Lovely hotel, but not a 5 star from my experience. The hotel is clean, spacious and relatively quiet as it seems to be mainly for older couples, hence the awful evening entertainment. We're in our mid fifties but both felt very young in comparison to the other guests. Breakfast is very good and plentiful with loads of choice. We ate out every night and found our own entertainment as 4 guys singing...
Amazing stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje. Location and staff were superb. Our 3 year old daughter was treated like a VIP and staff are very highly trained. Just we could not fault a single thing. We can’t wait to return. This will be our fourth time in as many years. I want to thank personally Diana , Lara and Bruno in the kids club for treating our little girl to an unforgettable holiday! My favourite...
We paid for all inclusive and didn't get free drinks throughout the stay. Only breakfast and champagne at dinner which we dont drink that. Having to pay for your own drinks to then pay your tab at the end of the holiday was absolutely gutting. The hotel is Really nice, roof terrace amazing but then its closed at like 6pm so we couldn't watch the sunset up there. So quite disappointing really...
Just returned from a 5 night stay. We absolutely loved this hotel and will return. Its so so clean, house keeping are fantastic. It was Jan so pools not really warm but we didn't expect them to be hot, the one with the bridge is heated as you compare it to the other pool and it's warmer, the splash play and slide areas are also heated-my children played in there all day and didn't complain, admittedly...
Beautiful hotel with nice and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Perfectly located with lots of restaurants and, supermarkets and just a short walk from the Beach *****. Loved my stay here.
Food was very boring . Done with no professionalism. No taste, every day the same menu. Pool is very nice a lot of lounges. Very clean property. They should change pillows and bedding. House keeping was great. They are closing hotel by the end of this month for renovation. I hope they will change certain things. Over all property is very conviniently located.

The hotel is spotless, the staff are so helpful the rooms are spacious & modernly decorated. We stayed over Christmas arriving on Christmas Eve and it was over and above what we expected. The Christmas Day gala was an a la carte experience that you would have expected to pay a lot of money for at a top restaurant. This was inclusive of the all inclusive board we had paid for. Would highly recommend...
Hotel is spotless, staff constantly cleaning all areas, restaurant was full of amazing food and never disappointed, the rooms are massive clean and just so comfortable, pool area is lovely sun all day and the pool is gorgeous, overall this hotel deserve to be 5*
Lovely hotel. However food is not so good and no music in bar area at night very disappointing
Lovely hotel, was late checking in and missed the evening meal, went to the room to find a packed lunch and a bottle of bubbly to welcome us. Food was amazing always plenty of choice and warm
Service from everyone was fantastic. The choices and quality of food was exceptional.
The room was clean and tidy. Staff work friendly and hard working. There was a good selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive. My only negative would be that the lifts were small and there always seemed to be one out of service, which meant waiting a while for them.

The only plus is good location. Drinking water only 2 small bottles free on 1st night. You have to buy if u want more. Late check out even for 30 minutes is not allowed.
Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, just a 10-minute walk away. There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby, including many century-old establishments in the old town. Getting to attractions from the hotel is convenient: it's about 4-5 bus stops or a 10-euro taxi ride, which takes around 25 minutes on foot.
The location is near to bus and train station, probably just 2-3 minutes walk. Opposite there’s two shopping mall, you can easily get groceries. However, the room itself is not so clean, I think they did not sweep the floor, as I can feel sands or crumbles in the room, the shampoo, body shampoo are almost finished, luckily they refill during the next day cleaning but still not vacuum the floor.
The hotel was pretty standard. A common issue in Spain is that check-in takes forever. The room itself was decent, quite clean, and the location was okay too. My only complaint is that the restaurant the front desk guy recommended was just so-so and a bit pricey.
The hotel's decor and rooms are quite nice. However, it's very noisy as it's located right next to a main street. Customer service mentioned that there's no air conditioning throughout the entire building, so the only option for ventilation is to open the windows.
Seville is known as the 'City of Oranges,' and the scenery is lovely. Even though the railway has been a bit unreliable lately, the hotel's location is excellent, right by the train station. It's a highly recommended hotel, really great!

