Plenty to do all day for kids and adults! The lifeguards at the pool are so attentive and I feel totally safe with my children in the pool
Reception staff welcoming and also fantastic at check out. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and helpful
Only negative if it even is one, there’s only one table tennis table and you have to go to reception to get bats and ball with an hour slot, tried on a few occasions but was always just missing out! Would make sense with how popular it is with family’s just to install another couple maybe inside? Over very pleased and will be returning
Room clean, would benefit from having a washing up sponge and washing up liquid to wash coffee cups, just an idea :-)
Every area clean. Loved the waterfall feature in the central lobbies
Very clean hotel, staff went the extra mile, we had a couple of rainy days and the entertainment team made sure the guests were still entertained. Good selection for eating, very fresh and varied each day
The animation team made our holiday so much fun and they feel like friends by the time you are leaving, especially Mateo, Alvaro and Manuela

Solid 4-star Spanish hotel with great pools and beachfront location. Pools and slides are a big plus, especially for families
Beautiful big swimming pools with slides for smaller and bigger kids also adults and a foam party was lot of fun. Food is lovely and drinks are name branded from a glass bottles which was included in the all inclusive
Because the buffet opens late but for the Spanish customers they eat even later so I can walk straight in without having to wait. I have lunch at 13 and there is not line by 14. 30 there are people lining up outside
Great hotel 1 hour from the airport
Beautiful hotel, big rooms with big beds
Lovely powerful shower, great views from our balcony. Beautiful massive beach next to the hotel
Staff are all working hard so everything is running smoothly. Few shops and a supermarket outside the hotel, town is only 10 minutes away in a taxi which was very cheap. Great family holiday in Almeria !!!
Now that she is 11 she is too old for the mini club so she has to go to the activities her self that makes it harder to make friends but was still good but I think mini club should cover a bit older
I’m beyond happy with the results every time and so excited for her new studio — it’s beautiful, cozy, and welcoming
Note It's a bit of a walk from the beach however if you're looking for a cheap all-inclusive holiday out of season,
this is your place
Breakfast was nice the staff was super efficient however I couldn't hear myself think for the noise in the dinning room. People were shouting to each other because the dinning room was packed
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall for a little business trip. I had the all inclusive package and was happy to see there was consistent food and drink options throughout the day
I would say entertainment could have been slightly better/longer as most people had to stay at the hotel in the evening due to the bad weather
The staff and bartenders were all very lovely and accommodating to any questions. The room was spacious with a decent sized balcony if needed
Brilliant. I think staff are excellent. Position of hotel is perfect. The hotel is spacious with plenty of room around the pool. We will book again as soon as we get home.
We have visited this hotel before, but not for some years. Pool and grounds are good, loungers fine but basic
This was our second stay at the Princess, having previously visited just after Christmas 2024 and over New Year 2025. We returned as a family group and stayed in both a junior suite and a superior double room
Overall, we had a wonderful experience spending Easter week in Playa Blanca, helped by fantastic weather. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again its a really good 4 star hotel and really central location
The entire complex is spotless, and the cleanliness of both the rooms and shared areas is excellent. The bar staff deserve a special mention—they are friendly, attentive, and provide great service
The rooms have been recently renovated and are now very modern, with updated bathrooms and a fresh, contemporary feel. We noticed several improvements since our last visit
Amazing the hotel and location. The rooms are clean and modern. There are fruits and drinks by the pool all the times for free
Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back
The food is superb with something for everyone and it’s different each night so there is no way you’ll get board. The beach is super close so you can hop in and out of the sea and pool as you like
The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy
We made good use of the excellent gym facilities and enjoyed lovely walks along the beach. The pool area is also very nice. We were bed and breakfast only, but the breakfast offerings were superb
We found the gardens and outside spaces excellent no problems getting sunbeds and the pools were very good, also the room service was excellent cleaned everyday to a high standard
Good rooms. Great variety of food , dining area can get packed
Pleasant service, a clean room (cleaned every day), and tasty food. One thing wasn’t great — drinks for lunch and dinner had to be paid for separately (including water, coffee, tea, etc
walk), the food is diverse and good, in an open buffet system (we had half board) and although we paid for a standard room they were kind and accommodated us in superior rooms with a view of the sea and the garden with swimming pools (theoretically they were more expensive)
Every evening they organized live music shows, magic, flamenco dancing and others. It is located very close to the sea and the cliff (max
) and there was no kettle in the room. Very nice sea view, and I don’t know why people say the hotel needs renovation — in my opinion everything is fine
A very pleasant experience, a hotel with a beautifully landscaped exotic garden, with an added charm and funny decorations inspired by Halloween (I was accommodated at the end of October)
Exceptional resort. Hotel was really lovely. Very clean and homely . Lovely rooms and swimming pools. Loved it.
