Rooms clean, staff helpful and polite and food decent. No entertainment, not clean on sun loungers, nowhere to go during the daý and not all inclusive drinks like it said. Was bored alot and will not be going back but still recommend for food and bar and polite clean atmosphere.

For an all inclusive break the food was not very good nor very available, on my second day I found the snack bar, it was attached to the bar but the cooking area was covered in boxes etc, at chexk in this was not explained. The staff seemed to be inconvenienced by my very presence. One night (approx 10.30pm all inclusive finished at 11pm) I was hungry and asked for crisps from behind the bar as there was no food available and was charged €2 for a packet. I departed early on my final day and requested a 'picnic' I got a bottle of water, and apple, and a dry ham sandwich. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

This hotel is by far not a four star hotel more like a three. Rooms are adequate and clean good walk in shower we found the water always warm cleaning team very hard working and pleasant. Food cheap and barely warm service team rude and abrupt under cooked food dinning hall packed and noisy like being back at school queuing then trying to find a table. Paying 25 euros for a safe in a four star hotel and a swim cap to use the spa pool rip off , children in the gym and spa pool unacceptably .we found very few english in this hotel more geared up for other nationalities. Overall santa sussana is a nice area train station near for travel and a lovely beach just choose a different hotel.

Travelled to watch my daughter play football in a local tournament. Great hotel- room was spacious modern and was great. Hotel was spotless, lots of areas to hang out. Pool area was fab lovely pool plenty of loungers. Dined half board - food was great. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough. Great location - opposite the train station to explore the coast.

Nice hotel, I would stay there again, if the price was right. Certainly not 4* but solid 3*. There was one super multilingual guy on the front desk who was very knowledgeable. The rest of the front desk staff were polite. One older gentleman in reception "Guarding" the entrance door was a battle ax. the rest were lovely. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big, plenty of storage. OK balcony, though we had a car park view. ** Be aware only One side of the hotel gets sun on it, we were constantly in the shade. Your could see the sea but only barely. Note, one dispenser in the shower with soap, not shampoo or conditioner ... not 4*. you did get a couple of very small bars of soap. We stayed in early October. The sea was warmer than the outdoor pools. One indoor pool, bring a bathing hat. Never saw this used, it was beside the restaurant and I would say you would feel like you were in a glass bowl. You need to book it. Food was good though lukewarm served on cold plates. Lots of options though, and the salads were great. We were fully inclusive for meals and wine with lunch / dinner. Other months may differ but if you were a couple there in October I would say the dining room would be a nightmare. Lots of large groups and very loud, felt like a school canteen. Hated that there were only two hot drink dispensers for coffee / tea in the morning. Big wait to get your coffee. NO coffee available in the dining room at lunch or dinner which I thought was pathetic. The bar is expensive and has long queues. Bar staff are not pleasant. Super location at the beginning of the *****. Close to the beach (6 /7 minutes walk) underground tunnel. Close to the train station 3/4 minutes .. however if you are leaving very early or late you go through the back entrance so leave an extra 5 minutes to get to the train. Seemed to be lots of entertainment if you wanted it. Good live music at night in the inside lobby. Nearly always a few people dancing. There is a very helpful Tourist office across the road that will help you with maps and train tickets. There is a monthly train ticket for €20 - particularly if you plan to go into Barcelona, this would be worth getting. Note if you are doing the Barcelona open bus tours there are four routes, run by two companies. Make sure you know your hop on stop as it is not obvious. Figueres by train takes about 80 minutes great Dali museum. Girona is worth a visit. Blanes is a lovely town, two train stop away & then bus into town. Really a good base to visit lots of places.

