Excellent! Came here with the kids instead of Kai ahangama and so glad we stayed local. Pool, service and food all excellent! Looks better than photos and great cocktails. Clean toilets and friendly staff. Think it’s 2000 for a bed or eat and get one free

Service and food was amazing. Rooms could have had shampoo, conditioner and maybe body soap. I stayed 5 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned once. The hotel was under construction with no notice prior. They have no pool but one is coming. No room service. Beautiful boutique style accommodation. Not 1000’s of people like a few properties along.

The hotel is in a great location on the beachfront, currently only about quarter of rooms available due to the others being upgraded, this has not been an issue with noise. Budget hotel, has everything you need. The most important thing is air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator. The furniture is quite old. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The hotel is located quite far from the famous beaches and the tourist hangout. There is no view from the window, but a beautiful view on the common terrace on the floor.

A good villa if you're planning to stay near a small, clean beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the only drawback is the air conditioning, which blows directly on the beds.

The location has a perfect view of the city, and is in close proximity to Jungle Beach which has a great atmosphere and is a lovely cove with shallow waves to safely enjoy with your family. The atmosphere of the place itself is quiet and undisturbed. As it is far from the city, the air feels clean and rejuvenating. The closest to you'll get to the wonderful Jungle Beach. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, with TukTuks, doing our washing and getting the pool ready for our use. The garden is fantastic, as are the views out over the bay. Jungle Baech is a five minute walk away.

The Villa Baywatch is a very small hotel set in the most spectacular gardens. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and an ensuite with shower. They are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities and a fridge. The area is very quiet, a short walk to Jungle Beach and a tuktuk ride to Unawatatuna. Excellent hotel, needed a place to stay before our flight. It's close to the airport, and the main advantage for us was the tennis court. We thought it was included in the price, but it turned out to be extra. We weren't bothered by that. Nice clean pool, beautiful grounds.

First trip here due to flight being cancelled, search in the trip.com for one night stayed it is a nice and peaceful hotel. Luckily met my friend’s friend Mr Sujith who is one of the Chief Chef here 👍👍👍, nice sea food with coconut ice cream is well recommended.

Great hotel, except for location. A little too far from city and markets, but a great tuk-tuk ride was exciting. Staff friendly and helpful.  The Fishery Grill and Bar has sensational food. Good prices. Bed was super comfy. Groundsman was super good showed us a cool out of the way place to sit and watch the ocean. He also bought us each a coconut to drink.

The hotel's biggest highlight is definitely the ambiance. It's beautiful, right by the lake, and the live music at the hotel bar was fantastic. The food was just okay, and the facilities felt old and dated. We initially didn't have hot water, but it was fixed very quickly.

The only downside was the toilet not been cleaned well and having to park in a private land opposite the main road which made access to the vehicle a bit of a hassle. The first time it happened was in the middle of the night, and the second time in the morning, they fixed it, but a part needed to be replaced, so the repair was done during the day. Absolutely stunning, giant compound with an extensive history! They even offer a history walking tour but unfortunately there weren’t enough people signed up to make the tour happen. If you’re looking for a “colonial” stay, this is a great place. I recommend just walking around to see it for yourself. Hotel Suisse carries a colonial charm that takes you back in time. The food is good, offering a fair range of choices. However, the dining experience was slightly marred by some worn napkins. The air conditioning in our room was a bit loud, but it didn't keep us from having a comfortable stay. I might look into other hotels in the area next time to experience something different.

We weren’t staying at the hotel but as ours didn’t have a spa, we got treatments at Z Spa at this hotel. The spa is very peaceful - we managed to get a walk in pedicure. The spa therapists (Sayu and Kezang) were so lovely and so kind. Highly recommend treatments at this spa!!

Just back home after the most relaxing 5 days on the eastern coast at Anantaya. This really was the perfect end to our Sri Lanka holiday. The beach and surroundings are like nothing I’ve ever experienced in terms of tranquility and feeling like you’re in paradise. The food at the hotel is lovely and the staff treat you like royalty. From someone who has travelled to many countries, this is one of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended for anyone who is fascinated with tea, or even simply someone looking for an oasis to relax in.

Interesting hotel with colonial feel to it and a lot of history. We really enjoyed the tea plucking tour where we dressed in saris and had a go at plucking tea leaves in baskets. The buffet dinner was an impressive lay out.

The room is on the ground floor, with a swimming pool right outside the door. It's not far from the beach, but it's not suitable for swimming. The room facilities are OK, and the breakfast is good. The hotel I chose for transit in Negombo is roughly equivalent to the level of a three-star hotel in China. The room wasn't particularly clean, and the facilities were a bit outdated. However, the pool and dinner were quite good.

Decent Hotel, quite old but ok for the price.

My booking is sea view, front desk assign a room with most of tree view include a little bit sea view to my deluxe room booking. After twice negotiated, finally I got the nice sea view room under my expectation, but the feeling is really bad. The location is inconvenient.

A great stay. Loved the breakfast buffet with such a variety.

The place was amazing, such a shame that when we wete there they had a massive renovation by the beach. We could not enjoy the seaside. It was a little bit disappointing.

Jetwing was an amazing hotel to stay, we got a nice sea view apartment. Nice hotel with great amenities for the price. The breakfast was really good and amazing. Highly recommended
