We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. A well positioned, clean hotel with helpful staff at reception. Room was a good size with coffee making facilities and a TV with English programmes. Shower and bathroom was fine. Unfortunately the bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were okay, but not great quality. Parking available, but very expensive.

An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine. Only suggestion would be to include a pod coffee machine in the rooms! Otherwise a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? Overall, it's a very pleasant hotel in the city center. However, our room wasn't very nice, with a tiny window that let in almost no light. The bathroom needs renovation—dust billows out of the ventilation, the shower leaks, the walls are moldy from the humidity, and the toilet leaks.