Just spent a week here with my family. Great hotel and staff, food was great and the pool area and slides were great. Location was good centred between portaventura and the beach. Entertainment at night for the kids, the staff played games and dancing with them before going on to live acts. We were there during there Halloween time and they had the haunted tour for the kids which was brilliant. Definitely...
Nice stay but just a few ideas to improve the hotel. 1 have signs up in the corridors to keep quiet when walking down. People coming home late at night having full-blown conversations heading to the room. 2 if the hotel could possibly have adults only section or an adults only floor. Food was good but could improve no grapes or other fruits. Just Menon and pineapple an apple orange banana and peaches...
The room was clean and spacious with a delightful pool that never felt too busy as long as you selected when to go well. Our only issue came with the food which wasn’t ideal when it came to the dinner selections although the breakfast was solid enough and kept us going during our days. Overall a lovely stay
Stayed here from 16/09 - 27/09. We stayed in room 4128. This room was a pool view and right above the bar, but we had no issue with noise from the entertainment. The room was clean, bathroom looked new. Bed was comfy enough. There is a hairdryer (not the best) and a fridge in the room. Safe available for extra cost. Housekeeping was also great, you can also request things on the app and they bring...

This is a hotel for all ages, we are mid 70s and I have slight disability problems but the hotel is equipped with wheelchair facilities throughout. The hotel was amazing from the food, room, location and atmosphere. I would always question if going all inclusive if the wine they offer you is on the all inclusive plan. Just spent a brilliant all inclusive week at the hotel, all the staff were friendly, kind, courteous, happy and professional throughout my stay, they couldn't do enough for you, the hotel it's self was excellent, from the pool areas with plenty of sunbeds (not a problem getting one, maybe different in summer) to the bars where there was plenty of staff never had to wait long to be served, there's also...

I have visited Sol Barbados few years ago and it was much better in term of food and staff. Most if not all staff were rude and not easy to approach especially the bar men as well as the restaurant workers. I wanted to go again so we can have some memories back but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected
Great resort that is close to the beach and several restaurants.
The staff were great but the food was not nice at all not many options and we asked for a double bed we got 2 single beds even though we asked on the first day to have a double bed. It needed to be more clean there were no toilet paper or hand soap in the toilets by the pool . .

Very nice hotel, lovely staff, very helpful & considerate restaurant staff who were kind when my husband felt ill. Restaurant food was good , plenty of choice for everyone. Just returned from this hotel. For what you pay for it is OK value for money. The entertainment staff work hard and are friendly. If want a drink or biscuit from the bar don't expect all the staff to crack a smile as some are a little rude and you wonder why they are in that job. The 3 drinks rule with lunch and dinner is an issue and I feel one that needs to be worked on not everyone likes wine or...
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of different options. I opted in for a dinner buffet too and that didn’t disappoint. I also got to do karoke on evening which was absolutely amazing. Lots of friendly staff at hand. Pools were nice but got quite busy so you have to find a good time to go depending on how crowded you like it
Badly explained that the safe is payable at 4 euros/day, and that the 3 drinks included in the meal are removed. The restaurant is very good, very Mediterranean menus which allow you to eat very healthily if you want. With the heat waves, put a small refrigerator in the room, open the swimming pools an hour earlier and close an hour later, even if it means removing two or three hours in the day to...
Really nice hotel. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of selection. Beds are comfy. And got a good nights sleep. Location is at the top of a small hill. However, this is well explained by reception staff and you are given a small map of the complex and easy directions...
The room was clean, a musty scent when I first arrived, but that was all. The pools were nice and the staff were attentive and friendly. Meals were virtually the same every day, with an array of choices. The area itself was delightful, and even at the end of the season, the weather was lovely. All in all, a lovely time had.
Hotel rooms are nice but require up grading. The room was clean I understand the island has rules regarding alcohol,at hotel you can only have alcohol drinks during meals and only so many per person per day ,I get this, but you can't take your drink outside!! But you can go to bar outside and pay, where has the all inclusive gone ? Fumming

