I absolutely love staying at this hotel. I'd rank it along with the best hotels I've ever stayed in, however, this is much, much cheaper. Service, fantastic. Food superb. Staff superb. Room was clean but dated. Shower was the best i have experienced in a hotel. Pillows were too soft for me but others may like. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel needs modernization but i would definitely stay there again.

We headed over for a European Track day and this is the second time we’ve been and it is an absolutely fantastic hotel, it’s kept impeccably clean and the staff are so very nice and welcoming and what’s more there is nothing they won’t do to make your stay and experience even better. This is the second time here and Im already looking forward to returning next year.

Stayed for a No Limits track event at Andalucia Circuit. The hotel was great. The rooms were clean. The food was decent. The staff were cheerful and pleasant. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

We stayed for one week full board. Everything was perfect. All the staff we met were friendly and courteous. A special mention goes to the maintenance men who were replacing the large glass door. Also to the dinning room staff, especially Bernardo and the lady with glasses who helped our son regarding vegan food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Ok hotel, nothing special. Basic room. We had B&B basis, breakfast was nice. No tea/coffee making facilities. No English channels on tv. Very, very quiet in November. Irish bar & Italian restaurant closed for the season as were the on site shops. Restaurants close by also closed. A walk of 20-30 mins closer to be centre of Mojácar had cafes, shops, bars & restaurants.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the dinner on an evening - vegetarians are left with salad or stodgy veg, no distinguishing main available and taste is very much towards German guests and each night was very much the same. We did have a problem with leaking air conditioning and was told at reception it was condensation I refused to accept this as normality as it had a safety issue when...

Stayed for a week at the Marina Mar and whilst it was a pleasant enough stay I wouldn’t rate the hotel a 4 star. Rooms cleaned every day, fabulous powerful shower. My room overlooked the main pool (3008). Quite large balcony areas. Plenty of sunbeds all around the main pool areas, no issues getting an available bed. A dated hotel, pools are saltwater, no entertainment in English but rooms and towels clean ever day, breakfast has a great selection, free parking although sometimes very very full. Plenty of sun beds especially between 15:00-17:00, siesta time, nothing much outside of hotel a bus or car trip to restaurants and bars, beaches close with lifeguards. Apart from the weather I had a great time staying here and would definitely be back or even recommend to others. The best part of this stay was the Spa for me. The room clean and spacious. I don't understand how a 4 starts hotel has nor bar service. You must take your drinks by yourself. But prices are the normal from a hotel of this level. The resort layout feels quite spread out, which can make some walking routes a bit inconvenient. For example, on the way out of the resort or to the evening restaurant, you may need to pass through warm, non-air-conditioned conference rooms or take longer routes than expected. This is a big hotel catering for large numbers. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Staff in restaurant sometimes harassed and stressed. Some of the food ok, a lot of it pre prepared and reheated. Salads slathered in mayonnaise. Vegetables frozen and factory prepared. Poor choice of cheese and desserts. Other places offer better.

Stayed here over the summer, beautiful hotel in such a beautiful little town. Accessible to the beach, shops, and restaurants with a short walk of 5-10 minutes. Love how there are 2 pools to accommodate for children and adults. Food was also delicious each day.

When the waiters greet returning guests with hugs like long lost friends you know it's a special place! Couldn't fault a single thing, especially cleaning and food offering. We had an amaizing experience. All the services were the best. The food was very good, the cleaning services were the best (the towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned daily). We came late in the evening and we found the dinner in the room. We made the check out at almost 11 AM, but we left at 7 PM. We had the possibility to make a shower before leaving. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. There was a wide selection of food, although unfortunately sometimes there weren't many vegetarian options. Overall, I would stay here again.

Booked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.

Just returned from a weeks hols in October 2025, just my and son and a I. Hotels remote, but beautiful. In fairness it was better than good, very good even, just not quite 5 stars. Not many brits here, good or bad make your own mind up. But I would recommend learning sone spanish. Its definitely alpreciated. Buffet food was good, plenty to choose. And plenty of booze too. Fabulous. Couldn't fault it. If you are looking for a restful and peaceful holiday in a good location Riu Palace Adeje is an excellent choice. The buffet is probably the best hotel food we have experienced. Rooms, views, bars and staff outstanding. Everywhere is spotless. Entertainment is low key and is outside so you're likely to need a cardigan/jacket. We will be returning.

It was our third stay at the hotel. Unfortunately on this stay we had cockroaches in our room. Our room was on level 1 (Ground Floor). I spoke to the hotel manager who said he was aware of the problem and he had employed a pest control firm to try and eradicate the problem. A large cockroach was also seen in the entertainments room on level 6. We dread to think if there were cockroaches in the kitchen...

Would return here as we liked this hotel which is in a quieter part of Costa Adeje. Food in buffet very good, plenty of choices, hot plates and hot food. Waiter service prompt and friendly. The hotel has a fantastic historic musical style with the decor, rooms and hotel were spotless . Bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. Food was well presented and very tasty . We had 4 days of rain while there so we expected the pools to be closed as they were , not the hotels fault. The only complaint I have is I am still waiting for my €200 deposit 4 weeks after my stay...

I had the most incredible treatment at the Rock Spa. It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Lisa is an excellent therapist, in fact one of the best I have ever experienced and her vibe and energy just really made for such a relaxing and fully nourishing experience. Great location and all in all great time in the hotel

Best hotel in Marbella! The overall quality ensures you’ll have a wonderful stay. From perfect rooms with sea view, to wonderful food across the different restaurants and buffés. Perfect location next to Puerto Banus and minute walk to the beach. Different pools and bars on the premises. The 10/10 service from the staff really is the cherry on top. We’ll be back!
