Large hotel complex with developed infrastructure. Located two steps away from the resort centre. Nice cozy rooms. Very active daily activities, a varied evening entertainment for children and adults.

Consists of one 7-storey building.
Totally, 546 rooms. There are 6 rooms for people with disabilities.
Beach: public sand (Platja de Santa Susanna), 300 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge (mattresses fee). The beach is 2 km away.

We visit the hotel for over 25 years now, we have seen a lot of changes. I won't say they all are positive but for us the hotel is fine. I agree that 4* is to high back in the day the hotel was 3* but since the spa is there they get 4*...
What people wrote about unclean rooms with dust and insects ect I have never seen that. That the rooms are bit out dated i agree, but I know they are busy with planning a renovation what also is really needed!!
Location is perfect it's close to the beach and shops. Food it's okay don't expect super high standards and one day the food is in my opinion a way better then the other day ( but no complaints).
If you go 2 weeks expect the same dishes the second week, the menu won't change.
For us the price quality is perfect and we keep visiting!

we bought a full board. a family of 4. it included food x3 a day and coffee/tea. be aware - IT DOESN'T INCLUDE DRINKABLE WATER. it becomes a problem for longer stays, you have to walk to the shopping mall, 20min one way, and drag heavy blocks of water for yourself, yourself! there is no water fountain in the hotel to refill your bottles, there is no shop on site and the bar only sells tiny 200ml bottles for 2 euros.
this really ruined our experience, as paying full board you expect to have drinkable water. we stayed 10 days. dragging 6x1,5L bottles every second day from the supermarket a mile away was a huge inconvenience. there is no water delivery service provided. there's just no drinkable water. except fancy and expensive glass bottles in the bar. unsustainable for long stays.

but do not recommend for longer stays as no free drinkable water for full board is somewhat an unexplainable misunderstanding.

At the hotel, a few people speak English, maybe one at the bar. Everyone speaks Spanish. In the restaurant, if you ask for meat to be fried, they don't know what's going on and they serve it half-raw. This is the first vacation I've ever had where I didn't have anything to eat. Breakfast was always the same for dinner, and I basically only ate vegetables because the meat wasn't edible. It tasted like toilet paper. Lunch was the same every day, and there was no choice. I bought the all-inclusive option, as always, and the bar only had vodka, beer, and cheap whiskey, some rum. I went to the bar for ice cream. I had to pay for the coffee. The coffee was terrible. There was an expresso bar where you could get better coffee, but you had to pay for it. What kind of all-inclusive is this? You have to pay 20 euros a day for sunbeds on the beach. I don't recommend this place. I've been on several vacations and there was always plenty of everything and it wasn't free, so I have a comparison.

Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Beautiful room nice view . Good food amazing breakfast . Had dinner was also very good. Loved the location. Will definitely return. Thank you to booking team and Xavier and Victor night staff that ensured easy check in and check out. Amazing stay. Thank you

This hotel is fabulous. So central to everything.
Food - where do I start. Such a selection and the freshness of it was lovely.
I’m coeliac and oh do they know how to cater for coeliac people. Miguel and Vanesa looked after me each meal time as we were full board. Able to pre-order for lunch time and evening meal but if not they took me around every single item to advise if I could eat it or not. They went above and beyond. All the staff in restaurant were lovely and so friendly and built a repoire with you.
The animation team were absolutely fantastic.
Javier and his team worked so hard entertaining everyone.
They even allowed my daughter to work with them and she starred in the Michael Jackson show with them.
They are a great team of people and so enthusiastic.
Rooms were clean and nice. So quiet in the evening allowing a good nights sleep.
Our flight was not until late home and we were able to pay to keep room until later as no one was due to arrive that day which was great.
The only disappointing thing - it was our 30th wedding anniversary when we were there and my husband advised me later that he had informed the hotel but there was no acknowledgement of it on the day. Even a card in your room would have been nice.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, the food was amazing and had so many choices. Staff are very friendly, I had ants in my room on the first day and they moved us with no problems. Also had a early departure and was able to have a cold breakfast at 2am.
In an excellent location with so many shops/ bars restaurants and the train station is just up the road. I will be back with my children as this was a girls holiday.

The location of the hotel is very good, 4-5 minutes walking from the beach with many shops and bars around. It’s a big hotel with a lot of people of different ages. Our room was in a quiet area of the hotel.
The outdoor parking is situated in front of the hotel at the price of 8 euro per night. The safe is paying too, 4 euro per night.
There is a queue to get to the restaurant but I found it very well organised and fluid. The food was good with a lot of choices, typical buffet of Spanish tourists hotels. The staff in the restaurant was friendly and polite.
The animation was a little bit boring.
The thing that I didn’t appreciate was the cleanliness of the room specially of the bathroom. The bathroom was old, bad cleaned and bad smelling.

I really would recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and the service is great. The hotel rooms are very clean. The food is really good they have a lot to offer even if you’ve a lactose intolerance, gluten allergy etc. For adults and kids there are lot of activities hosted. The animation team is really amazing. We are definitely coming back next year.

The hotel greeted us with bustle and at the same time we were welcome, the staff was friendly, there were Russian speakers. The rooms are not large, but everything is there, although there are three of us, and in the bathroom for two there is no kettle and cups can be borrowed as a deposit. There are few sockets - two. Clean, thorough cleaning. The pool is not bad and not very big. The food is up to par - mussels, shrimp, vegetables, fruits, meat, everything is delicious. One caveat - the hotel is positioned as on the first line and in the photo in the advertising magazine the sea is across the road and along the railway path, believe it or not, you still have to walk almost a block across the road and only then the sea will be at your feet. If it is not difficult for you to walk 2 km, then two supermarkets and a liquor store are at your service. Have a nice rest!

It's just a Mediterranean fairy tale! Kitchen, polite staff, clean everywhere! Dream! In short, everything is great! Well, except for the fact that in 2 weeks. For a couple of nights on vacation, German tourists (young people, of course) bawled Bavarian songs (Deutschen Soldaten und Unter Ofitsieren... Deutschen Soldaten niht kaptulieren!) At the same time, the hotel staff refused to reason with them! Well, it was even a little funny. Plunged into the European flavor, so to speak!
