Worst place!!! Don't even think of visiting this place. Unprofessional staff.

Yesterday evening, we were spending time on the Unawatuna beach with my family, when one of my 5 year twin daughters wanted to use toiled. I recommended my wife to bring her to one of the nearest cafes. Unfortunately, she chose Happy Banana.
My wife asked a waiter if she can use their toiled. She showed it, but upon exiting the owner and his wife started demanding the payment for it. When she refused and wanted to go, the owner grabbed the hand of my little daughter not letting her go. When I heard about it and rushed to him, he and his wife took chairs to fight with me.
There were other people who stopped them, however they left me with a huge scratch on my chest and my family in a very bad mood. Never, please, never visit this place.

Horrible please to stay - do not book
We booked this hotel for 2 nights in February 2022 and we left after one night, as is was just horrible to stay for another night.
* unfriendly staff
* overcharged us by insisting on a really bad exchange rate
* loud music due to close by beach party every weekend
* old and dirty rooms with uncomfortable beds
* room as not as decribed or show in the photos
* no badroom window with glass and there for lots of mosquitos in the room
We had seven different hotels during our trip to Sri Lanka and all were fine, but this was the most horrible hotel I ever stayed in.

Obsessive administrator. Opposite the entrance for Matara road a tree with a family of monkeys.

It is right at the edge of the beach.room is clean and maintained well.not that much spacious.but it had wardrobe, towel rack, mini refrigerator, small sofa. The balcony was right in front of the ocean. But AC was leaking water all the time parking is right at the road side so safety of vehicles can't be guaranteed. Staff is not that professional. They are more focused on foreigners not much concerned about locals.

Offered a driver for a very nice rate, driver was very accommodating and even stopped for us to see a turtle hatchery.

Great location direct on the beach, but nothing else. The room was humid and dirty. Wifi only available in restaurant area.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone due to below mentioned reasons
* We booked two double rooms and upon arrival they refused to provide the desired rooms and we had no choice but to fit in to a triple room
* All service personel are rude and do not respect your privacy at all. They keep asking you inappropriate questions.
* Food was terrible.
* Cleanliness was at minimal standards.
* Too much inappropriate dodgy suggestions from the staff.
Would never visit again.
* We booked two double rooms and upon arrival they refused to provide the desired rooms and we had no choice but to fit in to a triple room
