A basic hotel, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great for both walking and getting buses to all the local spots. Remember to get a ticado when you sign in so you can use the local buses and trains for free and get discounts on things like the fununculars.

Everything was fine for a short business stay. The staff is friendly, the room is small but clean, everything you need is provided, and the breakfast is good enough to start the day. Price-wise it is also a good deal.

It is a disgrace for Switzerland. It has been for a long time. Arrogance, unjustified increased expenses. Impunity. People who ask for an explanation are not treated by threatening to call the police! Shame on the Swiss people. Not even in Cairo is this infamous treatment.

Everything is fine, but the price list states that a toothbrush is provided, but there was none. The room is cleaned every day.

Reception closed at 5:00 p.m. Key left in a box. No more breakfast after 9:30 a.m. We were refused at 10:00 a.m. And no phone in the room. If something happens we can't reach anyone. Never again.
