If you want to party all night long that's the place to be, otherwise stay else where. Slow and small lifts, constant queue for cup of coffee. Decent breakfast, perfect location for shops, bars, 3 min from the beach ⛱️

Nice hotel with plenty pools on the top roof to chill out. We were lucky to book a one bedroom apartment with the massive private terrace (it was boiling hot to stay there) and well efficient aircon.

The hotel was really nice, the brunch buffet has lots of options, food was tasty and was close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and also come back for sure

The rooms are clean and house-keeping are very friendly. The location is perfect because it’s close to the beach and restaurants, along with multiple small conscience stores

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the highlights was definitely the food — delicious, beautifully prepared, and with plenty of themed options to enjoy something new each day

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the view from our room was breathtaking

There was a large selection of food, so everyone can find something they like. The beach is close, although the walk back is a bit of a workout 😉. A great hotel, especially for families with children

The rooms are to a great standard. We had a family room and both bedrooms had T. Vs and comfortable beds for all 4 of us. The dining room is comfortable and you are not sat too close to other diners

The food is fantastic in both quality and range, with multiple fish and meat options aswell as vegetarian dishes. The staff are all amazing, friendly and happy to help

The hotel is not bad, but it feels more like a 3-star than a 4-star. On the positive side, the entire staff and hotel service were great – very friendly and helpful people. The food was good and, most importantly, fresh

There’s no typical restaurant bar area where you can comfortably sit in the cooler evenings. The hotel advertises heated pools, but honestly, it didn’t feel like the water was heated

Breakfast and There are many kinds of dinner, the swimming pool is small, but the atmosphere is good, especially in the morning, the music is very loud, the only disadvantage is that the design of the shower in the room is not good, after taking a shower, the water in the bathroom overflows the door, it takes a long time careful! Overall, I am satisfied and have a pleasant journey!

Nice hotel, resonable price, and a lot of the balcony rooms have views of the sea.

This one feels pretty good to me. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to the beach, and the service attitude of the staff is excellent. There is no regional discrimination at all

The staff was incredibly cordial and helpful. The hotel and its various pools/restaurants were always clean and tidy. The food at the restaurants was varied, but wasn't really that great

I saw a lot of bad reviews before departure, so I checked into this hotel with trepidation; I didn't expect the bad reviews in the reviews to be completely false! As a senior traveler, I have stayed in countless star-rated hotels

But when at the pool the simple things like ham toasties or burger/hotdogs and chips , along with drinks. They kind of made up for it during the day at the pool or in the evening before going out

Starting with the room - the beds were very firm but are generously sized, bigger than a single but not as big as double. The room was clean and serviceable, but there were some age-related marks on the walls and ceiling

There is also a TV in the room with British, French, Spanish and German channels. You have to pair the remote yourself, but the instructions are only in Spanish

The shower was hot with decent pressure, but the bath is quite low down. There is a safe included in the room, but no kettle or ironing board

It was the first and last time 8to 10 of us used it. The food was very poor quality and poor selection. Felt like a big waste of money been all-inclusive

There is a luggage room downstairs if your checking out before your transfer. The rest of the hotel is very modern and the pools are very well maintained, clean and checked very regularly

There was perfect place for children : pool with perfect slides (even safe for small children), mini club (I saw, that kids love girls from golden club, because they were very involved ;))

Superb choice of food never struggled to find the right meal. The pool areas empty and plenty of room we used the adult only area with plunge pools mostly. The room excellent comfy bed great bathroom

Great room, spacious and modern and nice bathroom. View overlooking a street and sea in distance but was ok. Hotel was good, nice buffet breakfast, comfortable sunbeds around pool and great service

We had 4 days of rain while there so we expected the pools to be closed as they were , not the hotels fault. The only complaint I have is I am still waiting for my €200 deposit 4 weeks after my stay

It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Lisa is an excellent therapist, in fact one of the best I have ever experienced and her vibe and energy just really made for such a relaxing and fully nourishing experience

I also just loved the music and even the bed had a built in base. I highly recommend this treatment and also the the wonderful therapist Lisa

you did get a couple of very small bars of soap. The sea was warmer than the outdoor pools. One indoor pool, bring a bathing hat

