We came to stay here for a family holiday with a 3 yr old. The hotel was accommodating and very child-friendly. The animacion team were great and the entertainment and kids club was good for young children. Because of the heavy rain, the ceiling of bathroom leaked in the midnight. Check-in progress was smooth and welcoming.

Everything was perfect, the food was great. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit noisy due to thin walls, and you could hear everything from the hallways in the rooms. The staff were super nice and attentive.

I stayed 3 nights very comfortably~ It was a resort type, so it seemed like it was full of excitement day and night, and breakfast was included, and it was so delicious that I paid for dinner and ate it, and I was very satisfied👍🏻 It was a little disappointing that I couldn't see the ocean, but it was a very satisfactory accommodation for the price~

The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were new. I loved the cute, vintage telephone. The staff were also very welcoming. The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great.

Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. The gym is very professional and spacious. I accidentally left my scarf behind when checking out, and they helped me retrieve it in the end. I'm very impressed with the service.

This is a business hotel that I stayed at temporarily for a video conference. It's very close to Sants station. The front desk and restaurant staff were warm and patient.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals. It was however disappointing to see many guests wearing pool-side clothes to dinner.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club hotel in Tenerife. The hotel felt spotless and well-maintained. The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall lovely grounds and great looking hotel I want to give a big shout out to our housekeeper Paulina, she was so lovely to us i wish I could give her more gratitude. The hotel is perfect for families with children. We had no complaints about the food, including breakfast and dinner, and it was very varied. Water war free for diner. Stayed 7 nights solo at half board. Absolutely amazing. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was wonderful. Breakfast was consistent with slight variations so you knew what to expect. Dinner has occasional themes but always has zones each night. Meats, fish, veg, salad, pizza, pasta. My room was great, had an issue with 2 power sockets and the toilet but I told reception and it was fixed within the hour...

Close access to the beach, clean rooms, and decent dining options nearby. The buffet was over crowded and to reserve the restaurant they tell you to do it 48 hours in advance but when we tried, it was already filled up and we ended up waiting a week to get into the restaurant. The buffet had a lot of options but had 100’s eating at one time.

Staff amazing. Food decent. Hotel was great for what we needed. Lobby area nice and pool bar brilliant. Location right on beach / promenade loved it.

It was the first time we stayed here i thought the hotel was a little run down time for a refit no kettle in the room and the first time i ever paid a deposit on a plastic pool glass thought that was a bit of a joke the area outside the hotel really good centre plenty of good bars and food probley wouldnt stay at the hotel again would recomend for young familys not couples

We had a nice basic room with Mountain View.The food was very good for us,they served a wide range of food items.The pool area was very nice and the spa good for colder days. The entertainment was enough for us .It is a large basic hotel good value for what we paid.

The 1st sea room was not the best with a palm tree & car park. Had to ask reception to move rooms as we had paid for the upgrade. Room was tired, lack of amenities, 1 bottle of water. Easy to check in and great breakfast

I liked the budget hotel especially the lobby, breakfast, staff and atmosphere. 🤗 Just expecting at least a kettle in the room or hot water for flask's or something similar. Appreciate the complimentary bathroom extras but couldn't identify what was within the bottles? Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion? Overall great 👍 economy hotel, comfortable bed and large room.

Great hotel but wish we had a balcony. Buffet breakfast / brunch excellent choice. Clean and comfortable. Prices in hotel bar reasonable. Central to square,bus stop and train station. About a 15-20 min walk to beach.

It’s ok. Location is great for the party life but the view from the room was not exactly holiday dream.

Simple and elegant hotel with great service. The staff very helpful and happy. The quality of breakfast/brunch is great. Lots of shops around.
