This hotel is very nice. It has a big swimming pool which is indoors and outdoors ,and since we were travelling with kids it was a favourite for them. The buffet is worth it because of the great food and chef making food like eggs right in front of you. Great comfy rooms with large king bed. Plus one for amenities generally. Minus point for shower button which was broken and service staff which we found to be not too hospitable when we inquired about why the rooms were 19 degrees C and were freezing. Little far from centre but there’s a nearby bus stop for convenience.

We had an all inclusive week in January to dodge the miserable uk winter. It was a wonderful break in glorious sunshine made even better by this fabulous hotel. My stay at the Miele was good overall. The room was comfortable and offered convenient access to the Level pool. Breakfast was consistently high quality. We have just returned home from a 4 night All inclusive stay at Melia Jardines Del Teide. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we departed. We completed the online check-in and even uploaded photos of our passports, yet upon arrival we still had to hand over our passports so they could take another copy. Just back from here after spending a week in Santa Ponsa. The hotel was first class. It was immaculate from the reception to the rooms and all the public areas. Our vacation at Hotel Puerto Palace was great. Overall, we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, given how many different places you can visit on the island, but the time we did spend there was wonderful. Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! It was our second time at the hotel .however we got robbed on the first morning , by someone who was in the hotel sat by the pool .The first day was spent at the police station ..the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to half board ..but the food especially at dinner wasn't good at all .pool nice but thats more because of the sea view

Booked the hotel for a night, not much I could do due to time constraints: Very nice location, a lot around, very good price to value deal, 10 min from airport and super easy to get taxi. Cabot hotel is very well organised with friendly, helpful service. Good for cycle parties and families with young children alike. The kid's entertainment team: Nickolai, Mark and Lucas were particularly fab -we were very impressed with Nockolai's circus and mime artist entertainment skills

During my stay at the hotel, I was especially impressed by the animation team. Lucas, Marko, and Nikolai did an outstanding job keeping guests entertained throughout the day. Their energy, creativity, and friendliness really made the experience more enjoyable, always creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to them, the entertainment program felt lively and memorable.

Hotel Playasol is one of the nicest in the locality. It has a beautiful garden with swimming pools, an aqua park and a bar. The rooms are beautifully cleaned daily, the food is delicious with lots of seafood and fish. The location of the hotel offers beautiful walks along the coast. The sea captivated us.