Paying 25 euros for a safe in a four star hotel and a swim cap to use the spa pool rip off , children in the gym and spa pool unacceptably. we found very few english in this hotel more geared up for other nationalities

Travelled to watch my daughter play football in a local tournament. Great hotel- room was spacious modern and was great. Hotel was spotless, lots of areas to hang out. Pool area was fab lovely pool plenty of loungers

** Be aware only One side of the hotel gets sun on it, we were constantly in the shade. Your could see the sea but only barely. Note, one dispenser in the shower with soap, not shampoo or conditioner

Overall santa sussana is a nice area train station near for travel and a lovely beach just choose a different hotel

Dined half board - food was great. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough. Great location - opposite the train station to explore the coast

Location is actually pretty decent, it’s not a far walk to the beach and shops; took us about 10 minutes. Handy spar shop right outside the hotel door too for any bits you many need

Very relaxed clean and great food great selection staff very friendly everything we needed was within a 5 minute from the hotel and the beach is also a 5 minute walk

Saw some reviews saying the food was bad but I’m genuinely baffled. This is probably one of the best buffets I’ve seen at an all inclusive resort. Absolutely spoilt for choice at breakfast lunch and dinner

Lovely kids pool with a good safety gate that you can only access/ exit using your wrist band, help yourself ice cream machine is great for the kids, clean pools… genuinely couldn’t fault this place, one petty thing was a mirror above the dressing table, had sockets etc perfect place to get ready but no mirror so had to just use the tall one in the other room but that’s not a big deal at all

We only came for 4 nights as a last minute break but we’d absolutely come back here again. I wouldnt read too much into the negative reviews, I guess you can’t please everyone!

Our bathroom was lovely and clean, maids are attentive and happy to help if you need any extra towels or toilet roll but they cleaned every day anyway so re stocked

You can use a bus to discover La Manga which is this stripe of land of about 20 km and which divides these two seas. The Mediterranean sea is easily accessible across the road. Water was warm but there were waves

Rooms very old and in need of refurbishment, restaurant of the hotel was nice and great access to the beaches. Breakfast was ok, good for a last minute getaway. Some lovely restaurants near by.

Hotel with great location and own beach & pool. Hotel Age is showing in rooms what are bit oldish style. All inclusive food is ok and there is enough variety in every meal

The hotel is very well situated between the lagoon Mar Menor with shallow, very salty and warm water and the Mediterranean sea

The room we had was lovely, but know that the frosted glass at the shower/ bedroom is very seethrough so was awkward at times

We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish

Every day fresh fruits and vegetables, a large variety of dishes. The hotel is not far from the sea, the beach is amazing. A 30-minute walk from the hotel there are beautiful cliffs with a stunning view of the sea

The buffet offers a good selection of food, and we didn’t mind the 3 drink per person cap (it’s designed to stop people misbehaving), and the staff were lenient. We look forward to returning one day

The pools and surrounding areas were well-maintained, and the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and local shops

So if you’re expecting unlimited drinks or poolside cocktails, be aware of this legal restriction. Still, we had a relaxing time, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was great

Enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to wake up early to secure your sunbed. Resturant and outside bar have very good food

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach

The staff was very friendly and attentive in all areas. It was a very nice vacation, and we would book the hotel again anytime, but the air conditioning needs to work much better in the middle of summer

The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated

There are lots of hotels much closer to the beach but their pools tend to be much smaller, more cramped. This is the sort of place I’ll go to if I’m traveling alone as it feels safe

I love that it’s just at the top of the main tree lined road that runs directly to the beach, nice and close to all the shops and restaurants

The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. There is a sea right outside.

Great location, amazing reception area but rooms are a little tired. Shower over bath is a bit old fashioned. Bar area in reception was closed and would have made a great place for a drink

Although room was slightly dated it was fine for the long weekend we were there for. Breakfast very good; large selection and numerous staff clearing tables. Didn't use pool but looked pleasant enough

Have stayed in Palma over 10’times, first time at this hotel, would maybe stay again bit not my first choice

Rooms were large but not very homely. Had lunch at pool bay , club sandwich and it was awful. The chicken was processed and slimey. Had to remove all the chicken . Staff lovely .