A very nice big car park but once inside the staff are horrible and very rude. They weren't helpful at all. We was supposed to have an adapted room that they confirmed that we had but on arrival we hadn't so had to spend time getting it changed, which took up time as we were only there for 7 days. They eventually gave us another room but we had to have another bed put in as we booked for 3 people so the room was very small and we had to live out of our suitcase for lack of storage. The restaurant staff were very nice when it came to my wheelchair. The food was bland and tasteless and not much choice to say it's 4 star. We've stayed in better 3 star plus hotels. It's more like a 3 star hotel so don't be fooled by their claims. We went down for coffee on our last night and got in the queue and waited to reach the front of the queue 2 minutes after 11pm when the all inclusive ends to be refused by the awful job's worth bar staff. It's not our fault they don't have enough staff why should we pay. We spent enough on all inclusive and didn't use it to it's full potential. If they put a coffee machine like every other hotel we've stayed at at the side of the bar then we could have got it ourselves. I would never go there again. We are in the process of Jet 2 trying to find out why we hadn't got a room despite them having emailed conformation but yet again their hotel wouldn't answer. Dont' waste your money on booking there, although if you want somewhere to park, it's good for that. I'm only giving it 2 stars for the parking and the restaurant staff. The hotel gets minus stars.

Our 8 night experience at Alegria Caprici Verd could have been better but sadly it didnt work for us. The hotel is alright, very basic, 1 pool and 1 jacuzzi, very rundown altogheter. Floor tiles around the pool broken or coming off and a danger for bare feet. The animation was ok for the kids, no real evening performing acts other than live music (some of which quite dreadful to be honest) The breakfast buffet is ok too, but it is the same thing every day although it's a good spread, its only 8am to 10am so you got to go down quick before it gets too crowded. Big queues outside by 9am btw. But what broke the camel's back for us was the extremely rude staff member at the buffet, we had a breakfast included in our booking for 2 adults and 2 kids, but my autistic child was not able to sit there, as it was very loud, very crowded and too many smells, they both have sensory issues. So they were mostly having breakfast in the room. We explained this to the man at the buffet the first time after we had to change seats, to find a more quiet corner for my son. This time the staff member said we couldn't change seats and that this wasn't the wild west. I didn't think it was going to be an issue, but I stopped bringing my 2 kids downstairs to the buffet. Instead we will bring 1 slice of fruit and 1 piece of bread only from the buffet to them upstairs as their breakfast which is absolutly nil considering we already paid for it. Well... one evening we decided to try out the dinner there for the 18€ per person, but we knew the kids will not eat there as they had already something earlier, so we went down and asked if we could pay for just myself and my husband and let the kids just play in the ipads just outside, the man immediatly proceeded to ACUSE us of STEALING food from the buffet in front if everyone else who was queing there!! And told us the kids had to come in if they wanted to eat and we were not allowed to give them any of our food not even a piece of melon! I was baffled. A total ignorant and not empathizing with our situation. We left the next day. I never felt so low in my life. It was like dealing with a prison ward. I'd say look around for better options out there where you can be treated with kindness and respect.

Caters for B&B, half and full board (all inclusive available). Buffet meals which are really well stocked with lots of choice. Prompt friendly service everywhere in the hotel from bar to room service.
We really loved staying here and we'll be back.

Lovely hotel with super staff and good facilities. The hotel itself is slightly dated however it's clear that the bathrooms have had a facelift recently. I would say
for value for money stay it is worth it. The staff are incredibly sweet and really make your stay nice in all aspects. The breakfast is ok but what I would expect. If a coffee machine was in the room it would be better. Would return for another long weekend. The pool area is fab if not a bit loud with all the activities

We stayed here 3 nights on an EF student tour.
From the perspective of a student tour, the hotel is fine. Pretty decent breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean, beds are relatively comfortable, bathrooms are pretty nice. The staff was friendly.
I would not recommend this hotel for personal travel. While the pool/sea view rooms are nice during the day, there is VERY loud music every night until 1130. It's impossible to sleep with the music which is frustrating after a long day touring or an early flight. Those fortunate to have mountain view rooms didn't really hear the music. There are no wash cloths. There is a hair dryer and soap/ shampoo in the shower. There is not a coffee maker in the room, nor in the lobby. Breakfast doesn't open until 8 so there's no coffee for early risers.
The location is nice, a 5 min walk to the beach. There are a lot of little souvenir shops very close.
