Where to stay with kids in Valencian Community

Lovely place for families with big swimming pool and animations.. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good location near the Water park and Park of other kids activities

On arrival we were given passes to amusement parks and the waterpark,of which were closed to the public which was a big disappointment as we had children with us ,there was an indoor spa with pools which was absolutely packed,because of the covid situation no thought was put into the control of people that totally overwhelmed the place ,came out after 5 minutes as I did not feel safe,also...

The life size mascots, the food and the selection of the many swimming pools so beautifully designed added to this adventure for her. The live shows so full of artistic quality were a fantastic treat for kids and adults

Good for the price and a LOT of activities for the family. Clean and great facilities in a large resort with plenty to do each day

The only adjustment I feel that could be improved is that the food wasn't warm enough, some dishes were lukewarm

The food was a bit boring but my stay was only 6 days, what made me so unhappy was the staff especially one that worked at the bar near the swimming pool She was so rude to foreigners it was horrible

A nice hotel, 2 big pools outside on different levels Kids pool with a slide. i think there is also an indoor one

Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

A really nice hotel, with friends helpful staff. The hotel and room were clean, with good facilities. A nice balcony, though the view was onto the rear. Fridge and wardrobe space were provided. A great stay.

Clean rooms and food diversity is very good. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The parking is not free and the elevators are too small. Staff is very polite and willing to help

Nice enclosed hotel, ideal for us as no access to main road from pool so It is secure for our son to roam freely by the pool. Nice 3 star Hotel. 2 double beds in room, yet to have food yet but expect it to be the usual

No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience

Food is excellent as are the staff but there is no ground outside relaxing by a pool as it is situated on the 7th floor under a covered roof with a bar outside and sun terrace on top

What another amazing stay in Magic Cristal. This was our 4th year staying here from there new online check-in to the amazing staff all across the hotel, keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

Rooms were ok, had two big beds, clean and spacious. Kettle in room but coffee was never replenish. No hairdryer (deposit 20 euros at reception and you can borrow it for 2 hours) no balcony and we looked on to the school

They play music calling the kids to school so no long sleeps for us. Traffic starts about 7am and it can be really noisy. We were also above the bar and two nights in a row it was noisy outside until about 4am

The hotel is full of character, Valentines day was wonderful, the rose for all the ladies was a lovely touch! the food was delicious! Plenty of options for everyone, our only criticism was it could have been warmer

For my children’s first time abroad we had a great time! Thank you so much

great hotel, great rooms, lots of lovely food, great friendly staff. if I had to say one negative it would be ferrel kids running around all evening causing a nuisance. parents arnt watching them because their on holiday

Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money

Stayed for long weekend, end of February. Plenty of options in the buffet for lunch and dinner. Staff were very nice, Adrian on reception was very helpful!! Great location and would stay again

We then went to the mini disco, the kids loved it. Day 5 - was a pool day and the foam party. This is brilliant, all kids can enjoy it

The kids pool was amazing, our son loved all the slides. There was plenty of entertainment during the day at the pool as well as in the evening. We booked to go to the medieval show which was fantastic

I would like to sincerely thank Robin Hood Hotel and all the organizers for an absolutely wonderful and magical family holiday that we spent during the Christmas holidays 🎄✨ I visited this hotel many years ago, about 20 years ago, when it had just opened and was considered one of the best hotels in Spain

The hotel offers an incredible variety of activities and services for both children and adults. Even in winter, the water park was open, with several slides

Great place for families of all ages, very clean site and cabins, all the staff were really friendly and helpful, food in general was good, plenty of options for all appetites, great selection of drinks, the water park was really good kids and adults loved it, evening entertainment was good, the only minor issue was that the cabin we stayed in (Sherwood) as a family of 5 was a bit cramped

Very quaint hotel - not a hotel but like a little Spanish village to the Golf course and great views!

We stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Here are some of the tricky bits: We Struggled to find breakfast. A member of the kitchen staff pointed and gave instructions and we continued to get lost

There were a few very tiny ants that seemed to come up from the sink but it wasn’t horrendous. Parking is not free unless you park in the car park below the hotel. The Spa is not owned by the hotel

The breakfast staff work really hard to get the tables cleared and ready for the next guests The grounds are kept up with Attractive planting. The heated outdoor pool was a real delight

It clearly wasn’t clean which was very surprising. I asked at reception for a new one. There were occasional smell of drains in the bathroom but by the afternoon it would go

The spa was in fact closed for 5 days whilst we were there which was very disappointing. I had really been looking forward to using the sauna each day

We were informed a plumber came twice but the issue still was not fixed. So i had to demand a room change. Large pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Lots to choose from, but nothing of quality

Located at 5 minutes from the beach and next to a grocery store, it's a very nice hotel. Tasty and various food and very polite people. The coffee from breakfast area is not briliant but this is not a minus

Clean and comfortable hotel, pool area slightly unkept and muddy in part, which made the water especially in kiddie pool dirty. Noisy breakfast, but everything was good. Walking distance to the beach.

There was a good variety of food in the dining room but it could sometimes be a bit of a scramble to get to some servery areas of lots of people arrived at once. The staff in the dining area were really helpful though

I was there with a group of 50 adults and early teens as part of a football team tour in late October. The hotel was very welcoming but lacked things to occupy boys aged 11-13 in the evening

We stayed half board which suited our needs - the buffet selection for breakfast and evening meal was first class!! The hotel was well placed for the strip as well as the old town ( which is charming) There is also an excellent public transport system which enabled us to visit Altea & Denia which are both beautiful We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Benidorm !

