This is the most amazing place to stay in Zanzibar, we booked for my wifes birthday and they did not disappoint. An amazing holiday which will stay with us for the rest of our lives. Thankyou to Pradeesh for everything ftom prganisind room decorations and birthday surpries meals. We cant thank you and your team enough.😋
Our stay at Sensation Hotel was beyond amazing — truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely cared about our comfort. A huge special thank you to Pardeep, who is an absolute superstar. He and his team were always there whenever we needed anything — always listening, always...
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would 100% choose it again when coming back to Zanzibar. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, and we truly appreciated how careful the staff were with daily spraying to keep mosquitoes and other insects away — it made a big difference and made us feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is extremely quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxation. What really...
We had a fantastic stay at Eco-Chic Sensations in Zanzibar. The hotel is beautiful and unique, with soft sand all over the ground, which really adds to the relaxed island vibe. The weather was lovely and hot, and the whole place is incredibly pretty and peaceful. The staff were all so kind, welcoming, and genuinely lovely, always happy to help and making us feel very well looked after. The massage...
We stayed at Sensations Eco-Chic Hotel and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The suite itself was stunning — incredibly spacious, luxury and perfect for a longer stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Having a dedicated WhatsApp group made everything effortless, from arranging reservations to small requests — nothing was...
Very nice hotel with great staff & exceptional food. However, be aware that early check is eye wateringly expensive. After an overnight flight we were exhausted & felt as if we had been mugged for $150 as we arrived for less than 4 hours in a room that had already been serviced & was ready for us.

Amazing place to be!!! Staff so kind located directly on the beach is it a paradise.
We had a very beautiful stay at this Hotel! The staff was very friendly and carrying. Thanks for the nice time.
Sevice was very good. We d like to change something. And the owner did everything to make our stay comftable.
An Unforgettable Experience in Zanzibar
My partner and I were lucky enough to spend three days at this beautiful hotel overlooking the sea, in the heart of the village of Pwani Mchangani. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed not only by the staff, who were always attentive and kind, but also by the local culture, which made us feel right at home.
The atmosphere of this place is magical...
First do not leave your valuables in the room, we missed 200$ after the first room cleaning. The place is on the beach and it s nice, but the room is overrun, walls are degrading, the toilet, sink, shower are rusty... We payed almost 150$ per night but the place should not be more than 50... Surely you can get better accomodation for this price somewhere else. The restaurant and bar are way to overpriced...
We spent two wonderful weeks at Sofia Sea View, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs with professionalism and warmth. The hotel was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Great hotel, nice pool, good food, great breakfast ,they have an execptable gym, friendly people everyting there but the beach is a big disappoitement. 100 % covered by seaweed, they only clean a small 2meter way to the water when it is low tide. So great hotel especially for that price,,,,, but forget the ocean it's not part of your vacation as you cannot access it like you think you could
Really quit and nice. Staff were nice and the food was good. The beach private peach was great and the air condition was super effectiv. I can recommend this place to other future guests. Also the pool was good. Overall great place……………………..
It was a beautiful experience and always will be.
They have the best pricing with best services and top of all it has a beautiful beach with a great view from the hotel. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym access 24/7. The food is fabulous 👌, trust me you really wanna visit l.
Personally it's a place I usually go when I want to escape from the terrors of the world.
Azure is no more, and the new brand is Seashore Beach Resort, the newvmanagent upgrade the hotel
Its really very calm and realvbeach front proerty with large swimming pool
The architectural details in the space finishing and interior deaign is breath taking .....but one should always opt for shef's menu of the day to be on safe side ....there abit of mosquitoes so having a mosquito repellant could come in handy .......
The view is quite mesmerizing but the rooms it’s just fine, they are having old facilities which is Tv not working & the fridge.but still it doesn’t stop us the enjoy our stay even just for 1 night.

Very amazing place...good staff...nice breakfast.and very huge swimming pool...would recommend if they add activities and other sight scenery trips...like boating. Jet ski......it would be much better...as well as try to keep the ocean clean...after.the fisherman dumps the weeds at the seaside when they are done fishing..because we cant enjoy swimming in the ocean. Due to lots of sea.weeds and waste...
I did not sleep here so can not say much about the rooms. The staff where friendly and it is a nice place to stay just over the day. You pay entrance for using the pool. The pool is nice and clean. Swim in the sea is not bad but has to be done at high tide and it is a lot of plastic bags on the beach. Why the hotels do not clean is a mystery
We at Josantos Safaris are delighted to share our wonderful experience at Landmark Mbezi Hotel. Our clients recently stayed there for two nights and couldn't stop praising the friendly and attentive staff who made their stay truly memorable.