All good from staff to hotel amenities, had a garden room and loved our patio for sitting out, excellent breakfast also
The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay. It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes. Perfect for morning runs & walks too
The staff were all extremely helpful and the classes had fabulous leaders. It was an excellent place to stay
It was fine but I wouldn’t be relying on for all meals, it was a bit bland and like a cafeteria. All in all an amazing place and I would visit again
Updated rooms in this hotel suited me but may not suit some as the loo and shower are behind separate doors that open out into the room where the sink is, so might not be ideal if sharing but rooms much better than Pedro and Pablo hotels
The later has a lot of work going on Jan 25 so it’s drilling all day so be wary - pic of don Pablo hotel which is like a building site

From the moment we were temperature checked at the door, to watching the daily deep clean of the pool area, by a team of about six men, in wellies and pressure washes, to the constant presence of the cleaning staff, we felt totally safe
The hotel was outstanding, staff couldn’t do enough for you, very friendly..
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean..
The pool area was well maintained..
Will be returning and would definitely recommend.
Very beautiful and amazing hotel. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The swimming pool is so nice and beautiful. Staff members are very polite. Great kitchen amenities and many others like the bar, spa and gym!!!
The public areas were very spacious and clean, and there were many activities available. Third, you could book various tours directly opposite the hotel's front desk, and communication in English was seamless
We stayed for 6 nights in an apartment with a large bedroom, a spacious living room, two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower), a fully equipped open kitchen, and a large sea-view balcony
The whole hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, including the pool and the rooftop cafe. There were also plenty of sofas, tables, and chairs where you could sit or recline
Clean and comfortable hotel, pool area slightly unkept and muddy in part, which made the water especially in kiddie pool dirty. Noisy breakfast, but everything was good. Walking distance to the beach.
Located at 5 minutes from the beach and next to a grocery store, it's a very nice hotel. Tasty and various food and very polite people. The coffee from breakfast area is not briliant but this is not a minus
Outdoor pool with beds around and playground for the kids
Food quality was mostly good and there was lots of fresh produce available. The hotel is located only 500m from the beach and is therefore, brilliantly located for that
We were informed a plumber came twice but the issue still was not fixed. So i had to demand a room change. Large pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Lots to choose from, but nothing of quality
There was a good variety of food in the dining room but it could sometimes be a bit of a scramble to get to some servery areas of lots of people arrived at once. The staff in the dining area were really helpful though
There’s loads of sun loungers and a lovely heated pool - we had to pay a deposit of 40 euro for pool towels which I think is a bit much I’m sure guests staying in this hotel are not looking to steal the towels - haven’t experienced this in similar hotels elsewhere
This is our fifth year at this hotel, we did have reservations about coming back this year due to the menu at the Tosca restaurant as after three weeks with the same choice it became difficult to choose, and the food lacked flavour, not so this year the new menu is a revelation and not sure whether there are new chefs but the food is of a high standard, the staff at Tosca are amazing and treat us like...
abd corridors, one must appreciate that maintenance in hotels is a 24/7 ongoing job and we are seeing in some corridors the relaying of new carpes, our room is immaculate and spacious and has a balcony overlooking the hotel next door but it is Quiet and with sun until four thirty pm on the seventh floor so our room is always warm
Not sure about the live music though as after five years listening to over the rainbow and other outdated songs perhaps a couple of new songs wouldn't go amiss
We were half board - food was ok - breakfast was best but we never tried dinner. Overall the location is great - the staff are lovely and the pool areas are really nice!
As for the main shows isn't it time to keep the lid in Elvis s coffin and let him rest, same goes for Elton John to retire with dignity
Highlights:
- Staff are brilliant, service is great and rooms are always made up well
- Rooms are spacious and will be even better once modernised further
- Pools and grounds are lovely and well-maintained, you could be anywhere
- Food is good for AI, including the 4 a la cartes … just book restaurants early on day 1
- Entertainment was really good, with live music every night and pool games most days...
we were never managed to get a bed by the front in the whole week we stayed, seating by the pools felt a bit overcrowded and beds packed in
- No adults only pool at the moment, this was a pull for us but it was closed due to refurb
- Soft drinks were flat, would expect this to improve with new equipment after the refurb
- Location is quiet (which we expected) … if you are wanting to go out locally...
