This resort is a comfortable and peaceful choice in Unawatuna, Galle. The staff is attentive and really friendly. Comfortable, clean and good value. Tucked in an alley of the main road but quiet enough and only 10mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Large room with a new bathroom. Very clean. The balcony was useless - too small and no furniture - a chair or a line to dry clothes would have been handy. The AC worked perfect. Very nice staff. They also did our laundry. I loved staying at this resort in Unawatuna. Firstly, for the welcome and warmth I received from the staff, always very helpful and genuinely friendly. Then, the spacious and clean room, comfortable and beautiful. And the location of the resort is excellent, close to the beach and public transport, including buses. Convenient and perfect. Of course, the hotel staff is very friendly. It's nice that everything is relatively new. BUT!!!! The roosters have been crowing since 3 a.m. And if you're looking for a good night's sleep, this is definitely not the place for you! The road to the beach is across a highway with motorbikes and minibuses racing just 10 cm away, and that's very DANGEROUS!! Consider whether it's worth saving for your safety...

Entire stay was awesome. The staff was vwry friendly and helpful. We wwre warmly welcomed by the reception staff. They accommodate us in a very good room. The room was cleaned and well arranged. Pool are was very relaxing. Didnt felt like crowded. They had a huge garden and it was really calm and i think Thaala is one of the best relaxing places in sri lanka.

Overall it was good. It's a little far from the city, but within acceptable limits. The hotel is on a hill, so the views are great. Arabella on Boossa is an incredible Hotel on an amazing beach. The Hotel’s design and layout is beautiful and so comfortable. The attention to detail is incredible. We loved this hotel. Super relaxing vibe. We drifted down to the bar early on the first night and the barman, Darshana, was so warm and welcoming. Delightful little hotel. Unfortunately views were spoilt by a new building right in front. However the staff were so welcoming, hospitable, warm. The bain - marie heating dishes didn't keep the food very hot, luke warm, but the wonderful chef whisked our plates away and instantly returned them with hot and delicious food. Visited as part of a Sri Lanka holiday, Hassin Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable, The Club clearly has a long and proud history with Britain and are exceptional proud of the Royal visits made. Unfortunately time restrictions did not allow us to dine there but I’m very confident if we had it would have been a throughly enjoyable experience.

Hassim gave us a most enjoyable guided tour of the club, very informative and attentive to our needs. A wonderful glimpse into the past, and still very much a living tradition.

We toured the club with Hassim who patiently explained everything. I am a member of a reciprocal club in the UK. I hope to be back soon to enjoy the facilities (possibly even the magnificent snooker table).

I really enjoyed my tour with Hassim. It was fascinating to see all the antiques and memorabilia. A beautiful building with a very interesting history. Beautiful gardens where I enjoyed a pot of tea and the birdsong.

Our family had a very pleasant stay at Pedro Barn Hotel at Little England Cottages. The environment and vibe were excellent, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The gardens and property were beautifully maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Overall, we had a lovely time and truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the hotel from November 16th to November 21st. It's in a great location right on the oceanfront, with plenty of swimming. The staff is friendly. On the downside, we didn't like that the room photos on the website didn't match the actual room. On the first day of our stay, since check-in was after 12:00 PM, we had to pay for breakfast, which was also disappointing.

The hotel located by the beach the room is ok, clean but our bathroom needs some maintenance since the toilet bowl is cracking. Staff is really friendly and helpful. We enjoy the sea view a lot.
