Good hotel,close enough for the strip or head down to the old town if you want quieter,reception staff were fantastic,we arrived at 9pm and the rushed us into the restaurant for food before checking us in just to ensure we were fed.Fantastic food,clean rooms and great staff,great experience all in.

Glad I only stayed a couple of nights and not longer. Broken air con so the room was scorching and they charge you to use the inbuilt pool and sauna which should be included for ALL guests, especially for the price you pay to stay here.

A great hotel to stay at, rooms immaculate, food excellent, staff really helpful and very friendly. I arrived late on and was not happy with my room, I went and spoke with reception and was told to come back the next day and they would change my room. True to their word they swapped my room. The hotel has a really lovely chilled atmosphere.

Stayed here May 2025. Its a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the new town. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The food was good and had lots of options. The restaurant got very busy, to avoid disappointment get down early, especially for breakfast. As i was traveling alone i ended up in a single room, this was very cramped and wouldn't be very practical for any more than a couple of days. If i were to stay again on my own I'd opt for a double room.

Quite dated hotel, clean and well maintained, however as my wife has a food allergy, nuts. The approach is mad, if it's cooked in the kitchen you can't have it, so it's a nightmare. The reception staff during the day are great, but at the evening they can't be bothered. So this is my second hotel in benidorm and the the last time I will stop at this group, such a shame as the first visit was great. But it shows that a potentially good hotel is let down by staff who can't be bothered.

Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

Room was a little on the tight side for 3 sharing and I did not like the security gate on the balcony door (first floor only poolside). Location was really good, 5 mins walk to seafront, new town bar area or old town shopping district. You must consider the extra charges for the indoor pool spa area in the winter months (not all equipment was available during our stay) and 6 euro min spend at night in the entertainment lounge. To conclude we had a lovely stay with just a few niggles for one of Servigroup top hotels.

Service in all areas was exceptionally courteous and professional. Cleanliness was impressively high. The room could do with being a bit larger but it wasn’t a problem- the ground floor rooms do not have the best ambience due to a prisoner cell gate to the balcony but I understand it assists with security. Breakfast was well presented and a great selection was provided. We didn’t utilise the hotel entertainment really but the snippets we saw were good. All in all it was a fantastic experience and we will book again ext year for our annual trip, thoroughly recommend
