Hotel Ceresio

I was in room 312 in the morning there was a sound like something was building up above it was very loud, what are you guys doing? Loud from 5am. Very loud, reality shouldn't have anything like this to disturb customers in Rest time, this hotel is very bad, and the hotel's parking lot has to pay 10 francs per day, which in fact it has to park for free for customers here is really bad, should improve a lot.

Usually we don't make negatives reviews but unfortunately on this one we have to.
The hotel is a "3 stars" hotel but in our opinion (we work in hotel/gastronomy) should be a 2.

Let's start from the begin:
The parking place say here on Google that is for free, after we paid 10chf for the only night that we been.
The reception was a little bit not so friendly but we always try to be.
When we arrive to our floor we could see that the hotel hall is just 1 with several rooms in one side like a military place. (thats one of the reasons for we think should be a 2 star hotel).
The room itself is small but for a stop and go night is OK.
Unfortunately the room was not really clean (as already you can read on reviews below), a lot of dust on the duves and most on the radiator of the toilet that is 100% visible, we found hairs on the sheet and the bathroom itself also not clean.
The doors of the lift you were capable to see hand prints and in a situation that we are with Covid is even more dangerous then we didn't have this virus on the world....
Restaurant was close
Breakfast very basic and also the place to serve the cereals is extremely small.

Unfortunately on this we don't recommend
