Large room, good location for the purpose of trip

I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking. This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review. It’s not worth it. Great one nighter though.

We went here for the October Half term with Jet 2. Palma airport was very slow going through passport control and the. New checks were not in place. The airport staff were not organised as far as the transfers were concerned. It’s a hostel located in the centre of Barcelona and it’s close to the metro station so u can get to different part of Barcelona easily. It’s a decent hostel but there’s no hot water coming out from one of the shower ;(( The shower water is either too hot or too cold and it works on a pushed timer (I understood it’s for the environment but it’s honestly not the best for the one taking shower)

Overall, it was okay. There were quite a lot of guests, and the breakfast was pretty much the same every day.

The hostel was very nice at meeting my request of staying at bottom bunk. The set-up of bathroom and shower was interesting, a minus is there was no clothes hanger so it was hard taking a shower, no place to place your shampoo and conditioner bottles so it was harder than expected. The kitchen has all the amenities, including air fryer. Paid luggage storage. Slow elevator.

Great hotel for the golfing community, or if you want somewhere quiet. A fantastic pool area, or if you prefer sea and sand, it's a stones throw from the sea and some great beaches. Rooms were dated and not very clean. Previous occupants nail clippings and eyelashes were on the bedroom floor! Lobby and restaurant are much better, food was tasty but usually only lukewarm. I stayed at the resort for a couple of weeks in different rooms. The resort was teaming with athletes and had a great sporting vibe about it. The 25m pool was great, if a bit cold! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had one issue with a smoking plug and they fixed it so quickly.

The location is great right on the beach. The accommodations are bright with lots of space, but are starting too show signs of wear. The town centre is but a short walk if you wish to get away from the resort food.The resort staff are wonderful and very help full. The subway station is right next to it, so you can travel to the Royal Palace and Reina Sofia Museum with just one train ride (you need to purchase a special card at the ticket gate). I loved the resort; it's perfect for spending a few days in Lanzarote. The grounds are huge, and your little house is in a square with its own pool. It has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The receptionists and cleaning staff are very friendly. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone who visits Lanzarote.

The room was very large and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make your meals, the pools were very clean. The bed was comfortable but a little old and it sounded as soon as you moved. The bathroom was fine, with always hot water, but the tub was very rusty. In general everything is good, it just needs a few small renovations to make it look like new.

Loved it staff very friendly no complaints breakfast was amazing

Our stay was very comfortable. Ther food was very good and the entertainment was fun. My wife and I enjoyed the water aerobics class, the beach, and we did the Adult Sauna daily. We mostly enjoyed to time (at 1815) when the person did the scented oils on the heat and used a towel and a huge fan to move the air around the sauna. Very refreshing. We are coming since several years and unfortunately they quality of the food is going down every year. This year, for our entire stay the machine for fresh orange juice was out of order, during main season. Instead the staff had the mix boxed juice with fresh smoothies... This can be done better.

Apart of mosquito killers and on screen cover band killing evening entertainment, perfect stay! Sorry but after dinner tonight I can't give you less!

We cannot count any more how many times we have been here. It is always like coming home for us. We love this place and enjoyed an exceptional Easter holiday. Everything was outstanding. Great food, great entertainment for all age groups, great sports activities. It is always hard to leave this paradise like place.

The Robinson Club is nice, but unfortunately, the watersports offerings have deteriorated. The head of the base is unfriendly and lazy. Ultimately, his focus is on preserving his equipment and selling courses to the guests. He doesn’t let guests who know how to handle the equipment go out on the water as soon as there’s a bit of wind. For us, this was a dealbreaker. Even complaining to the club management...

This was the second time we’ve been to a Robinson resort and this didn’t disappoint. The setting was fantastic as were the facilities. The site is on a hill above a very nice sandy beach (probably the best that I’ve seen in the canaries). There were some mixed reviews on rooms but we found them to be very clean and pretty modern - Probably not as good as some 5* resorts but far better than we expected...

We stayed here in September and were amazed by the friendliness, cleanliness and entire atmosphere in the resort. From the moment of checking in, throughout the entire stay and also at the breakfast / dinner super polite and professional service, while giving the human and welcoming touch. Totally recommended!

Another excellent visit, we had a very enjoyable stay. Great food and accommodation. This is the best Barcelo we have stopped at so far. The Andalusian building style is very pleasing with its waterfalls and displays of flowers.

Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very good and the housekeeping staff were very good at their work. Food in restaurant was not of the temprature that l would expect.

Brilliant all round. Great hotel in great location. Staff always willing to assist with any query, Have visited before and will definitely be back .

The Hotel is nice but not for couples with the intention to relax. Food is good, but nothing too special. Rooms are not that good in shape but still clean.
