We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. The buffet offers a good selection of food, and we didn’t mind the 3 drink per person cap (it’s designed to stop people misbehaving), and the staff were lenient. Well functioning hotel Staff is professional and friendly. Hotel is very clean, the interior materials make it almost too hygienic. The double rooms were nice and spacious.

The resort is excellent! One thing i noticed. There is no music playing and the one they have is for a funeral home. They need an activity person to make people have a good time other than eat and tan. The show at 9 pm is not good. Singers cant engage with customers because they are bad. Thats the only thing i see.

This is an average place but in a beautiful place. Puerto de la Cruz is very scenic with both coastal and tropical feel with beautiful walks and plenty of places to eat. Nice break with good service Clean and comfortable. The Royal Level separate areas were really nice and had great service with a really good choice of drinks on all inclusive. Only downside was that the drinks fridge wasn’t refilled at any point and the other restaurants weren’t included on the all inclusive package.

We visited Paradise Park on January 26th for 9 nights as a family of 5, when we arrived we were given a room at the bottom of the hotel which wasn't what I booked as I had paid for a pool view room in annex. Amazing Hotel right at the beachside; from the roof top you can enjoy the panoramic view on at the sea, while having a cocktail from the bar at the ground floor - recommend that bar as a Top one! Baristas proved to make top cocktails, and to a huge surprise the taste is not waterish as you can experience in other hotels ;)

There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The hotel also has a car rental company, so you can easily rent a car for a day trip to explore nearby towns.

Great location and loved having the beach right on our doorstep. Very close to the local town but not much to do in the town and could offer more activities within the hotel but still a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is spotless, the staff are so helpful the rooms are spacious & modernly decorated. We stayed over Christmas arriving on Christmas Eve and it was over and above what we expected. The food was very good. The staff were also good. The room and facilities are very dated - in urgent need of renovation and not what I would expect from a 5*. Our room had multiple issues including leaking shower and loose bathroom fittings.

We went here for the October Half term with Jet 2. Palma airport was very slow going through passport control and the. New checks were not in place. The airport staff were not organised as far as the transfers were concerned. Eventually we found out that we had to book in one desk to be directed to another where we were then told what bus to get on. Alas, no driver at the coach he had to be chased...

Just returned from this hotel. For what you pay for it is OK value for money. The entertainment staff work hard and are friendly. If want a drink or biscuit from the bar don't expect all the staff to crack a smile as some are a little rude and you wonder why they are in that job. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good, lots of different options. I opted in for a dinner buffet too and that didn’t disappoint. I also got to do karoke on evening which was absolutely amazing. Lots of friendly staff at hand. Really nice hotel. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of selection. Beds are comfy. And got a good nights sleep. Location is at the top of a small hill. Also this is a complex, so there are several different hotel blocks. You may have a small walk to your block/room. However, this is well explained by reception staff and you are given a small map of the complex and easy directions...

The room was clean, a musty scent when I first arrived, but that was all. The pools were nice and the staff were attentive and friendly. Meals were virtually the same every day, with an array of choices. The area itself was delightful, and even at the end of the season, the weather was lovely. All in all, a lovely time had.

Hotel rooms are nice but require up grading. The room was clean I understand the island has rules regarding alcohol,at hotel you can only have alcohol drinks during meals and only so many per person per day ,I get this, but you can't take your drink outside!! But you can go to bar outside and pay, where has the all inclusive gone ? Fumming

Just perfect. Everything was top notch from the rooms, the fixtures and fittings, and the beds with a choice of pillows and the best week of sleep ever! The staff were attentive and efficient. Whilst this hotel is in a beautiful location. Stunning scenery, find hotel food lacking especially in the evening can be crowded and bit of a bun fight. Difficult to catch attention to get a drink with meal. Lunch time meal excellent fresh salads etc. Room has a wonderful view. Staff I've encountered are all friendly and attentive. This hotel and staff were excellent from arrival to departure. The room we had was very nice and overlooked the estuary and sea. Third visit and still a fantastic hotel.Food is delicious,plenty of room to sit/lie outside round the pools and staff very friendly and helpful.Special mention to Carlos on reception who helped us upgrade even when hotel was almost full and to Julia in the dining room for her friendly and efficient service.
