Beautiful hotel over expansive grounds. There in February on a work conference so not really for pleasure, however the food quality was excellent, attentive and friendly staff and views over Benidorm to the sea were lovely. Great room size with a lounge and verandah. Would like to come back when its warmer.

The cleaniness is hit or miss. The VIP lounge is not worth paying for, lack of food variety. The property has potential to be a four star resort if improvements were made.

Huge space plenty of room for all of us, clean, staff very helpful, food very good and atmosphere very good all round.

We had small children (ages 2 and 1), but they were able to warm up baby food and accommodate requests outside of the buffet menu, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very kind.

Unsecured WiFi, WiFi unavailable most of the time, no tour pickup/drop off by 95% of the local tour companies, no drinkable water except vending machines, overall looks pretty but feels scuffed. It’s perfect if you wanna stay in the hotel all day with a book by the pool and nothing else.

Overall a positive experience, but the quality of food and drinks could be better. It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive. We also tested the spa area where most of it was out of order. They did not inform us before paying for the entry.

Ignore negative reviews... great hotel, great rooms, lots of lovely food, great friendly staff... if I had to say one negative it would be ferrel kids running around all evening causing a nuisance... parents arnt watching them because their on holiday.... would definitely use this hotel again though.

Stayed for long weekend, end of February. Hotel was spotless. Lifts can be very busy. Plenty of options in the buffet for lunch and dinner. Staff were very nice, Adrian on reception was very helpful!! Great location and would stay again.

Our week at the hotel was really nice. Of course because of the weather, but mostly because of the staff. Particularly the 2 men at the snackbar by the pool. The one that cooks everything at the snackbar is Mamadou, he greets you every day with a smile and is very kind. I don’t know the name of the other guy, but he was also so lovely everyday. They definitely made our experience better.

Having paid for a seaview upgrade and requested top floor we got one of the poorest views of the complex on the 2nd floor, as it was my friends birthday, a bit dissapointing. Facilities and food were up to standard, so we did enjoy our stay....

The sound isolation was super bad and I could even hear the click sound of next door playing Duolingo. It was also easy to hear them talk although their voice wasn’t high. They also asked for €20 cash deposit pp to borrow beach towels. They didn’t accept any other form of deposit like passport or credit cards.

We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. The overall hotel experience was good and we couldn’t fault the staff. However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel .The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Room service in the evening was very reasonably priced. This was our second visit within a month, and if the same golf break deal is available, we will go next month as well

First time we stayed here, and if possible we will be back . What we didn’t understand: the first day we were directed to Botanic restaurant for BF, the second day we had to go to Mosaic restaurant for BF and the final day that restaurant was closed when we arrived for BF so we went to the Botanic again were we were welcomed .. so that was a bit weird. Excellent spa and massage experience. The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run. Patricia is a real professional: strong, confident technique, works deeply and precisely, really knows how to release tension and tight muscles. One of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality and real results.

The hotel looks nice but beware! We had a 4 star room. We booked a deal with golf. We had no idea.That means a blue wristband. A gold wristband is a 5 star room. In the 4 star room there are no coffee and tea facilities. No water bottle. I think that a 4 star hotel needs te have at least a bottle of free water and tea and coffee in the room.
