This occasion was a 5 night stay with my wife and it was perfect.
Christian on reception is a real asset to the hotel. His friendliness and attention to detail is perfect. We had a slight problem with our room and Christian dealt with it in a professional and timely manner.
Also all the other staff were great, I just didn't get their names.
The breakfast was lovely and there was enough options on the menu. The staff were helpful in changing and swapping a breakfast item for something else.
Whilst the hotel is located in the Old town it is in an ideal location for exploring in either direction.