Convenient location and excellent service.
What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price
Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter
Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.
It would have been nice if not for the drunk German youth.
Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Everything was first class, reception, room was fantastic, staff, food and the entire hotel was faultless. 5 Star for sure.
Been to this hotel 5 times and would go back again. Rooms need updating a bit. Restaurant is busy but big enough to accommodate everyone. Staff all friendly
Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication
Not bad but won’t be back Long walk (5-10mins) from entrance/reception to our apartment. Air con in apartment was useless - not sure if adhering to Spains 27 degrees Celsius lower limit… felt like it!
Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, kind, and professional. We traveled with our children, and even though it was the off-season in December, the hotel arranged excellent activities and entertainment for kids, so we never felt bored...
Everything in this hotel is absolutely perfect, from the very first welcome to the moment of departure. I stayed at the hotel in December, during the off-season, and despite that, there were various activities prepared for guests in the evenings, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff are outstanding – professional, friendly, and always ready to help. They speak many languages, which makes...
Clean room, friendly staff. Great choice of amenities and access to beach.
We arrived and had bad luck with the room (no aircon and noisy) resulting in not much sleep and clearly not what we expected. After talking to the very friendly reception guys we got offered a more quiet room in another building and mechanics came to reset the aircon which then worked afterwards. We are thankful to the whole team. We would also like to highlight the service during meals, breakfast...
Such a lovely stay. This really is an extremely well managed hotel and a perfect getaway. The staff are wonderful - universally friendly, helpful and hardworking. The setting is perfect - just overlooking a lovely beach, and calm and quiet but with evening entertainment if that’s your thing. The pool, gym and common spaces are immaculately clean while the restaurant serves a great range of options...
It is a great hotel ! We had to departure early on our last day which was before the normal breakfast time, they offered a small buffet breakfast for everyone who departed early in the morning. Our stay at the Hotel was a wonderful connection. The room overlooking the sea was great, the food in the Buffet very well served. Happy and helpful staf. Jessica and Nara at the Buffet were very attentive. Margherita and Keila at the reception too. We'll definitely be back soon. Thanks!
Booked for myself and my teenage daughter for a few days. 10 euros in a taxi so not worth booking a transfer. Hotel is in a great location, not far in a taxi to Ibiza old town, where there are lovely restaurants and shops. Hotel was very clean, would stay here again
Hotel location was perfect had the beach next to us, shops around us and bus / taxi stop right outside the hotel. Clubs nearby even though they were closed as season was over when we went. Halal food options on the road available, restaurants and shops too. Not much entertainment available for off peak season, just dj at nights. Service was bad and a lot of noise. Doors squeaky, one lift was not in...
Rooms are very basic. Unfortunatelly the bathroom is not a good design. They had a bathtub made as a shower cabin. Feeling very claustrohobic as no space for you to stand in properly (only sideways). The taps blocked by the slide doors and you literally need to clime in to the bathtub wich is very deep and had a round slipery edge with no grip to your feet. Toilet was broken at least 3 different area...
Good hotel to throw a party, not so great if you want to have a peaceful night. lot of shop around is advantageous
It was amazing experience. The hotel is super clean and by the beach. The pool is huge and the water crystal clear. The staff is friendly and helped us a lot with recommendations about restaurants and clubs. We even booked some excursions from one guy Izy working there. We booked room with a pool view and I’ve made amazing photos of the sky. What I loved the most it was the sound of the waves at night...

Don’t look any further - Fuerte Conil is an amazing place to stay for a family or a couple. The quality of the food, the warmth and kindness of the staff are next to none.
We arrived on the opening day of the season on a very wet and breezy day. Check in / check out is an absolute nightmare. Despite having 3 people on the front desk we waited nearly 20 minutes to check in and 20 to check out. The information gathering is bizarre and the time it takes is frustrating. There was also a bit of a damp smell throughout the hotel but this is understandable as the hotel has...
I visited Conil and this hotel for the first time in may 2025 (with my girlfriend). We found it (overall) a good/attractive hotel. In october 2025 i returned for a 3 weeks stay for an spanish course in Conil. Due to the closure of Fuerte Conil early november i had to stay two extra weeks in 3 extra hotels (all 4star hipotels: in Conil, Novo SanctPetri and Jerez). Looking back at Fuerte Conil: it has...
Stayed here in the second half of October on a great half board deal with Jet2 from the UK and was blown away by how good the hotel and the town of Conil de la Frontera is. Clean, spacious, the staff work really hard to make it a slick efficient experience. I requested a quiet room and was in the separate block. The room, hotel and town were so peaceful - no music blaring round the pool here. The...
Very good hotel. We have spent a week from 3rd October, flew in on jet2 to Jerez then coach transfer. Rooms well maintained and good standard we were in building 2, Staff very friendly and helpful, Food very good we did b&b and paid for evening meal separate, would have done full board, Conil is about a 15 mins walk If British learn a few basic Spanish phrases to get you along main countries catered...
I spent one night at the hotel this past weekend, and it was by far one of the best experiences I've had in years. The location is absolutely stunning, with direct access to wild, expansive beaches. Surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the village of Conil, it offers the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. There’s plenty of free parking available right next to the hotel. The rooms...
