I requested a refund for 1 night as I had to get an early flight back as my mum got took into hospital

Pretty good hotel room breakfast nice dinner nice only downside is room doesn’t have a kettle or a fridge but still is a pretty good room bathroom spacious balconies spacious overlooks the pool which is nice flatscreen TV about 40 to 45 inches so not too shabby overall it’s pretty good, but I’ve got to give some marks off because it doesn’t have a fridge or kettle

The best hotel I have ever stayed in.

It’s perfectly located between Benidorm Bus Station and Poniente Beach just a 10–15 minute walk to both. The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot.

The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain.

And the food… absolutely amazing.

Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations.

During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools.

The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins.

I have already recommended Benidorm and the Port Fiesta Hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be coming back.

Hotel its self i pretty nice but the ques getting in for either breakfast or dinner is ridiculous one person taking your details just to let you in. I manged to go for breakfast onece and looked at the que for dinner and decided to eat out. The room i stopped in was a single/double room really basic bed, tv, shower, toilet and sink. Deco wasnt too bad as it was the updated room. Balcony is very small i was on the side of the hotel and you can hear everything going on with the doors shut. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything and even the people using the toilet above also when they are having a shower just hope you arent having one the same time cause the hot water quickly turns to cold. I booked a 5 nights for around £180 for the price dont expect the ritz cause it surely isnt that its just about a 3⭐️ and thats me been kind.

We stayed 2 nights in August at Port Fiesta Park and it was a good budget-friendly choice. The room was clean, cool, and they kindly added an extra bed for our child at no cost. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and there were plenty of activities in the lounge, plus a gym and an indoor kids’ playground. The beach is about a 10-minute relaxed walk, although very busy. Downsides were the noise from the kitchen fans in the D block, long queues at check-in and breakfast, and limited parking at the hotel (though we found paid parking just opposite at a similar price) Overall, fairly priced, did the job, and perfect if you’re budget-conscious.

The place was nice, but crowded, especially with children. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this isn't the place. Everything else was great.
