Although there is no beach access from the hotel, few minutes walk away you have a beach by yourself. The food is delicious, the rooms are specious and clean with ocean view & the bed is super comfy!

The property is in front of the beach and they are building one more property on the beach itself. Now, coming to the food, the breakfast was decent. I did not see much activity in the kitchen apart from the breakfast

For breakfast they serve some pasta, rice, eggs, curry, fresh fruits, tea and coffee with toasts. Free sun beds are available for hotel guests

The location of this hotel is excellent with direct beach access, and the rooms are spacious and in great condition. The balcony view from my room was superb

The location is great -a beautiful, quiet beach with plenty to do nearby. A short tuk tuk takes you to a huge gold Budda statue and temple. A 15 minute walk takes you to the Indurawa turtle sanctuary which was fabulous

We ordered a Sri Lankan breakfast from here and it was good. We had string hoppers and bread served with pol sambola and dhal curry, and everything was satisfying and nicely prepared

The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a mini-fridge. The air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus in the tropical heat

In this area there are very few places where you can find a proper Sri Lankan breakfast, and most places do not offer it at all. Because of that, this place is definitely preferable

The railway is directly infront of the hotel so it can become much loud sometimes. For me this was never a problem. You can reach the beach within 1 minute

Every time I visit Sri Lanka I spend a few days in the Susantha Garden Hotel. It's a beautiful small hotel with a well cleaned pool and a really good restaurant. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean

Tried their breakfast meal for the kid. Its for 2500 lkr for one omelette and toast with fruits and juice and a cup of coffee. The food was good and it was quick as there were no customers at the time we reached

The only minus is that the wifi isn't working properly and when there is connection it's only working in the restaurant area, sometimes at the pool. I could definitely stay here again!

It’s excellent value for money- about £13 a night. Location is right on the beach. Obviously for such a cheap price the rooms are not luxurious but who cares with the Indian Ocean 15 yards away

Wonderful place! The staff welcomed us with open arms and helped us with everything we needed. We was even allowed to put op our hammocks. The food was very nice, so good that we asked if we could see how it was made

The breakfast is to die for, with fresh bread, eggs, pot of coffee/tea and fruit plate and all that for less then a few gbp. The whole team working there are always making sure everything is perfect

I'm with a group of four Dutch Birders. And for us this is more than adequate. For non beach-goers who comes to Mirisaa for Whale Watching Excursions, this is ideal

Hotel is just opposite of Beach. Quiet & serene place for stay. Though the establishment is old but room are spacious and clean. Love the morning view of Ocean.

Everyone was so welcoming and Chathura was amazing from booking to checking out was brilliant our flight landed late and he got up at 3am when we arrived to check us in. 30am to let us out for our Yala tour

stairs for beach are not for old/ bad legger people cos they have lost last stair. hotell staff and owner are Super. they really make sure you will enjoy your stay here. here you can pay with visa is you like

in unawatuna there is not possible to change dollars/ euros so you might like that. also you can jump to bus and go visit Galle (30 min/ 40 rupii) and change money there. Galle fort is also a Must visit same time you go
