Great location, amazing reception area but rooms are a little tired. Shower over bath is a bit old fashioned. However room was very clean. Bar area in reception was closed and would have made a great place for a drink. Have stayed in Palma over 10’times, first time at this hotel, would maybe stay again bit not my first choice

Rooms were large but not very homely. Had lunch at pool bay , club sandwich and it was awful. The chicken was processed and slimey. Had to remove all the chicken . Staff lovely .

Very nice resort, I spent one week in small house (bedroom, living room, kitchen corner, bathroom, balcony, terrace). Houses are in private gardens (each garden has approximately 10 houses). Back in Barcelona from Madrid, and I stayed here for another three days. The hotel is right above the train and metro stations, so there's no stress about catching trains, and it's super convenient for getting into the city or going on excursions. The facilities were average, the room was hot, the dining room was dirty, etc. The food was not very varied, the pasta was bland and the tomato sauce was watery and tasteless. Great location and loved having the beach right on our doorstep. Very close to the local town but not much to do in the town and could offer more activities within the hotel but still a very enjoyable stay.

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

Location: The hotel is right by the sea, with bars and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The environment is decent, and the breakfast is great, even with champagne available.

Hotel is excellent, Staff is it's best advantage, but localisation is also great. Breakfast are of good variety, great quality and tastes. The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long! Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud. Awesome, just a walk away from the theme park, nice spa and buffet. The pool was in the sun and warmed up for the kids in the afternoon, there were a few water slides around the pool. I didn't have any problems during my visit, The views from the top was lovely, the breakfast buffet on the 24th had Dual sided views of both the Sea and City. The bed was super duper Comfy. I really enjoyed jumping into bed and nice night of peaceful sleep. We had access to the Level lounge on the 25th for Snacks and drinks which was very nice too.

Hotel was very clean but everything seemed to be written in Spanish, even the entertainment was aimed for the Spanish visitors. The room was spotless and the staff did a fantastic job. However a big tree took much of the seaview in room 3112.

Fine and clean hotel with great views, good food, and a pleasant staff. Ideal for a relaxing break. Our only negative - the sunbeds were wet one morning and remained so during the day. But all else was great.

The accommodation was nice and beautiful, close to various places and convenient for travel. The only downside was the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, it was repetitive. For the last two days, my boyfriend and I didn't go down for breakfast. We ate outside instead.

The resort was lovely, and the staff made the experience even better. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety at the buffet and how accommodating the chefs were. Beautiful area for walks, and with plenty of activities, we were never bored during our 7-day stay.

The entire Reception Staff were amazingly helpful and efficient. Room cleaner did a good job too. Restaurants were great.

The personnel was always friendly, quickand had a fantastic smile on their face. The restaurant selection was nice.

Front of house staff are exceptional from the second you arrive at the property. Ocean view room just stunning and very clean. Several restaurants on site offering delicious options to suit everyone. Entertainment every night. The spa was so relaxing. I will be back for sure! Would recommend

We stayed at the Barossa Palace for a cycling vacation at the end of the season. The hotel easily gets 5 stars for its cleanliness, the beautiful views from our ocean facing room, fantastic buffet breakfasts & dinners, a well maintained gym, and excellent staff. Three night couples break. Opted for half board and found the quality and variety of the food was excellent. We also found the staff very helpful, Spacious pool areas with access down to the lovely beach. Will return without hesitation.

We booked the hotel primarily because of our 8-year-old daughter. The decisive factors were the all-inclusive option, the pool area, the indoor playground, the proximity to the beach, the German-speaking staff, and the children's entertainment. Very nice hotel with a nice pool and next to a beautiful and long beach. There is a bar restaurant at the beach with very good food. The service was great. Only one minor complaint: They do not replenish the coffee capsules in the room, which I thought was absurd given the cost of the rooms. Overall I highly recommend it.

Well designed and maintained. Well managed and very good service. Nothing particularly charming, just the standard exclusive/high-end resort and it delivers very well on all fronts. It’s not for families looking for kid’s activities or entertainment. No kids pool and no family activities.
