The hotel is located right next to the beach. Very convenient. The food is very good for a 3-star hotel. The rooms are clean.

This is no way a four star hotel, it’s a three star at best, day one we had a problem with ants and that didn’t go away for our entire stay despite them telling us they had sprayed our room and sorted it out. We asked for a kettle and they wanted to charge us £20 also had problems with loss of hot water, breakfast was ok but just ok with everything eatable, best thing about this hotel by far was its location, but there’s no way I’d stay here again

We were there during challenge Peguera. End of season yet the staff was always smiling and very helpful.
Rooms were nice, and the fridge is a great bonus! The breakfast was also really good. We were a group of 8 so seating together was a challenge, but we manager.
The biggest issue was waiting for the elevator! The hotel seriously needs to do something about the extremly long wait for these. A smaller issues was people leaving their towels poolside so finding a place was a bit of a task as we only required sunbeds now and then and not all eight together either. The bathrooms could do with some updating too.
But in general, the staff was great and even with the workload and coming to the end of season almost everyone had a smile on their face, more than willing to help.

I was disappointed with the quality of the room, I would not rate this as four star accommodation. Secondly the room had twin beds not a double and the mattress was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a lot of pain and was not able to sleep well this left me feeling like a cripple for the entire stay. The rooms were clean and staff friendly but the food was very good but catered for the Germans who were the majority of the hotels guests. The resort is also German dominated but I shall raise this with the travel agent as this was not declared when we booked our holiday (Jet2)

My experience was extremely nice and comfortable. All services are arranged in a perfect way. Location is perfect and stunning. Variety of food and activities. Although, I booked a single room, the size of it was impressive (looks like double). Cleaning was done daily and towels replaced on the request. All the members of staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to families as there are lot of family and kids activities.

We have came back yesterday from hotel vibra beverly playa.
Very clean
Large rooms with everything you need . Mini fridge' safe ' large wardrobe. Very clean . Chambermaid very friendly.
You have 3 swimming pools outside. And one inside but didn't see thar because the door was locked. There's a gym and pool tables . The main restaurant for food was very large . But the food wasn't very nice . Same food nearly every day . And not the best quality. And half the time not cooked properly. And the upstairs cafe have the same food there all day and everything was cold and hard. The puddings were very nice
Also the drinks were nice.
Hotel staff were excellent.
And the entertainer staff were full of life. And made it enjoyable.
Close to the beach and shops and some lovely restaurants that served excellent food.
The only issue we had that 2 of the people in our party hired mobility scooters because they couldn't walk far . So to access the bottom dinner room. They had to ride right around to get into the restaurant. Because when you come out of the lifts you have more steps down to the dinner room . And no access for mobility scooters.
Also to get access to the beach they had to go right around the outside of the hotel to get there . There were steps upto the top to get to the shops. So again my family had to go the long way around . In the end it put them off . Because disability access was very poor .
I would like to thank all the staff . Including everyone. You work so hard . .

Food was aimed more for German clients. The food in the cafe needs to be of a better standard, stale old chips that were like warm, the burgers were dry and cold, really needs to be of a better quality for an all inclusive snack bar.
The pool area was clean and well kept, the room was lovely, amazing views. But the lack of a kettle in the room was frustrating.
I see people moaning about this hotel being full of foreigners, Paguera is a mostly German resort, you are abroad, it will be full of foreigners! I have also seen complaints about the pool being cold...... It's water, if you visit out of season it will be cold.
The hotel has been revamped since my last visit 8yrs ago, and it's really nice, very clean and in the best location.

Nice hotel brilliant location Peguera is a lovely safe resort with plenty of low key bars restaurants with a nice vibe no huge hills either. The hotel itself, all inclusive option included esterela and the food was as you would expect good quality with a variety of buffet options we had monkfish one night it was lovely.
Negative bits, reception staff not very helpful we only wanted a coffee before an early flight but because that was between 7-730am that was an issue. There’s a drinks counter in reception which never has cups, no water easily available in the room or without asking reception for a paper cup.
Little things but they could have made it a lot easier for our stay.