The rooms are so big, nice and clean toilets, big screen but few channels, the view is amaizing, you sleep while facing the beach side, compare to other nearby hotels the price is cheap. big parking area and the service is nice. Its not crowded as well
The location is a bit remote and the hardware is old, but the view in the early morning is great!

Great value. Nice clean hotel in good safe location. Dinner and breakfast available. They also coordinated a ride to and from the airport. Friendly staff.
Looks lovely, and the location is nice and quiet , the staff are really warm and welcoming, but, lodge itself needs allot of improvements for the price packages they offer. We booked nearly all the rooms, and many rooms had no running water, we had no card keys to the rooms, and since the doors are card locked, we had to share one key and you end up leaving your door open if you had to move around...
Very comfortable and clean rooms, quite and peaceful location that is close enough to town. WiFi is a bit poor, so maybe not the best place if trying to get some work done. Breakfast was okay, lunch/meals were fine at an average price.
Loved that this small boutique hotel had great service, they remembered your name, extended check out hours, great breakfast. Beautiful lush green gardens. The rooms are clean and neat. Great value for money.

The location is at Matenwe in Zanzibar. A bit difficult to get ro but an absolute treasure. It's a retreat place but more like a resort.
Directly opposite the beach, great pool, fine location and overall great staff. I'll like to visit again.

This stay was honestly something out of a dream. Having a room that overlooks the beach was already incredible, but the private mini pool took the whole experience to another level. Amazing location. This hotel is right on the beach and had an excellent restaurant. The management was extremely kind and went to the pharmacy for us to pick up some medication for sea sickness. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was phenomenal and extremely accommodating. If you’re looking for a large sandy beach just steps away from your hotel this may not be your place. Had an amazing stay at Hekaya for 3 nights. The rooms, property, service, staff were amazing. The view from the room was the big reason to book this stay, and I was not disappointed at all. This was our second stay at Hekaya this year. Jackline gave us a very warm welcome and took excellent care of us throughout our 17-day stay. Everything about Hekaya Zanzibar is charming. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and big. Thank you Jennifer for such a great job! The views of the Indian Ocean spectacular! We had the pleasure of staying at the Arusha Serena Hotel for two nights. The room we had was quiet, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The walking trails that crisscrossed the grounds provided lovely views. The staff was incredible. Every need was met with a...
We arrived early and were delighted to be welcomed to our rooms upon arrival. A gardener/naturalist named Pray (sp?) provided a very informative walk though the beautiful landscaping, the kitchen gardens, and the edge of Lake Duluti, describing and explaining the flora and fauna (especially birds). Enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet.
Pray is one of the gardeners at Arusha Serena Hotel in Tanzania, Africa. Pray lead us on an excellent tour of the grounds of the Arusha Serena Hotel. His knowledge is extensive of the plants, flowers, trees and wildlife of Tanzania. Pray had a desire to advance his career as a conservation specialist in Tanzania. He taught us so much about Tanzania.

It was in line with expectations. The hotel is in a good location, but it is not convenient to drive in. You need to walk a stone road to get in. The room space is a bit cramped. The hotel is in Stone Town, close to the road outside. The breakfast is good. The restaurant is on the rooftop with a nice view of the sea. The room is clean and sanitary. My room, a garden room with terrace on the ground floor smelt of paint and the aging furniture looked as though it had been hastily painted with white ceiling paint. The a/c unit sounded like a tractor starting up.

Having stayed at several other properties on the peninsular I decided to stay at the Coral Beach because of it's proximity to the Dar Yacht Club.

Stay at Durban hotel was good, a clean place, good beddings, good wifi, water and power is available 24/7. Very cheerful member of staff.
Great location and the most average service in the world. They do just enough to be alive. Their rooms are plain and my room in particular kept having power issues that I learnt to resolve myself because the hotel staff weren't proactive enough. I absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect, it was in the heart of stone town. Felt very safe, also felt like you were living like a local. The room was very spacious. The food was great. Breakfast had many options & the food from the restaurant was a 10/10. There’s also many things to do in the area such as shop, museums or even restaurants.
The hotel is great, we were treated very well and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped.
Best bed and breakfast we've ever been to.. We had spent our honeymoon there and couldn't have been more happier that we picked Tembo b&b..
Good location - in the center of everything in Stone town. They don’t have water coolers for clients - you have to go to the restaurant to refill.
Also: it seems they bought another building. So they accommodated us in like 200 meters from main facility. Surely it’s kind of inconvenient but still ok.
