Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service...

Room was basic. Breakfast buffet was large and had lots of choices. The beach access was nice but the beach side restaurant was expensive.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary

Kept clean & tidy. No where to get alcohol after the pool closes at 7pm. Room was in decent condition apart from the shower floor & bathroom ceiling was in a state. Friendly staff & good value for money. Would stay again.

When checking in to the hotel, the first room we were assigned was covered in bugs when we entered. Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.

The hotel's location, facilities, rooms, and amenities are all perfect. The service level is generally good, although a few staff members fall short (some servers aren't as considerate, for example, their attitude when clearing plates at breakfast isn't very friendly, and their English isn't great). Otherwise, an overall score of 4.8 or higher would be no problem.

Great location and breakfast was decent. However, the staff's service was really poor, and their attitude was terrible. Their English skills were also quite basic. They seemed to pick on those they perceived as weaker. It was quite amusing when their attitude completely changed and softened once they realized they couldn't argue with us in English.

Room itself and location were fantastic. Spotless, tidy, well equipped. Very walkable to all main attractions. Only thing was that the reception and concierge weren’t the most friendly / empathetic to our concerns about finding alternative routes when our trains got cancelled and we were trying to ask them for help with it.

The location is convenient and the room is decent, but the service was absolutely terrible – the worst we've encountered in Spain. The front desk staff avoided eye contact and had a very arrogant attitude. It wasn't until we voiced our complaints in English that their demeanor shifted, offering those fake European smiles, which was quite amusing in itself.

The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

The hotel is very clean, and the meals are plentiful. The room is also spacious. A special thank you to the lovely iANA, who patiently answered all our questions and had a wonderful attitude!

The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

Excellent hotel. Staff and rooms great. Food well above average for an AI. Drinks great. Overall loved it and amazing sunsets

Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.

Rooms are dated, especially bathrooms.

Very nice hotel, bit confusing to navigate at first. Not sure why all the serving staff are so unhappy and rude. Barely a smile, a hello or a thank you between them! Also hotel feels really understaffed. Rooms are big and spacious, well cleaned. Unfortunately the room I stayed in had a few niggles, gap in the floor between laminate in the toilet, no covers on the door handles. Just little niggles...

I think the room and and bathroom could have been cleaner - There was a lot of mold around the shower

Nice rooms. Bar staff don’t smile much at all and the entertainment PA is distorted and far too loud.

Good stay It was a clean room with a great balcony view, breakfast was great for families with lots of choices.

Hotel is quite nice and the location is excellent, close to everything. The pool is also very nice. The food is really good. However, the rooms are too small and there is no kettle to drink coffee. But I would go back there again.

I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The bar staff were also friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but aside from that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather.

Friendly staff - especially our cleaner, great evening entertainment, room was clean but looking a bit tired and in need of a light refurb. Pool area is great but I wish other guests respected the signs everywhere saying not to ‘claim’ sun loungers. Food selection is OK but generally not hot.

Room was clean and comfortable. No information provided at check in re location of facilities, entertainment programme, or anything about accessing pool towels or safe. No mention of any ******* VIP benefits even though I am a platinum member. Luggage room available, but left unlocked and anyone could access it.

Beautiful receptionist Zana looked after me. Room was perfect and seemed a great quiet location until the noise of an adjacent Irish pub , changed all that, after dark
