Great hotel been back 20+ times. Great for Port Aventura Park. Staff are great especially bar staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We generally eat out for evening meals as loads of place we love in the area to eat. Usual do bed and breakfast as evening meal in hotel is not for us. Definitely recommend and we will be back next year.

I chose a small suite, and I thought the facilities were well-maintained. The view was also decent. However, since the room didn't have a coffee pot, I rented one, but they charged a 20 EUR deposit and a 3 EUR daily fee. This was a completely disconcerting experience I'd never experienced before. We encountered friendly front desk staff, but the room lighting was a bit dim and the noise from the next room was quite loud. Anyway, it was acceptable. Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

It would have been nice if not for the drunk German youth.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. Not bad but won’t be back Long walk (5-10mins) from entrance/reception to our apartment. Air con in apartment was useless - not sure if adhering to Spains 27 degrees Celsius lower limit… felt like it!

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

Nice neighbourhood ,cozy and spacious

The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The breakfast was warm and had a wide selection. The subway station is right next to it, so you can travel to the Royal Palace and Reina Sofia Museum with just one train ride (you need to purchase a special card at the ticket gate). The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.

We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits. Reception staff welcoming and also fantastic at check out. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, would benefit from having a washing up sponge and washing up liquid to wash coffee cups, just an idea :-) Every area clean. Loved the waterfall feature in the central lobbies. Everything was really good — clean rooms, a beautiful hotel environment, and delicious food.

Very clean hotel, staff went the extra mile, we had a couple of rainy days and the entertainment team made sure the guests were still entertained. Good selection for eating, very fresh and varied each day. Only negative if it even is one, there’s only one table tennis table and you have to go to reception to get bats and ball with an hour slot, tried on a few occasions but was always just missing out...

The restaurant staff, especially Alberto, were very good. They used to make veggie food twice a day for us. The only problem was that there was a very limited choice. T The restaurant opening times are late. You are not allowed free drinks in the sister hotels even though you have gone all inclusive. The reception staff were also very helpful. The staff were superb from reception to, the cleaning staff, to the activity team at pool side. Cannot fault them, fantastic all round. Hotel itself seemed I little run down. Quite a lot of things in disrepair or damaged. For example, the mini golf course is in desperate need of repair. There were cracked windows and boarded up windows. The kids play area outside the kids club was in bad repair. ...

Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing. The animation team work there socks off, never stop entertaining. The bar staff, hotel staff and restaurant staff are so good and work so hard. So friendly too.

excellent hotel, we read other peoples reviews about the hotel, there were complaints about the state of the rooms and the chioce of food at meal times. We found non of these complaints, our room was fresh and clean and the food choice was plenty full and varied everything being constantly topped up on a regular basis so that it was always fresh. As we were only half board we had to pay for our drinks...

Brilliant. I think staff are excellent. Position of hotel is perfect. The hotel is spacious with plenty of room around the pool. We will book again as soon as we get home.

Absolutely superb hotel , very clean , very spacious , fantastic staff , and above all excellent quality and choice of food , highly recommended. The Japanese restaurant was excellent, my advice would be to book this once you arrive , as it is popular .

This was our second stay at the Princess, having previously visited just after Christmas 2024 and over New Year 2025. We have visited this hotel before, but not for some years. It's USP is location. Pool and grounds are good, loungers fine but basic. There is enough space, although we saw some reserved from first light! The room was good, everything worked and a good choice of tv channels. Some aspects could do with updating. Cleaning staff were amazing and always had the place spotless, and cleaned room to a really high standard. The staff in general were all fantastic. The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay . It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes . Perfect for morning runs & walks too . Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful and the classes had fabulous leaders . It was an excellent place to stay

Lovely hotel. It's 3 connecting hotels. Entertainment everyday. Staff were always at reception and polite. Reason I gave it 4 stars - the room for 3 adults was not great. Fairly small room and the bathroom is even smaller - which is a shame because from the outside, the building is really nice. Lots of food choices to pick from, but it does not massively change day-by-day

I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals. It was however disappointing to see many guests wearing pool-side clothes to dinner.