Fantastic Stay – Already Planning to Return!
We had an amazing few days at Bahia Principe Sunlight Costa Adeje
Price of hotel not worth what it offers. Pay more and visit Bahia fantasia. Or just get a cheaper hotel and it wont be far off this place. If it's booked don't worry you will still have a decent holiday
Think they have gave up and just waiting on it closing. Hotel offering free t shirts for 5 star reviews. Would prob be better to get honest reviews and look to improve on what people find inadequate
Stayed room 6006 then moved to 5206 because of dirty water. 5206 had a bad cockroach infestation. Was only in it for 3 nights but seen at least 10 per night. Could have prob pushed to move again
Staff amazing. Food decent. Hotel was great for what we needed. Lobby area nice and pool bar brilliant. Location right on beach / promenade loved it.
The 1st sea room was not the best with a palm tree & car park. Had to ask reception to move rooms as we had paid for the upgrade. Room was tired, lack of amenities, 1 bottle of water. The pool was decent and heated
It was the first time we stayed here i thought the hotel was a little run down time for a refit no kettle in the room and the first time i ever paid a deposit on a plastic pool glass thought that was a bit of a joke the area outside the hotel really good centre plenty of good bars and food probley wouldnt stay at the hotel again would recomend for young familys not couples
We had a nice basic room with Mountain View. The food was very good for us,they served a wide range of food items. The pool area was very nice and the spa good for colder days. The entertainment was enough for us
The location of the hotel is amazing it’s right in front of the ocean. The hotel itself is very big and has everything you need. We had all inclusive, the cocktails at the bar were free
The hotel also has its own spa, hairdresser, gym, sports bar and small shops, so you don’t even need to leave the hotel. We also went to a club and taxi prices were very low €6-8
: We forgot a sweater at breakfast this morning. We returned an hour later and it was gone, and no one had returned it to the staff. Unfortunately, we asked the staff at dinner, but no one returned it
Restaurant that serves buffet its huge, but with a little space between the tables, so you feel like you're having a food on the music concert. It's loud with so many people eating and talking
The hotel is perfect for families with children. We had no complaints about the food, including breakfast and dinner, and it was very varied. WiFi was correct and free in the room also
A room with a sea view is definitely worth it. During my stay I have used the pool, gym, lobby and pool bars, pizza/snack restaurant
The Club section is close to the beach, while the Garden section is across the street, where the main restaurant, children's pool, and miniclub are also located. I can definitely recommend it
Meats, fish, veg, salad, pizza, pasta. My room was great, had an issue with 2 power sockets and the toilet but I told reception and it was fixed within the hour while I was down by the pool! Access to beach is a breeze
Great hotel, with nice location. Room was very clean and spacious. Food was great. Good value for money.
Easy to check in and great breakfast
Great hotel but wish we had a balcony.
Buffet breakfast / brunch excellent choice.
Clean and comfortable.
Prices in hotel bar reasonable.
Central to square, bus stop and train station. About a 15-20 min walk to beach.
I highly recommend it, the location is very good, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room is excellent, the reception service is good, and the restaurant is more than wonderful, thank you for everything and I will definitely come back
Appreciate the complimentary bathroom extras but couldn't identify what was within the bottles? Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion?
Overall great 👍 economy hotel, comfortable bed and large room
Freshly made, attractive flavor, and the chef continues supply from morning to noon. I am impressed of the quality of catering. Also the hotel manager upgraded my room, spacious with seaview
Just home from this fabulous hotel. Our room was great, beautifully decorated, overlooking the pool and sea. We liked the gate that took you straight out to the beach
Gated hotel so the only entrance without a key card is through the main entrance. The back gate is only a few meters from the sand at the beach, you will not get much closer to the beach than this
DO NOT MISS TO EXPERIENCE THE SUNRISE DOWN AT THE BEACH!
I will come back again!