Hotel was very clean inside, pool was small but nice, Room was basic but beds comfortable, food was good drink a little to strong for me but being all inclusive that was a good thing you can taste the alcohol as i’ve found this not be the case in other hotels, staff friendly & welcoming

The hotel was OK up the hill from the main area of the beach. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who may use a wheelchair or walking frame. If your looking for a comfortable base for your holiday you could do worse

The pool was nice but you have to be quick to get a sun lounger as they get "reserved" quickly. The beach is just 5 mins away and the shops are right there. All in all, we both enjoyed our stay and would go back again

Right near shopping centres and about a 5min drive from the Yumbo Centre which is a great night out (maybe not for kids though). The hotel was clean and very good for kids, with an arcade and games played with staff

Just returned from a weeks stay here with my partner and we have no complaints. We had a deluxe double room with sea view which was plenty big enough, had a fridge, coffee machine, robes and slippers

We're here now and are very happy with the hotel. The room is nice and kept clean and tidy and the animation team do a great job of keeping everyone entertained. I do think the entertainment needs to go on for longer

The cocktails are nice but for some reason they wouldn't let us have the Martinis even though they are the same price as the others and it doesn't mention anywhere in the app that we can't

The food is nice with quite a bit of choice but it can have days were the choice isn't as good. We upgraded to the premium drinks which worked out cheaper than doing with jet2

There were also many broken or damaged items in the room. The shower by the spa pool was out of order, the spa clock wasn't working, and the steam sauna was also broken

Whilst I understand the sentiment and the lady did proceed to try and help this felt like a very rude comment to make considering we had done all we could to get a quiet room and there was no warning on their website to say noise would be an issue late into the night

Once we did move it was a lot better but still issues with various noise throughout our stay. The hotel itself is a little strange as common areas are well maintained but the rooms are dated and need a bit of a refresh

The spa itself felt abandoned and was nothing like it was three years ago. Overall, we're very disappointed. Despite the wonderful memories we had from our previous stays, we will never stay at this hotel again

It smelled like old, damp, deteriorated wood, and the odor was very strong. The shower had several problems. The water pressure was very low, and the water temperature kept suddenly changing from hot to cold

Unfortunately these requests were ignored as well as the upgrade fee making no difference as we were put in a room overlooking the Hard Rock which was playing very loud live music until midnight

I was worried by all the negative reviews so was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is perfectly situated, I had a sea view and could hear the waves from my balcony on the 11th floor

The pool area wasn't busy at all, so they weren't all open but they were regularly checked and kept perfectly clean

The guests were mainly Spanish so the staff don't go out of their way for you just because you're British, get over it, this is Andalusia! I went off to Granada for a couple of days and this is a good base to make that trip from by public transport

Ten minute walk to the buses which run regularly to Almeria, well worth a visit for €1. No complaints on the food, it is mass catering not fine dining but certainly enough choice for a buffet

The building is massive and if some things are showing their age well so what? Everything worked, everything was clean and the showers were powerful

The staff were all hard working and they made everything work well. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the harbour which is peaceful in the daytime

Many rooms enjoy a pool and sea view, and ours in particular was spotless and extremely comfortable. The soundproofing is superb – once the door is closed, the outside world disappears

Because it is so close to everything, the people along the beach are very noisy and you hear everything. Wasn’t anything that the hotel could do but that was annoying

If there was one thing of criticism not about the hotel is the surrounding area doesn't have any night life around but to be honest didn't bother us as the hotel entertainment is sufficient

There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation

But there's a good shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including American staples (McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, Five Guys, etc. ) and Metro train station is less than 10min walk

The lounge offered very little in terms of food, especially hot dishes. The room itself felt a bit old. Otherwise, no major issues. The minibar was completely empty.

There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool

I found the hotel a bit small and I prefer to go out for a while to enjoy the surroundings, but if you wanna stay by the pool all day, you'll have everything you need

Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day...

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around

Another great stay Great stay. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Good food and hotel is kept very clean. Room a little tired but hotel is in process of refurbishing so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Just got back from a great week's family holiday. Ticked every box for us, price,location,food etc. Big shout out to the service, absolutely brilliant from the animation team to the waiting staff