We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot

When not in the warmer season it would have been nice for the hotel to offer use of the indoor pool free to hotel guests

As a lovely surprise, we were even given a complimentary bottle of champagne, which was a really nice touch and made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would happily return

The food was amazing throughout the week – plenty of choice for both adults and children, and everything was fresh and tasty. Mealtimes were something we genuinely looked forward to every day

The service was always quick, professional and delivered with genuine warmth, which made spending time at the bar a real highlight. What stood out most during my stay was the consistency of the service

Their professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for the entire stay and made every interaction a pleasure. The bar team also deserve huge recognition for the atmosphere and service they create each evening

I would especially like to recognise a few team members who really stood out during my stay. Carlos, the Quality Manager, was clearly very present and engaged with guests, ensuring everything was running smoothly

It is always reassuring to see management so visible and committed to maintaining high standards. At reception, Neives and Sandra were both fantastic — warm, welcoming and always happy to help

It was spacious, spotless, extremely comfortable and clearly very well looked after. Everything was exactly as it should be and throughout my stay I genuinely could not find a single thing to fault

Lovely place for small family would defo get all exclusive. Town centre is a bit far and too hot to walk with small children. Place had a lovely pool and food was outstanding

The entertainment is fun for the family and the kids club guys work very hard to make it fun for everyone, they are great. The pool is small but nice and warm and the bar is handy poolside

The rooms had an air con, mini fridge and 2 TVs, It is located right next to the beach where a lot if stray cats roam in the morning and night, 5 Stars

Lovely pool. Cooked breakfast was quite cold , hot plates not doing job of keeping food warm , therefore omelettes were the best choice

We have missed out on the roof pool, always closed when we have stayed, hopefully on our next visit we will be able to use it

My only requests would be fresh orange juice at breakfast , with spain having excellent fruit, its a shame as the drink out of the machines is awful, Also maybe in the winter months the indoor pool could open earlier

Amazing stat The hotel was stunning. I loved the pools and it was not over busy either. The staff were spot on and ready to help. I loved the snack bar also. The bed was so big and comfy. Gym was not too bad 👌❤️

The hotel had a lovely feel about it. The reception staff gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The bedroom was furnished well. and the bathroom had all we needed. With breakfast I was looking for baked beans

I eventually found them next to the porridge. Every other hotel has them where the cooked breakfast bar is. Lastly, some tiles are missing in the indoor pools. Thanks a lovely stay and be back again

The pools were great and my children had so much fun. The infinity pool was beautiful and warm considering the time of year. The other pools were much cooler but it didn’t affect my children enjoying and having fun

Room was spotlessly clean/ cleaning offered each day by the staff. The bed was comfortable/very spacious room with an excellent view of the sea. Balcony area was private enough with sunbeds available

I visited the spa on 2 occasions/ taking advantage of the October special (Spa circuit/candle massage). This offer was excellent value for money and the staff were very attentive and professional

Wonderful location and fantastic service. Breakfast although a little crowed was good, especially if you go early. Parking is convenient and everything was walking distance from the hotel.

Christian in the kids club was amazing with our children they are still talking about him and much fun he was. Breakfast was fabulous with so many options to choose from

The skybar was exceptionally beautiful and the service was very good. The girls in the bar downstairs in the lobby were so friendly and always had a welcoming smile

The weather was amazing for October! Was so hot We spent a lot of time off site more then on but the parts when we was on site my children loved the pool even though it was bloody cold that was our only thing we didn't really like here was how cold the pools was but my children still had lots of fun !

What an amazing place to come for my children's first holiday abroad, all the staff are really helpful and friendly and are quick to answer any questions you may have

We were all inclusive, but the for the value it’s definitely worth it, especially with the use of the indoor pool and sauna, as well as the use of the gym

The entertainment for the kids with Manel & Alex was next level, my kids loved Manel and he made them feel really included with all the activities from calling the numbers out in bingo or doing a tiktok trend to ping pong and even football ⚽️ nothing was to much

The location of the hotel, there’s 2 supermarkets, cafe’s and restaurants around, clothes and shoe shops, and a beautiful beach just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Great views of the mountains from the hotel

A few members of staff : Marina , Gasper , Victoria, they were great and made us feel very welcomed! The entertainer Carl, he was fantastic, very bubbly and making everyone feel included

Recommended by Vicente we enjoyed a shared mixed salad followed by the most delicious seafood paella. Both the food and the service were excellent

We ate Paella at the restaurant, which was recommended by Vinicent. The meal was absolutely DELICIOUS. We will be going back again.

Over many years I have experienced good and not-so-good meals in the restaurant, but the meal we had recently surpassed them all

A great place to spend the winter months, all the staff are bent on making your visit a pleasant one.

Very comprehensive site, plenty to do. You need transport to go anywhere, limited walking areas. Excellent toilet/shower facilities.

Nothing else was said or done to remedy the cold food! Shame, as we had to pay extra for the buffet menu, and felt 'cheated' that one day food was excellent(5 star) and 24 hours later, food was less than 1star rating! If food was good on the Sunday, I would have awarded 5 stars plus!
