Had one of the best experience ever in Spain at this hotel. Evgenii and Matias were the perfect people to be at the front desk and the food was impeccable. And Matias makes some delicious cocktail and mocktails.

Saw some reviews saying the food was bad but I’m genuinely baffled. This is probably one of the best buffets I’ve seen at an all inclusive resort. Absolutely spoilt for choice at breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is spot on. From stone baked pizzas, pasta bar with different pasta and toppings. Live cooking stations offering burgers/ pork/ satay sticks and other meats. Full salad bar with a variety of colourful salads, cheese/ cold meats/ bread etc. AND much more. Very clean eating area it looks fabulous. Staff are friendly. Rooms are modern/ contemporary. Practical layouts with the partition door good for when younger children go to bed a bit earlier but we could still stay up/ sit on the balcony without waking them. Lovely kids pool with a good safety gate that you can only access/ exit using your wrist band, help yourself ice cream machine is great for the kids, clean pools… genuinely couldn’t fault this place, one petty thing was a mirror above the dressing table, had sockets etc perfect place to get ready but no mirror so had to just use the tall one in the other room but that’s not a big deal at all. May be hit and miss with cleanliness in rooms as I saw one review mention loads of mould etc… we had none. Our bathroom was lovely and clean, maids are attentive and happy to help if you need any extra towels or toilet roll but they cleaned every day anyway so re stocked. Location is actually pretty decent, it’s not a far walk to the beach and shops; took us about 10 minutes. Handy spar shop right outside the hotel door too for any bits you many need. We only came for 4 nights as a last minute break but we’d absolutely come back here again. I wouldnt read too much into the negative reviews, I guess you can’t please everyone!

Very relaxed clean and great food great selection staff very friendly everything we needed was within a 5 minute from the hotel and the beach is also a 5 minute walk

Been here twice now. Love the hotel and the facilities are perfect for a young family. Decent food options and things to do. A nice 10-15min leisurely walk to the beach. Good facilities nearby with a choice of supermarkets, fuel stations etc. Only downer is that transfers take ages from the airport so we opted for taxis 2nd time around which is about a 50min journey and costs about €100. All together worth it though and us returning twice is good endorsement.

The hotel is amazing, the service is unbeatable, the food is a 10 and the service is 10 out of 10.

Clean rooms, which are cleaned daily if requested.

Depending on where the room is located, it can be noisy.
Especially because of the evening program.
Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after complaining.

The breakfast is very extensive and there are fresh egg dishes.

There are a few elevators, for the number of rooms there are longer waiting times.

The parking situation at the hotel is inadequate, but you can find parking spots in the side street.

The hotel has its own small Spar supermarket on the premises for drinks and snacks.

The pool area was very nice, although the water was cool at the end of September.
You have a great view from the rooftop.

The service at reception was very dependent on the staff, from friendly and helpful to unfriendly.

For people who like resorts a great recommendation, those who like it more heartwarming should look elsewhere.

Fantastic trip with the family! The room was great, but I recommend asking for a mattress topper for the pull-out bed as it does need it. The staff will gladly bring it to the room and fit it for you. We had a great choice of different food every day, especially in the evenings. The entertainment was excellent, with the added extra of table service. The beach in Can Picafort was about a 10-minute walk away. Also the bus stop is easily located near the Aldi for a short trip to Alcudia Overall, we had a great stay at Tonga Towers and plan to return.

This was a really nice location. The hotel was clean, modern and very well maintained. I found ALL the staff including reception, bar, pool attendants, maid service, and the dining room teams were super attentive, friendly and courteous.

I felt some of the cost cutting was evident in the quality of the cocktails and spirits. But having a named brand beer was great. I would also prefer fresh coffee to be made available in the dining area, rather than the machine dispensed stuff.

In my view there just wasn't enough lounger / beds for the capacity of the hotel, meaning you had to get down and secure your spot for 8-8.15am. I witnessed several beds not used all day sometimes, and there is more space for beds that could be utilised, so this is maybe something the hotel could improve on. We had been concerned on arrival to find our room was adjacent to the lift (we have a light sleeper), but reception staff were helpful and offered to move us, and in any case noise was not an issue at all.

Happily recommend this as a family friendly hotel- also saw lots of couples too. Great views.
