indoor pool too and they even have a Spa & Beauty at reasonable prices. 5minute walk to the beach and shops

All staff including the cleaners were so friendly with my 2, always had a smile and always greeted us whenever we were seen

There were 3 main receptionists that really looked after us throughout our stay Jose angel, Rim & big shout out to the lovely Paula absolutely amazing girl

We will definitely be back next year as a we had a brilliant time

Stayed week of 29th September- bed and breakfast option- Fantastic hotel, rooms and hotel was spotless- room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely omelettes and eggs cooked to order, large array of options and catered for my husband who is coeliac

Hotel was lovely, Rooms nice pool area great. The only thing that let this hotel done was the food it was cold. After speaking to a few people who were at the hotel last year

SPA and roof top bar were amazing - highly recommend the cocktails. Location was fabulous- building work was going on but wasn’t a huge issue

They found a difference this year also about the food. we have been coming to Benidorm for almost 25 yrs I was with my sister
