Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

Great one night stay last minute. Parked on street outside. Free overnight and Sundays! Room was very dated, but clean and reasonably priced

A really nice hotel, with friends helpful staff. The hotel and room were clean, with good facilities. A nice balcony, though the view was onto the rear. Fridge and wardrobe space were provided. A great stay.

The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

Free wifi and parking! Near park + 2 visitor pass for stay. For breakfast you need to reserve timeslot and be sure in you do it late your breakfast timeslot will be 8:00 - 8:40. These only one sad thing for our stay. PS no bottled water in rooms.

We paid for all inclusive and didn't get free drinks throughout the stay. Only breakfast and champagne at dinner which we dont drink that. Hotel is quite nice and the location is excellent, close to everything. The pool is also very nice. The food is really good. However, the rooms are too small and there is no kettle to drink coffee. But I would go back there again.

I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The bar staff were also friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but aside from that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was spotless, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, facilities were amazing. Only issues I had was 1) cleaning staff were extremely loud on a morning and 2) hospitality staff didn't setup our table for my special birthday as requested by my dad. Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather.

Beautiful hotel over expansive grounds. There in February on a work conference so not really for pleasure, however the food quality was excellent, attentive and friendly staff and views over Benidorm to the sea were lovely. We had a 17 night stay on an All Inclusive basis in a Privilege Room. We requested a room on the 6th floor and were allocated 613 which is right next to the Privilege Lounge and very convenient for access to the sun terrace. This room gets no sun on the balcony as it is sheltered all day by the Lounge and the terrace door and windows rattled horrendously when it was very stormy a couple of times but...

Our week at the hotel was really nice. Of course because of the weather, but mostly because of the staff. Particularly the 2 men at the snackbar by the pool. The one that cooks everything at the snackbar is Mamadou, he greets you every day with a smile and is very kind. I don’t know the name of the other guy, but he was also so lovely everyday. The sound isolation was super bad and I could even hear the click sound of next door playing Duolingo. It was also easy to hear them talk although their voice wasn’t high. They also asked for €20 cash deposit pp to borrow beach towels. They didn’t accept any other form of deposit like passport or credit cards.

We have been to the resort before it is great for families as well as couples. If you fancy a change of scenery it's a short taxi ride into Benidorm. You can always find somewhere to get something to eat.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel .The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya.  We loved our time here and we are so sad to have left and wish we could be there longer. The service is excellent too. Stayed at a fantastic hotel in Barcelona. I've also stayed at hotels from this brand in places like Shanghai and Nanjing, and they've always been great! Planning to book 'her' again on my next trip to Barcelona, it's truly wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and always kind which made everything feel easy and relaxed. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

This is a very good mid-priced hotel. Staff are very attentive and hotel as a whole is good. However on arrival was place in a basement room in a wing that was undergoing renovation. This was resolved once we complained but should not have been placed in this predicament in the first place.