Brilliant stay! Staff were wonderful from the first moment. Half board food amazing! We had the private swim up pool, which was a lovely novelty
Great hotel with a Staff that goes far and beyond for you, very clean room, great facilities, beautiful decorations during Christmas and New Year’s
Amazing hotel with tree pool areas and plenty of sun lounges, the park area is enormous with flowers and palm trees. Friendly personnel, really nice rooms and good food, everything you need
Rooms a bit claustrophobic for four women 2 double beds, clean but wasn't keen on the design of the room, bathroom was small and had a frosted door which had at least an inch gap all around it, not much privacy! pool was fine, plenty of sun loungers
In the annexe, the rooms either overlook the Calypso pool, or the flash pool. A302 overlooks the Flash pool and for those who enjoy sitting on the balcony, it has plenty of sun
I must give a shout out to Merche & Jose. Their welcoming smile, sense of humour and attentive service was outstanding. In fact every member of staff that we encountered couldn’t have done anymore for us
The breakfast is among the best I’ve experienced with the welcomed bonus of fried bread & black pudding etc. For those who maybe don’t want the full english then there was plenty of continental options
My room was in the Annexe building, I had requested a room overlooking the Morgans Tavern area but the hotel was clearly busy and this could not he honoured. However, the annexe was absolutely fine
In this hotel, as a half-board guest, you can swap your evening meal for lunch purely by just turning up at the restaurant. This was great especially when heading off for afternoon/evening drinks
There is a restaurant in the hotel, although we didn’t use it. The hotel was exactly as advertised. A bit of a pity were the restricted pool opening hours (11 am to 6 pm). Happy hour bar next to the pool area
Plenty of shops places to drink. Would come back here in a heart beat
The hotel was very nice, spacious, and super clean. Very popular with all kind of nationalities and also groups. Everything was in perfect working order
I stayed in a poolside room, which was quiet, and I enjoyed the rooftop pool where you can relax and sunbathe all day. Both the rooftop and ground pools open at 11 AM, but you can reserve sunbeds in advance
I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel! It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of town. You definitely get what you pay for
Overall, the hotel is great! Just keep in mind that the lifts can get quite busy, so expect to wait at times. The staff are consistently friendly and polite
The pool area was nice, although the plastic sunbeds let it down, they need some padding!
The bar area was lovely and the Happy Hour drinks were welcome, the prices were lower than some surrounding bars
The carpets in the hall way are outdated and in need of new carpets there’s no coffee or tea in the rooms the food abavailble I the hotel is boring it doesn’t have variety the location is very good the hotel needs to be updated and I had no WiFi in my room while I stayed there the pool
Table should be free including coffee and tea
Cons:
- Noisy outside - people gather there after pubs closure,
- Ongoing construction works in and outside the hotel, due to that it's even more noisy during the day, no toilets at the pool area, no parking available
Pros:
- Big and clean rooms with nice view. - Close to the beaches, trains, buses and restaurants
We didn't attend any of the entertainment provided. The hotel is generally very tired and in need of a refurbishment, particularly the corridors
We were pleased with our choice of hotel. The room was good, although the outlook over the car park left a lot to be desired

30am, drop off at 5pm as told to me by the Tui rep Lowa. We would not have booked this had we been told the facts. All in all, a great hotel if all you want is to lie beside the pool in pleasant surroundings
Everything came with extra cost (safely locker in room etc), and there was no minibar. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The pool area was nice and green. Breakfast was ok, selection was standard
Food is very good quality and quite varied. All inclusive is not available here but they have a good lunchtime/afternoon restaurant beside one of the pools which serves good food and drinks at a fairly reasonable rate
This is a lovely hotel, very spacious and pretty grounds. Pools were beautiful and seemed to have plenty of sun beds although if you get there in the afternoon on a sunny day they are all occupied
Colonia Sant Jordi is a nice little town with a lovely little bay with beach and coffee shops and a boardwalk around the coastline, but it was all too small for us
I was this week-end with my two babys, it was TOP. We ate at the restaurant and was BRILLIANT. I want to thank Salua, management of the hotel, she was really helpful with my allergic daughter
The Pools are fantastic for young children but there are two adult only options which are beautiful and pool attendants at one of these that we used each day, Sandra and Cintia were super attentive bringing fresh fruit, donuts, food
A very special mention must go to Stefania in Front of House, whose continued friendship and attention to detail go well above and beyond. It’s touches like this that turn a great holiday into a memorable one
That level of thoughtfulness is just extraordinary. We’d also strongly encourage future guests not to miss the evening shows at the resort’s Teatro. For adults, there are four shows a week from Wednesday to Saturday
Add in excellent sound and lighting, and you’ve got a thoroughly professional production in a charming open-air theatre setting. Do make the effort to go—you won’t regret it. All in all, another fantastic stay
And to our wonderful housekeeper Nieves—we were genuinely touched to find she had left us a bunch of flowers along with a personal thank-you note for “being so careful” with our room
However, the Thursday to Saturday shows are simply superb—featuring a resident group of two singers and four dancers delivering high-energy, beautifully choreographed performances
